"What do you want?"Arianna finally picked up her phone which had been ringing for the past two minutes. She wasn’t in the mood to talk to anyone right now and besides she already knew who was calling.

If it wasn’t Micheal,it would be her Manager,who got angry at her for getting into a scandal with Zaiden as soon as she arrived in country Z.

That was the least of her problems right now,after all she did,just to be the suitable wife for Zaiden,in the end he cast her away all for another girl.

A commoner at that!

Does he think she will just accept this breakup without a fight?

He might have forgotten a lot about her but it’s very obvious that she was not backing away from the fight to have him.

If she can’t have Zaiden,then no one else can have him!

"Wow!Aren’t you something else?"Micheal’s voice over the phone said as she didn’t understood what he meant.

She didn’t want to answer his call but knowing who Micheal was,he won’t mind clearing all his activities and coming down to Country Z just to see her.

She didn’t know what actually went into her when she gave him the green light that she was interested in him,it was only just to use him and get to the top.

But sadly,Micheal was smarter than she thought,he figured out what she wanted and turned her life upside down,she wasn’t going to leave him.

Their contract was still intact for a year before it would be invalid and these few months of staying as his girlfriend had been the worst months of her life.

That’s what she wanted to tell Zaiden,but he didn’t wanted to be in the same place sharing the same breathe with her,all because he caught her cheating with Micheal.

But that’s what he didn’t understand, Micheal was the one forcing himself on her not her,and she can’t do a thing about it as long as their contract still stands and she can’t report it to her agency,she still has one more title to win before she could break the records.

"What do you mean?"Arianna feigned innocent as to what he was saying when she knew what the call was all about,he has saw the news and was not in a good mood.

That’s it about Micheal.

He’s such a control freak and would get angry if she has anything to do with any man aside from him.

Like,what does he mean by trying to gets her all to himself,yes,they were having sex together but they doesn’t justify the fact that he would go all crazy in her for having anything to do with another guy.

He thinks they were in a real relationship,he is delusional!

She couldn’t wait for the contract to end so she could sue him for everything he had done to her.

He was such a playboy that she had found him flirting with other models in their agency but still,he will end up telling her how much she meant to him after warming another woman’s bed.

" I heard he was getting engaged to another woman and then you walked into the spotlight and scattered the arrangements, that’s so bad of you baby girl"Micheal sounded angry but he held it in,he would surprise her soon.

If he thinks he allowed her to go back to her country just to get in touch with her lover, that was wrong of her, because she was tied down with him whether she likes it or not.

"I don’t get to answer to you!"Arianna shouted scaring Mia and the driver who was driving to Knights Empire for the signing of the contract.

"How about this Mama, you get to be daddy’s obedient girl and I don’t get to be angry till you are back?"

"What if I said no?"Arianna dared,a slight smirk forming at her lips.

She loved getting Micheal angry although she would end up taking the beating that comes with his anger but he was not here with her,so what’s wrong in having a little fun?

"Bambi,we don’t want to get me angry right?"Micheal asked pinching his nose,getting offended at her stubborness,he would have to beat it out of her once she’s back.

"What’s wrong about getting you angry? besides you aren’t here with me"

Micheal’s evil laughter was heard in the phone, Arianna getting irritated over having this conversation with him,but she couldn’t cut the call on him.

He hated when she does that,she could remember the day he dislocated her hand after she cut the call on him.

Micheal needed therapy.

But he won’t listen, she just pray that karma meets up with him soon for all be had done to her.

"We will have this conversation next time when I’m with you and then you will explain what you meant by that"

"Sadly,I aren’t coming back till two months time honey"Arianna taunted.

"Don’t be so full of yourself"Micheal warned,but she laughed,she was not scared of him because he wasn’t there with her,that’s why she’s so full of herself.

"Whatever!"

"Be a good girl for..."

She cut the call before he could finish his statement,already fed up with him,throwing her cellphone to Mia,who catched it immediately before it hit the floors.

Shortly,they arrived at the company walking inside to the stares and whispers coming from the employees who knew her.

Everyone knew who Arianna Walters was.

She was recognized in the entire country of Z,as she was a citizen who made her country proud.

"This way"A man directed them after they came out of the elevator towards the office where the contract signing was to be held.

Arianna hoped that Zaiden would be there too,she needed to talk to him,she missed him. 𝙧𝙚𝙚𝔀𝒆𝓫𝓷𝙤𝓿𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝙤𝓶

"Finally,I got to meet the infamous Arianna.Elijah stood up walking over to the lady who had a beaming smile on her face.

"Elijah Knights"He said, stretching his hand out which she took before he went aside for her to sit.

Arianna looked up to find another man who was talking to someone on the phone with his back facing them.

She didn’t know which one of them was Zaiden’s father,but she knew the first man who approached her wasn’t his dad. There wasn’t any familiarity between the two aside from the thick eyebrows but she was sure it was definitely not him.

"Sorry for the delay,Ezekiel Knights"

It was him.

Zaiden’s dad.

She knew it was him immediately he turned to them,the loving blue eyes he had with Zaiden was an attention seeker.

The man smiled at her but the smile didn’t reach his face,so arrogant just like his son.

Stop being judgemental Anna!

Elijah started by explaining the details about the contract thoroughly for her,although she had gone through it,but he did that just for precautions which in the end she finally signed it with,shaking hands with him before doing that also with Ezekiel.

The meeting ended swiftly,with Ezekiel leaving after he got a call leaving the other two behind.

Arianna dialed Zaiden’s number but as usual it went to voicemail,sighing with Mia cleaning her face,she turned to find Elijah,who she found out to be Zaiden’s uncle staring at her.

Okay,that’s weird.

"Let’s go"She told Mia,who took her handbag standing to leave with a sad face,she stopped in her tracks when she heard Elijah’s statement.

"And I guess the call was meant for Zaiden"

She stopped and looked back at him,she had this feeling this man was up to something,what does he want from her?

She signalled Mia to leave.

"What do you want"She asked folding her hands,she wasn’t stupid,she knew that look on his face.

"Smart, sit young lady,we have a lot to discuss"Elijah said grinning evilly.

"What if I said no,I’m a busy lady if you don’t remember"She said turning to leave,for some reasons she didn’t like his uncle one bit,he looked like the evil uncle who tries to kill his nephew just to have his inheritance,so no,she’s definitely not talking to him.

"Sadly,you can’t be able to get Zaiden with that attitude of yours"

"I don’t need your help mister,if you don’t mind I will take my leave now"She said lastly,rolling her eyes at him.

He’s a bad uncle.

His father didn’t take a liking to her that much but the uncle had an interest in her and even had the guts to talk to her informally.

He had something brewing in that mind of his,she’s sure of it.

Turning the doorknob open,she stared into the cold and saddest amber eyes she had ever met, she shuddered,feeling goosebumps when their hands accidentally touched each other.

She moved aside for him to enter the office after they shared a brief contact.
