After The Abyss Dragon Woke Up-Chapter 101.2
Hunter and Prey (2)
Shi An’s eyes lit up and he cheerfully curled his lips. “You are the best!”
Mu Heng lowered his eyes, the long silver-white eyelashes hiding the emotions under his eyes.
He repeated in a soft voice with a smile on his lips. “The best?”
Shi An blinked, slightly confused why the other party would suddenly repeat these two words. “Hm?”
“It’s nothing.” The smile on Mu Heng’s lips deepened slightly. “I like this way of addressing.”
He lowered his head and kissed the young man’s lips lightly.
Mu Heng was delighted to notice that Shi An, who had initially resisted kissing, seemed to have completely adapted to this form of contact and even naturally raised his head, revealing the delicate white curve from his jaw to his neck, and obediently allowed him to kiss him.
He could feel the burning hot, lava-like crimson desire flowing through his veins.
It screamed for snatching, destruction, and aggression.
But once again, Mu Heng overcame, restrained, and suppressed it.
As numerous times before.
So, before the young man was out of breath, he slowly let go of the other side, using his fingertips to tenderly wipe away the wet marks on the young man’s crimson lower lip.
A dark, hidden pleasure swept through the bottom of the man’s eyes.
See, you’ll get used to it.
Take your time.
He was like a predator, who unfolded their silk net, full of warmth and affection, looking at their prey and waiting for the other to walk little by little into the gentle trap, little by little wrapped in the sticky spider web, and finally, being pulled into the abyss from which there was no escape.
Mu Heng used the fingers of his other hand to rub the young man’s neck, earlobe, and cheek, his voice low and gentle. “Let’s go eat.”
After having dinner, Wen Yao came to report as per usual.
After two days of searching for nothing, she finally brought some valuable news for Mu Heng.
Unfortunately, those mercenaries left inside the base didn’t seem close to the center of power, and they weren’t sure exactly where their leader had gone and what he had done with most of his subordinates.
However, at least one mercenary provided them with some information and clues.
Following that clue and searching, especially with the help of Zhuo Fu, Wen Yao and her men soon found some valuable information.
Before opening her mouth to get to the point, Wen Yao looked at Shi An, sitting beside Mu Heng, with some hesitation.
The other party was hanging his head down, earnestly using a silver spoon to dig into a cup of chocolate ice cream.
It was not that she was overly paranoid, but this kind of important information about the Bureau should not be discussed in the presence of other people. ŕ𝐀ɴó₿˧
However, Mu Heng said in a carefree manner, “It’s not a problem. Just say it.”
Having received Mu Heng’s approval, Wen Yao no longer hesitated and told the information she knew.
They had searched for a location.
It was located at the edge of the Luosi District, near the side of the Aiwen Snowfield.
Due to the uniqueness of the location, it was very likely to be where the mercenaries hid their treasures.
After all, carrying and transporting such a large amount of treasure silently from the Aiwen District was difficult, so hiding it nearby was their best choice.
Shi An pricked his ears and listened, feeling his mood gradually lift.
However, when Wen Yao was about to talk about the exact address of the location, she was interrupted by Mu Heng lightly, “Okay, I got it.”
The specific address could not be leaked now, especially not through Shi An to the dragon’s ears.
If the other side stole the treasure before they arrived, their actions would be a blessing. They would gain the chance to go head-to-head with the dragon and some crucial leverage.
Of course, Mu Heng would let the dragon know the address.
But the timing of this had to be well-controlled.
He had to make sure that when the dragon heard the news, what awaited it would be blood and death, a blazing fire, and sword blades.
Wen Yao asked tentatively, “Sir, what do we do next…?”
Mu Heng narrowed his eyes and ordered, “Prepare to leave the ship.”
Wen Yao exclaimed, “Yes!”
After getting the order, she saluted Mu Heng neatly, then turned around and walked outward to prepare for the matters related to entering the Luosi District.
Shi An licked the ice cream-soaked, cold spoon and twisted his head to look at Mu Heng.
“Are we going to leave the boat next?”
Mu Heng played with the young man’s soft hair with his fingertips. Although there was some regret in his heart, he still nodded with a calm face and said, “Yes.”
“To look for the dragon’s treasure?” Shi An asked.
Mu Heng nodded again.
Shi An mentally cheered.
Great! The next step was to go to his stolen treasure!
And according to what Wen Yao had just said, the next place they would go to would be inside the Luosi District, near the Aiwen Snowfield, which happened to be the canyon that Shi An had always wanted to go to.
He squinted slightly and a happy look passed over his face.
And this was all caught in Mu Heng’s eyes.
He leaned in close and helped Shi An wipe off the residual ice cream on his lips, his eyes showing a cold hard, cobalt-blue texture in the light.
Mu Heng’s voice was quiet and indifferent, and no emotion could be heard. “Are you looking forward to it?”
Shi An nodded unconsciously.
Mu Heng’s thin lips curved slightly and a hint of a smile swept past his lips.
He rarely smiled. Although a smile would soften the lines of his cold, firm lips, it would deepen his body’s almost ice-cold aura.
“Me too.”
