The questions caused a pang to echo in MadWhite's heart, but it wasn't only MadWhite who felt the Pang within him.

Even though Ryuk didn't call the words out loud, the majority of powerhouses on the battlefield had hearing that was above the limits and could easily pick up on their conversation.

It revealed a Knull, half-humanoid and half beastly monstrous in shape, with an incredible amount of Abyssal energy rippling off from its form.

Behind its back, long tendrils of dark energy dangled, but then it wasn't only one.

Another huge leg soon stepped out, and then another, and then another, until color seemed to fade away from most of the armies below as they witnessed a total of ten of these enormous humanoid-looking Knulls stepping fully out of the gate.

"Finally, they're here..." MadWhite said with a grin as Ryuk furrowed his eyebrows.

"So those are the Walkers?"

"Yes, they're the ones that open the gate. Now that they're in, the gate would naturally close by itself," MadWhite said with a smirk.

But then, the various race commanders all paused when they witnessed the Walkers standing in the air.

Instead of engaging in battle, they stood in the air at the front of the Sleepers and remained motionless, just like them.

"What the? What the hell is going on?"

"Why aren't they attacking yet?"

"Shouldn't the gate be closing now!?"

The army's murmurs grew as the various race commanders unconsciously turned their gazes to MadWhite, who seemed to know best about the Knulls, waiting for an answer.

"Remind me of something, MadWhite."

"You said the Walkers are the ones that open the gates, and in so doing, they expend their energy, making them weaker when they step in, right?" Ryuk questioned, and MadWhite nodded his head with furrowed eyebrows.

"Well, how come the ten Walkers don't seem to have their auras weakening at all? It's like they've also been waiting behind, just like the Sleepers."

"Besides, if it was the Walkers that were keeping the gate open, now that they're all in, shouldn't the gate have closed? Why is the vortex still rotating?" Ryuk's flow of questions came, each one sending pangs reverberating through MadWhite's chest.

"Unless..." MadWhite started, as Ryuk noticed the hair behind his neck rising.

"Unless what?" Ryuk asked, perplexed.

"Unless the Walkers aren't the ones opening the gates."

"It is the Wanderers! But that's impossible!" MadWhite stated, blinking in shock, but his shoulder got grabbed tightly by Ryuk as he was brought back to reality.

"Who are the Wanderers, MadWhite?"

"They are the Third Knulls and the strongest. They control the Walkers themselves."

"They're a Myth, as they've only ever appeared once in the recorded Knull War, and that was during the last Knull War, which was around the seventh Knull entrance."

"This is just the second Knull entrance. How is it possible that they're already descending!? That's too early. Too early." MadWhite said as Ryuk's eyes flashed, and he asked the important question bugging his mind.

"So the Sleepers are equal to the Foundation stage, and the Walkers are at the Cataclysm stage."

"If so what is the cultivation level of these Wanderers?" Ryuk asked, as MadWhite opened his lips, only to close them back.

Then an angered tch left his lips as he tried to think before he answered.

"Pseudo-Eternal Stage!"

Immediately after MadWhite answered, the entire vortex in the sky was suddenly ripped into two, completely torn apart, and instantly, a figure stepped out.

Unlike the Walkers, who were gigantic in size, about 20 meters in height, the Knull was around three meters tall, completely clad in armor that oozed with purple energy instead of dark energy, enough to completely hide its features.

It seemed absolutely no different from an untransformed Titan in armor.

But then, it soon turned purple, arising from the sheer power wave of the beings who stood in the sky.

"Three! A total of three Wanderers!"

A commander's horror-filled whisper echoed out from afar as even Ryuk's eyes flashed with a bit of caution watching the notification instantly appear before his gaze.
