Chapter 187: An E-Rank Rat With No Future, Standing Above Gods! The Collapsing Sun that shattered the mountains

As soon as Allstar’s words finished, they all looked toward the sky.

However, there was nothing there but an active distortion in mana and a massive spatial crack.

At the same time, Azula turned to face his daughter and son.

He saw Leonard, who was once bleeding profusely, standing upright with no injuries on him whatsoever. He turned his gaze further.

He saw a man wearing casual clothes, silently standing beside Sylvia, slowly pushing away the sword that was an inch from her throat with a gentle smile on his face.

No one knew when he arrived. There was no fluctuation, there was nothing.

He was just there.

However, the people that had gathered had already recognized the man.

It was none other than Player 555.

They were stunned at the realization.

The man talked about an Ender. Could Player 555 be the Ender?

Azula raised an eyebrow upon seeing Caelus.

He knew him.

It was the pathetic rat from a backwater kingdom with an E-Rank affinity.

The same man Azula wanted to break Sylvia’s bond with.

Josiah frowned seeing Caelus. He could not understand what was happening anymore.

"Caelus." Sylvia was stunned seeing him here.

At the same time, she was overcome with emotion.

In the end, her boyfriend still came for her.

Caelus stared deeply at Sylvia.

"Never do something like that again." They were short words, but they resonated deeply within Sylvia’s heart.

"If you die, I will lose myself." Caelus caressed her face in front of the public with no shame.

He then calmly turned toward Azula and slowly began walking toward him.

No one stopped him, and no one dared to say a word.

"Leonard was right," Caelus spoke. "You are nothing but a robot."

"You have no emotions," Caelus said calmly.

"Life is the most precious thing in this world."

"Giving birth is the rarest biological occurrence."

"You ignore and look down on the very thing that gave birth to you. Life."

"Is this what the followers of the ender of death do?"

Azula did not answer. He stared sharply at Caelus in sheer confusion.

He felt like something was strange here.

How did this guy arrive in this place in an instant?

It did not make any sense. 𝕗𝕣𝐞𝐞𝘄𝐞𝚋𝚗𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹.𝚌𝕠𝚖

More importantly, he could not sense an ounce of power from Caelus either.

He remembered the words of the guy about an ender.

Could this man be an ender?

But how can a weakling with an E-Rank Affinity, someone with no future in the Origin Network, be an Ender?

Enders exist above gods, and their power is enough to break the world.

Yet, he sensed none of that from Caelus.

And more importantly, even if he was an Ender, so what? He is a new player. What extent of power can he achieve in a short amount of time?

Azula was very logical... but this logic came from his own experience and worldview, and that could not be considered logical, but just thinking out of experience.

Whatever it was, he must kill this kid once and for all.

Take Sylvia back to the castle.

Variables like this were unsatisfactory.

Azula eyed Caelus coldly.

"Are you trying to be a hero?" Azula asked as he unleashed his power. A crown formed above his head which fused into his body.

"I am sorry, but this is not a fantasy book where you will win with the power of friendship."

"THIS IS REALITY!"

He would kill Caelus in one smooth motion.

This should completely break Sylvia down, leaving her an emotionless vessel. If he killed Leonard, she would never recover again.

She would then be used as nothing but an instrument for experimenting.

Caelus, who was staring at Azula, had heard every last one of those thoughts.

He momentarily glanced at Allstar, who smiled back at him.

Anger bubbled in his heart. A man who spoke of killing his own children the way others spoke of pulling weeds.

He was no longer going to hold back the power that had been wreaking havoc inside him this entire time.

Boom!

As Azula launched himself forward, Caelus was already transforming.

A draconic roar that seemed to have come from the very beginning of the world rang out across the Azure Origin planet, followed by an apocalyptic noise. It was the trumpet of the beginning and the end sounding as one.

A dragon covered in golden and black scales took shape. Its eyes were red, inscriptions and runes lighting up across them. A gigantic chaos ring hovered above its back, and a halo shone above its head, bright enough to blind any being in the world.

This was the Dragon Transformation. The form that turned every one of his powers into something monstrous.

Ba-Dump!

Every heart in the area skipped a beat at the same moment. The beings below gold rank directly fell unconscious as the dragon descended.

At the same time, the words of Allstar, heavily resounded in their mind.

"The Ender of Origin."

This man... he was without a doubt an Ender, a being far above gods!

"Dragon Transformation." Sylvia, observing the scene, was stunned. Caelus had unlocked it?

Through their blood-bond, she could feel his fury pouring into her. The bond had been recalibrated, probably by Allstar himself, finally making the resonance between them function the way it was meant to.

Every ounce of that anger was for her.

Azula clutched his chest. The fear in his heart only grew as he stared at the monstrosity before him. This was not a thing his mind, honed over centuries to suppress emotion, could simply ignore.

It was not biological fear. It was conceptual. It was as if he stood before a literal god.

"You... What are you?"

The dragon did not reply.

Its Chaos Perception Eyes activated, an ability that locked a target’s position the instant they were triggered, freezing Azula in place.

Then a Hollow Sun bloomed above the dragon’s maw.

Eclipse Flare!

"Not good." Lyra, among the crowd, recovered first and snapped her fingers, a golden barrier forming over the city.

The Eclipsing Hollow Sun collapsed and burst. The blast rolled out across the mountains beyond the city and grounded entire peaks to dust in an instant.
