We are willing to give the Whitney Kingdom, The North Federation, and The Kingdom of Napoles a main seat in the Alliance. We will split the share equally between us, five percent for each faction?" Herman smiled, totally ignoring the fuming Igmar because Herman did not mention The Kingdom of Sand.

"What's the meaning of your offer, Sir Herman? Why are you excluding the Kingdom of Sand from the main seat?" Collin Morton questioned.

Herman smiled wider as the answer was so obvious, "While The Kingdom of Sand manages to retain its status as the big faction, they will not be able to contribute as much as we do if something happens. They are weaker to be the face of our alliance. Don't try to sugarcoat it, Sir Colin. We all know that if we put The Kingdom of Sand, then we have to put The Mecaya Kingdom, Olympus, The Africa Nation, even the Duchy of Michalina into the main seat."

"I will make it clear once more. I am willing to agree with your merger proposal, but we will merge on our terms, not yours. If you want The Kingdom of Sand in the main seats, we have to share the main shares with the remaining. Or we exclude the Kingdom of Sand and proceed with the merge."
