Babies' Secret: My Ex Wants Me Back!-Chapter 93: Making Up II
Chapter 93: Making Up II
Chapter 94 - Making Up II
Katherine sat quietly stuck in her head and thought. She thought Aaron had lied or betrayed her, she thought she was just a spawn now hearing from Aaron again that he’d nothing to do with Amanda made her feel relieved.
Katherine felt her shoulder slouched in relief. Not knowing she’d been carrying the weight of fear on her shoulders. She was scared, what can she do now?
Katherine stared across the lake, felt the staring out across the lake. It was serene and beautiful but it gave her peace.
The silence between them was heavy with unspoken words and lingering pain yet comfortable because they had talked. Katherine’s mind churned with everything Aaron had just revealed. The contract marriage, Amanda’s lies, the drugs, the fake pregnancy. It was almost too much to process all at once.
Aaron stared at her, looking at how her eyelashes fanned her cheeks, her emerald eyes glistened and looked like a jewel which made his heart thump.
Katherine was beautiful, even though it was her side view he was seeing but it was still enough to take his breath away.
So breathtaking as usual and he felt his heart shudder.
Yet his gaze shines with hopeful eyes, parted lips and pray for whomever is hearing to make Katherine understand her.
If Katherine wants space, he would? Would you?
Katherine felt Aaron’s scorching gaze in her and felt uncomfortable, not bad uncomfortable, it was making her cheeks heat up as she peered her eyes away from the lake. Then looked up, her eyes staring at nothing in particular.
Then released a shaky breath, "All this time..." she licked her lips and that didn’t go unnoticed by Aaron which made him gulped, clenching his hands. He didn’t have to go ahead now. Katherine had forgiven her or said nothing yet. He was still on probation.
"I’ve avoided you for something you didn’t even do. I thought you betrayed me. I thought you were playing with me, I thought you just wanted revenge for those years. I thought I’m just—" she paused, blinking.
Aaron moved a little closer yet not crowded her with his frame, "I’m so sorry, for making you feel those emotions, I should’ve told you sooner," Aaron muttered.
"This past week have been torture, no hell to me. I was stuck in this void that I kept drowning inside. That it was too much, I couldn’t feel myself and my emotions were all over the place." Katherine looked in the distance.
"I’m sorry for making you feel like that. I was scared of losing you again if I ever told you about the contract."
"You still almost did," she whispered, her voice above a whisper. And I almost lost you too, she mumbled under her breath and didn’t say it out loud. She was scared also. Scared of getting up and scared of losing him.
Aaron moved closer again, his hand hesitant a little then hovered his hand on her softly, not wanting to be too forward. And didn’t want to push too much while gauging her expression which he didn’t like. Their pinky touch and Katherine inhaled sharply when he saw she didn’t pull away.
He pulled his finger and Katherine snatched it back and he smiled then he took his hands and placed it on her chin softly.
Their gazes stared at each other, eyes lost on each other as the pad of his thumb rubbed her lips back and forth.
Back and forth and that made Katherine breath hitched.
Katherine’s breath trembled, as her lips parted, her nose flared from the sensation she was feeling. Their faces were just inches apart from each other.
Katherine swallowed raggedly, "I don’t forgive you completely," she said her voice soft, small yet shaky and breathy from emotion. "But I want to." Katherine mumbled her gaze zero in Aaron parted lips also. As her chest heaved, the valley her boobs rise.
Aaron blinked, his thumb still brushing Katherine lips which was sending shivers down her spine. He nodded slowly, his Adam apple bobbed. "I’ll earn it." he said with conviction. His gaze hardened.
As their breath mingled together in sync, yet none of them moved to fill the little space between them as silence stretched. Then without warning, Katherine leaned in and smashed her lips against his.
God! Aaron wanted to groan, he didn’t expect Katherine would be the one to close the gap between them. And without wasting time he pulled Katherine closer, wrapping his arm around her face.
The kiss was soft, hesitant clumsy yet as their tongue feast on each other, tasting each other mouth.
Groan and grunt split from their mouth as Katherine hands ran through his hair, raking her fingers through as the soft groans escaping Aaron lips were making her thigh wiggling together.
Aaron was devouring him, not ravaging her lips like he couldn’t get enough when they needed oxygen, Katherine pulled away her chest rising and falling from the little marathon. Yet Aaron didn’t relent before trailing wet kisses to her neck, latching on her jugular, nibbling, licking and kissing before he moved back to her lips again and took her lips in his again.
He couldn’t get enough of it! God, he missed this year’s ago and now. The kiss was raw, kissing her to show her the pain of the separation, the love he had for her and the longing of not being able to touch her.
Then pulled away, caressing her cheeks, then his hand brushing her swollen lips then their forehead together, their breathing mingled together, "Come home with me."
Katherine closed her eyes, her lips parted to breath from the lack of her. She breathed in as she smiled faintly. "Not yet. But soon." she muttered, gripping the front of his sweatshirt trembling.
They heard a giggled sound behind a tree and they pulled away with Katherine face red from embarrassment and bashfulness and Aaron rubbed the back of her neck gently.
"Told you they would kiss!" Jasmine murmured, grinned with her brightened eyes while Hanith covered his face shyly. "Gross..."
But the kids high five each other at their accomplishment.
