Chapter 405: Chapter 213 Action_2
He immediately changed his tune, "I think waiting at home for your good news isn’t bad either, but can I go to the apartment in the city center? You guys wouldn’t go shooting and making a scene in the city, would you?"
"This is okay." Allen Zhang nodded his head.
Sieg’s expression also softened. No fight? What a pity, I was planning to warm up with the employer.
After some more conversation, they laid out a detailed deployment plan. Rip finally eased up, raised his champagne flute, "Fellas! Whether we can make this money is all up to you!"
"Don’t worry, we are professionals." Allen Zhang lifted his champagne glass, clinked glasses with the others, and took a sip.
After descending the stairs, they saw Beggar Gang Disciples already impatiently standing guard outside.
Upon seeing the employer come downstairs, they immediately came forward to greet him, and Allen Zhang instructed: "Divide into three teams. Sieg, Blitz, and I will take one car, take the employer to do some errands in the city first. You guys drive two cars and head to the suburbs first. Blitz will share the coordinates with you, wait for my command later and act according to the situation."
"Understood." Bailey and Boketu nodded, immediately leading people out the door and driving toward the suburbs.
Allen Zhang and his crew got into the car, with Sieg driving. Rip and Tommy chose to ride in the same car, pulling out a gray-black Dodge Hellcat from the garage, a jailbreak variant with modified tires and engine, the license plate was brand new, and without a few hundred thousand US dollars, it could not be bought on the market.
They drove away from the affluent neighborhood of West Hollywood, heading towards apartment number 1689 on Sunset Boulevard.
There were hardly any people on the night streets, apart from groups of homeless people and Black folks, very few others were wandering around. It took some time to reach Sunset Boulevard and find the apartment number.
Sieg parked the car near a roadside basketball court, and the three got out of the car.
"There are many surveillance cameras around, but no lights on. Is the guy already asleep at this time?" Sieg observed the surrounding environment and also noticed a private car parked in front of the apartment and surveillance cameras.
This type of detached apartment building doesn’t belong to a community. It faces the street, with its own garage and independent internet. Even if there’s a water or power outage, it wouldn’t be affected.
"We just need to hack the cameras, but first, we need to check out some indoor situation." Allen Zhang handed this task over to Blitz.
Rip and Tommy followed in the Dodge Hellcat, parking it at the basketball court.
After getting out, looking at the pitch-black apartment, Rip directly took out a baseball bat from the car, "Dammit! The bastard made me lose so much money, I’ll make sure he pays!"
Blitz methodically hacked into the cameras; these apartments generally have cameras installed inside. After observing the situation on the computer screen, he found no one on the first floor, but there were sounds coming from the second floor room, then he chose to cut off the signal source. The glow from the infrared lights went off.
"No one’s on the first floor. Someone’s resting in the room upstairs," Blitz said.
"That guy probably just came back from a drunken night at the bar. He’s the kind who indulges in pleasures, just like these Black Devils. I even took him out to eat before, I was so stupid, really." Rip grumbled.
After some deep thought, Allen Zhang had Tommy and Blitz stay outside to keep watch, while he went to the side of the apartment with Sieg, checking that no one was around before donning gloves, pulling up a mask to only reveal his eyes, and expertly prying open a window to slip in.
They successfully scaled the wall into the interior, moving quietly. Inside, the apartment’s decor was quite luxurious. There were a few clothes tossed on the first floor’s sofa, empty bottles on the table, and a thick scent of alcohol and weed.
Sieg accidentally stepped on something, picking it up and was instantly speechless. It was black lace with a hint of seafood smell on it.
The room isolation wasn’t great; before entering the house, no sound was heard, but upon entering, noises started coming from upstairs, along with strings of words from a pay-per-view program.
Yes, oh no, yes...
Allen Zhang kept his composure, took out a flashlight, and searched the interior, but found nothing except a household handgun inside a locked cabinet.
The General Sect Leader surmised that the USB chip must be carried by Black or stored in an upstairs safe.
He immediately had Sieg open the door to call everyone in.
Upstairs, Black was sweetly teaming up with a hooked-up chick. Just as Blitz and the rest entered, they heard the noises. Representative Tommy ran straight for the second floor.
He knocked on the indoor room door, finding it unlocked, he chose to kick it open directly, "Fxxk you! Black Devil! Rip sent me to give his regards to you!"
"WTF! Who are you!?" Black went limp with fright instantly.
"My name’s Tommy!"
"Hey! I don’t care who you are, but you are trespassing! Get the hell out of my house!" Black cursed loudly.
"You’re the ones who broke the rules first! Black Devil!"
Screams of panic and curses came from upstairs, Rip also followed running upstairs with a baseball bat.
"Hey, hello there sweetie! Your figure’s really nice!"
But quickly the tone changed, an angry shout: "Black Devil! Where’s my music data USB? Hand it over now!"
"Rip? My good friend, what chip? What USB? I don’t understand what you’re saying! Why are you breaking into my place? If you don’t leave, I’m calling the police!!" Black pushed down his anger with a thick Black accent.
