The shrill voice shattered the evening peace of Puchang City, casting a shadow of terror, panic, fear, and a hint of despair over the beastmen’s hearts along with the falling twilight.

But Ji Liang and Si Shuo remained calm, standing on the platform in the square, facing south and waiting.

Just then, Gong You, circling in the air on a White-beaked Eagle Beastman, took aim at a Level 8 Frenzied Fierce Beast. He fired his crossbow at its forehead. The beastmen with the Earth Element Ability, following Si Shuo’s blueprints, constructed complex mazes that created spatial illusions.
