Master Shen also showed a hint of slight surprise across his face.

He glanced at Damian and Krisha, whose expression were easy to read. They are elated that the environment is to their advantage, huh?

Master Shen were amused.

After the beast sync arena settled, with all of its surface filled with shallow water, he said, "Please summon your beast pets."

Damian summoned three of his beast pets—the Shockfang Wolf stood in his right side and the Voltclaw Lynx on the other side with the Coilshock Snake above its head.

They stared menacingly at Krisha, who summoned PengPeng in front of her.

Master Shen was silent for a while, letting themselves sized up their opponent while the commentator did their work in providing knowledge to the viewers.

He then said, "Are you both ready?"

""Yes, Master Shen!"" They exclaimed at the same time.

Master Shen beamed a smile and nodded. "Let the battle begins."

He suddenly disappeared and arrived at the edge of the arena.

Meanwhile, the participants and their beast pets took their stance.

Damian became passive and took the Rooted Horizon, where lightning energy crackled below him.

He had rooted himself completely and created a zone where Krisha couldn’t attack him by utilizing his environment to his advantage.

Krisha narrowed her eyes and mumbled, "Shameless."

Damian simply smiled, provoking her.

At the same time, his Coilshock Snake made its move, jumping from the Volclaw Lynx’s head and slithered around the shallow water, spreading electrical charges around its path.

It was swift and was moving at a direction quite far from Krisha but attempting to circle her, aiming to restrict her movements.

The controller, the Coilshock Snake, finally made its move while the striker simply waited for Krisha to take a bait in attacking Damian.

Krisha sighed. The Azure Cleave Dojo’s teachings never intended to be passive in attacking, but more on defending and retreating while searching for a chance to end it in one decisive strike.

It was an effective philosophical views and core techniques centered in defending against beast attacks.

Krisha glanced at the Coilshock Snake, who was getting further away from her but was also moving in a direction trying to circle her.

She glanced at Damian briefly, before dashing towards the Coilshock Snake, while PengPeng froze the shallow water below him and began gliding at the surface of the frozen water.

Damian frowned. He had anticipated Krisha would shamelessly attack his beast pet, but he had never expected for her to really do it.

Nevertheless, he could not leave his position since he had already took the Rooted Horizon defensive stance and ordered his Shockcoil Snake to return instead.

However, Krisha was faster, and PengPeng managed to keep up with her.

Damian ordered the Voltclaw Lynx, who was the fastest beast pet he had.

The Voltclaw Lynx dashed at Krisha, attempting to intercept her movement. His white and blue fur crackled with lightning every time he took a step, causing his movement to be faster.

PengPeng had already expected his action and summoned three icy winds at once and accurately attacked him to simply slowed down his movement.

As expected, the Voltclaw Lynx had to agilely evade the icy winds, causing his speed to slow down.

As PengPeng’s icy winds weren’t enough, when the Voltclaw Lynx was getting closer, he summoned a light snowfall that obscured vision on the path he left.

At the same time, a chilling mist was mixed within the snowfall, which could numb and slow down the enemies’ movements.

Despite creating a screen and crowd controlled abilities, the Voltclaw Lynx fearlessly entered through the snowfall. His body had already been charged with lightning energy to prevent the ice energy from slowing down his body.

However, he was quickly lost. He passed through the snowfall and discovered that Krisha and PengPeng were getting closer at the Coilshock Snake.

He pounced and entered through the snowfall again, only to end up receiving icy winds. He slashed through with his claws hoping to slash at Krisha and PengPeng, but his movements only slowed down.

Eventually, Krisha caught up with the Coilshock Snake, who was deeply terrified.

It didn’t expect that Krisha’s speed was almost twice on its own.

It could only watch Krisha’s wooden sword tip thrusting at its body.

However, Krisha hastily pulled back her wooden sword after discovering in her peripheral vision a silhouette of the Shockfang Wolf pouncing at her wooden sword.

As soon as Krisha pulled her sword and the Shockfang Wolf pounced at mid-air in front of her, she thrust her sword again on its body.

This time, she did not hold back like she did at the Coilshock Snake after treating it as a bait.

She executed her sword technique, which was at the maximum level now.

The wooden sword tip manifested a compressed sword energy. As soon as it connected to the body of the Shockfang Wolf, it instantly spread a crack through its fur like a spider-web or a fracturing ice.

The Shockfang Wolf coughed out blood as it was then pushed forward by Krisha’s sword.

The Coilschock Snake was shocked after perceiving that the Shockfang Wolf was gravely injured, but it immediately reacted and received its body by coiling itself around it and used its body as a cushion once they landed.

Felix was about to follow up and injured the Coilshock Snake as well, but the Voltclaw Lynx and Damian finally arrived, attacking her in different sides.

Damian executed the Mist-Splitting Line with his wooden sword being compressed with sword energy at its edge, increasing its penetration.

PengPeng used his beak that was protected with ice energy to stop Damian’s sword, but, as soon as his beak met with the wooden sword, he instantly felt he lost balance, causing him to fail stopping it.

The Voltclaw Lynx dashed and slashed at Krisha, to which its claws were partially freeze when they was inches closer at Krisha.

Damians’ wooden sword was partially freeze as well, before he was pushed from Krisha’s wooden sword.

At the same time, Krisha kicked the body of the Voltclaw Lynx, pushing it away from her.

The Coilshock Snake, once managed to protect the Shockfang Wolf from the impact of falling to the floor with shallow water, instantly jumped towards Krisha, attempting to coil itself around her body to take control of her.

However, PengPeng, while falling to the floor after losing his balance, summoned icy winds to attack her, successfully spoiling the Coilshock Snake’s attack.

Afterwards, both party took a brief break to catch their breath, before fighting against each other again, putting Krisha in a defensive state, reversing their role in an instant...
