Attribute Farming System-Chapter 63: Devouring a Mountain of Pills Killed Snaky!
"Block this, snaky!"
SHASHING!
Knox's Innate Energy mixed with his Inner Array Power as he burst forward like a crimson blur. The Intent Sword held in his mouth sliced into Neleron's skin like a hot knife through butter. A large gash formed, leaking vast amounts of purplish-green blood.
She held her side, disbelief forming in her erratically flickering gaze. Dread quickly surfaced from the depths of her millennium-long soul as she slowly turned around, only to see his evil smirk facing her.
"H… How were you able to consume so many pills without killing yourself?" Neleron asked as she used her Innate Energy to stop the bleeding. "I've never heard of anything as ridiculous as consuming millions of pills to rapidly improve cultivation! That is the same as suicide!"
Knox slung the oddly colored blood off the Intent Sword he now held in his right hand. Then, he answered the old lady's question:
"Even if I were to tell you, it's highly unlikely that you'd understand what it is. After all, what I used to devour all those pills is something not of this world."
"!??"
"Not of this world!?" Neleron parroted, her brows raised to the heights of her forehead. "Does that mean that you're an… Otherworlder…!?"
Knox shrugged. "Who knows? But what I do know is that you and I—we're about to finish what we started. So prepare yourself. Because unless you kill me, I'm not going to give up."
"....I see," Neleron said, temporarily pushing what he revealed to the back of her mind. "Very well, then. I shall stop holding anything back. This means I'll also be making use of Her Highness's Demonic Generals and her armies."
"We finally get to join the fight!?" shouted a Monkey King.
"Good! I've been itching to let loose and slaughter a human!!"
"Make sure to go easy on the blood bag! We don't want to kill him too quickly!!"
"After this, let's erase a few human clans off the face of the map!!"
Knox apathetically glanced between Neleron, the Beast Kings, the Demonic Generals, and the millions of Beast-kin. They had all transformed into their Kaiju forms, blotting out the skies in every direction. Their combined auras made it feel like the entire world was pressing down on him, crushing him and his existence into submission.
"Ha…" He laughed hysterically, his hand covering his creepily grinning face. "To fight a battle of 10,000,000 to 1—I wouldn't have it any other way!"
OOOM!

Knox erupted with the full power of the Perfected Half-step Core Formation Realm. His foundation was so flawless that unleashing everything he had produced an iridescent light so bright and dazzling that he resembled a star at the height of its life.
"Come on!"
HOOORAAAHHH!!
Millions of powerful Beast-kin cultivators swarmed toward him like a raging tsunami—one that decimated everything in its path.
— 10 Days Later —
"T-To think that a mere human…" Neleron mumbled, her massive scaly body in a terrible state. Not as terrible as Knox looked, but enough to make her appear more like a corpse than a living being.
"Hum… You weren't bad either—for a snake, that is," Knox lightheartedly laughed while shakily leaning on a half-broken Intent Sword.
Most of him wasn't there, for only a single leg remained of his limbs. But even then, with both his eyes gouged out and multiple organs experiencing organ failure, he adamantly refused to let himself fall.
Using his broken chin and an Intent Sword to stay standing, he looked around at the trail of destruction that he and Neleron left behind in their final exchange. Craters the size of large islands were littered everywhere, with an entire province of Snake's Basin having been depleted of all life.
"W… We really did a number on this place, huh, fellas…?" he hoarsely asked the three dead Demonic Generals, whose jagged spears were still lodged into him, sticking out of three different parts. "The four of you and that Four Million Jade Cyclone Formation of yours nearly took me out for good. If anything, you should die proud; it was the most thrilling fight I've ever experienced."
Neleron's dimly glowing eyes shimmered for the briefest of moments as a small smile graced her aged features. Yet, in her last few seconds of life, the image of a young, extremely beautiful woman overlapped with her own.
"T-Thank you, human," the two images—one young and one old—said in sync. "For… for giving this old woman one last fight….."
Both versions of her then disappeared.
She died.
"It was my pleasure," Knox said with a small smile as he fainted the next second.
However, even while knocked out cold, he didn't allow himself to fall to the ground. There he stood, his mostly destroyed body—leaning against a broken sword—bathing in the warm morning glow of the rising suns.
— Meanwhile, in a different region of Pandora, tens of millions of miles away from Serpent's Basin —
"Hmm…?" Lucidador's ears perked up as he shot his gaze in a certain direction. "That power…"
"Is something the matter, Senior Brother Lucidador?" asked Lenon, the Young Master from the Sword Sanctuary Sect. "Is another Beast King coming toward us?"
Lucidador lightly shook his head. "No, it's not that," he said. "I just had an irksome feeling that something unnatural was born in that direction… I… I can't tell what exactly is making me feel this way."
"If even you can't, Senior Brother Lucidador, then it's impossible that any of the other Trial Takers can," Lenon said with complete confidence. "Which means we needn't worry about it. That is, unless it harbors hostile intent…"
"No," Lucidador said, sighing. "It's not hostile. At least not yet."
"Then we have nothing to fear, Senior Brother!" Lenon said while slapping him on the back. "Come on, then! Let's see if we cannot convince that Rat King to surrender his territory as well as his life!"
Lucidador still had a disturbing feeling, but deciding not to worry about something he couldn't yet understand, he followed Lenon's advice. They then marched toward one of the entrances leading to a massive system of underground tunnels—the Rat King's Nest.
