Chapter 1189: Chapter 1190: Concealment

"Eyes... eyes!"

Suddenly, a familiar feeling, as if under the Thunder Screen of the Shadow Mystery World, the golden titan trying to evade the punishment of destiny.

And at this moment, the terrifying being beneath Green’s feet, though not the armor of a Titan, undoubtedly had once established a glorious civilization, evading the punishment of Truth of Destiny, Heavenly Dao, and Origin God here!

And this is also the raw material for the Page of Destiny written in the Book of Destiny!

Unfortunately, Green does not possess the Book of Destiny.

At this moment, Green stood at the very center of the eyes of this terror creature, awakening it, feeling the vast and majestic aura that was forcibly suppressed, a presence that could easily crush him, Green dared not move a single step!

Its existence inherently represents the disruption of the Balance Rules, a being punished by the Truth of Destiny, Heavenly Dao, and Origin God for attempting to challenge destiny, thus even the Light of the Balance Lever Rule in Green’s hand could not affect it.

Though rationally Green clearly knew, this unknown Level Eight Being, much like the golden titan, if it were to attack him, the seal’s aura leaking would surely be erased by the Truth of Destiny, but this sense of crisis of life and death being controlled at the whim of another reminded Green of the time when he was a Demon Hunter Novice, feeling lost, humble, powerless.

In fact, the equivalent exchange ability Green obtained from the Light of the Balance Lever Rule is precisely the same? 𝕗𝚛𝚎𝚎𝐰𝗲𝗯𝗻𝚘𝚟𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝕞

Seemingly an exceedingly powerful ability to balance both lives equivalently, yet once activated, it indicated that Green was at an absolute disadvantage, having to use this passive method to save his life.

The Temporal Storm above hummed its peculiar ear-piercing rumbling. All these years, Green had heard it countless times, yet now, despite its earsplitting clamor, Green felt like he was in a massive ice cellar, suffocatingly oppressive, eerily silent.

"I apologize for disturbing your slumber, please forgive my rudeness!"

Finally, Green mustered his courage, expressing his humble friendly intent towards this terrifying being buried for countless eras, attempting to communicate as he did with the golden titan.

Perhaps, he could gain some information from this great being?

However, Green’s hopes were in vain, as if accepting his friendly intent, it ignored the tiny intruder disturbing its sleep, or perhaps it feared the Truth of Destiny, its black eyelids closing again, overshadowing the enormous eye like a light screen.

Gulp...

Green quietly breathed a sigh of relief, floating slightly upward against the debris and remnants falling from above, allowing himself to be engulfed, waiting for the Temporal Storm to pass.

Indeed, the Dimensional Esophagus offered yet another surprise after thirty years of calm!

Though this surprise had drenched Green in cold sweat, causing him to unconsciously draw countless sharp breaths.

A few hourglasses later.

The Temporal Storm subsided, and Green immediately emerged from the Skeleton Land, glancing around to see no differences from the ordinary Skeleton Land nearby, even as a powerful temporal fluctuation loomed not far away, he fled as swiftly as he could.

Who knows what other dreadful beings this Dimensional Esophagus might be hiding.

...

Ten years later.

The reaction of the Hope Light Shroud grew stronger and stronger, and on this day, amidst the gray swirling Retrogression of Flowing Light in the sky, energy suddenly churned violently.

Was it the Sealing Skill of the Material World?

Or an unanchored seal?

Or perhaps a temporary overlap with some deep Illusory World?

Various possibilities forced Green to tread cautiously, and after multiple uses of Grand World to seal formidable Level Six Creature adversaries, Green’s soul had considerably declined, thus he desperately yearned for sacrifices from the Material World, though it could not fundamentally change his situation.

After a while.

As the energy fluctuations from above grew increasingly intense, even surpassing Green’s tolerance threshold, in utter panic, he dared not hesitate a moment longer, flying away at full speed, trying desperately to escape.

Even if a Sealing Skill sacrifice indeed lay above, it was not something Green could confront, and should an Endless Dominator be sealed here and chosen by the caster for exile, who knew if the enraged and volatile Dominator would erase Green in passing.

Zap, zap, zap...

A series of arcs of electricity coursed through the murky mist above Green, feeling the oppressive force of a colossal entity descending, an absolute sovereign pressure from an Endless Dominator, so mighty it likely matched the level of combat during Green’s involvement against the Metal Destroyer and the Seven Rings True Spirit Sorcerer, Green felt as though even the simple act of flying was akin to bearing a mountain.

A Dominator descending into the Dimensional Esophagus?

Such a formidable existence!

Indeed, weak Dominators likely wouldn’t choose to venture here either.

Although Dominators could pierce the barrier between reality and illusions with their almighty Soul of the Dominator, the Dominator Soul required for such deep Illusory Worlds was considerable, and even for Dominators, the crises here could lead to sudden demise!

Gazing upward, under the Green Truth Mask, the Three-Colored Light Eyes vaguely discerned a colossal sphere covered with fleshy tentacles within the mist, emitting a dolphin-like call, causing the bones below Green to resonate, subsequently shattering the tranquil remnants into smaller fragments.

As most of this Endless Dominator’s body remained within the depths of the mist, Green, witnessing only a fraction of its immense form, speculated it to be a gigantic sea monster, immediately choosing to dig into the wreckage-laden ground, burrowing in to hide under the Robe of Appearances, quietly waiting.

Zap, zap, zap...

As the Dominator descended into the Dimensional Esophagus, the arc and thunder sounds did not linger, swiftly moving away, the oppressive aura gradually dissipating, Green breathed a sigh of relief, about to leave, when suddenly, the mist above erupted once more with a mighty and terrifying presence, another Dominator had arrived!

"A battle between Dominators?"

In a daze, Green speculated, yet after a brief emergence of this second dreadful presence, it quieted slightly, seemingly abandoning the chase, gradually retreating from the Dimensional Esophagus Illusionary World.

Phew...

Such sudden events, indeed leaving one unprepared, exemplify one of the crises of the Dimensional Esophagus.

"If given the chance, I must find an ancient monster that has spent more years here, and attempt a thorough exchange."

With this thought, Green continued flying toward where the Hope Light Shroud sensed the increasingly close Sovereign of the Light of Hope’s corpse.
