Chapter 763: Chapter 764 – The Golden Blade.

GreyHunt stood his ground while wielding both of his revolvers, aiming them at the group of the unmown hooded armored people.

(16.) – thought GreyHunt as he counted the foes he could see and spot with his detection skill, including also the people who were hiding with stealth type skills.

(5 players... Rest are NPCs.... Or maybe monsters?)

(Maybe they are humanoid monsters?)

(Can’t tell anybody races because of their equipment.... But that guy with blue mask is player leader.)

(While the red one is NPCs’ leader.) – thought GreyHunt as the blue masked player suddenly rushed towards GreyHunt.

The demonic human in response began unleashing a bullet hell at his incoming foe.

However, as the man charged, he already used [Bastion Rush], boosting his defense and speed.

"!?" – but even with a powerful increase in defense, the man still took noticeable amount of damage.

GreyHunt extended one of his sword blades and swung them, unleashing [Demonic Blade: Flying Slash] at the man, but in response, the masked player used the [Light Paladin] skill, [Light Step], making a short-range teleportation, which allowed the man to disappear into the thin air as the demonic slash went past his location, before moments later the swordman reappeared near GreyHunt.

The masked player swung his golden light sword from above as GreyHunt’s blades met the foe’s attack, blocking it.

"!?"

(Heavy?! / He blocked it!?) – both men were surprised by the clash.

"[Shadow Stab]!" – but even so, GreyHunt didn’t stopped, as he used his [Shadow Mage] skill, firing off a blade of darkness from his own shadow that landed a critical hit on the masked adventurer.

The strike gave GreyHunt a chance to quickly push back the attacker’s blade away.

But before GreyHunt could exploit the opening he created, two arrows covered in bright light came straight at him and exploded on impact, unleashing a brilliant flash of light.

"Don’t rush him! He is one of the strongest bastards out there!" – shouted the masked player wearing a black mask who also wielded a bow.

"!"

"BEHIND YOU!" – shouted another player in the black mask as the shadow beneath the archer of light suddenly came to life.

[Shadow Teleportation]

GreyHunt teleported to the archer’s shadow and quickly slashed the archer with his sword blades.

But they were not normal blades.

[Blades made out of Crying Mantis, an undead insect abominations that uses its victims own screams to lure their prey, before then using the very same screams to bright their prey into the state of madness.]

[Afflict {Curse} type status whenever you strike enemy that cause the target to receive increased damage. This cursed status can stack up and each stack will increase based on the amounts of hits the target had received, with the direct contact from these blades.]

[Any {curse} statuses that were inflicted onto the target while using these blades, will additionally cause the target to take additional curse type damage over time.]

These were the cursed blades which were forged by Blueberry, which inflict {curse} type status to the struck enemy. 𝘧𝓇𝑒𝑒𝑤ℯ𝑏𝓃𝘰𝑣ℯ𝘭.𝘤ℴ𝘮

"GET HIM!" – shouted the player carrying a great shield an axe as he rushed into GreyHunt.... Who surprise to the man, withstood the charge and instead began counter attacking with his cursed blades, instantly putting pressure on the shield carrying player.

However, before GreyHunt could tearing apart the defense, the NPC black masked people rushed in and tried attacking GreyHunt, forcing the gunman to quickly leap backwards, dodging the attacker’s blades, before then instantly counter attacking with volley of bullets that harmed both the players and NPCs.

"!" – but as GreyHunt tried to unleash an ultimate at the gathered group, the man with the golden blade rushed in and attacked GreyHunt, forcing the demonic human to use his cursed blades to once again defend himself, before then quickly leaping away further away, dodging the fallow up.

"Shit! Wasn’t he supposed to be a gunman?! Why the fuck his sword strikes hit like a truck?!" – asked the masked player with heavy shield.

"Fuck! What is these heavy curse!?" – asked the archer as he started healing himself with [Greater Cleanse].

"..."

([Greater Cleanse]? He is a [High Priest Of Light]?) – thought GreyHunt as the man with golden sword rushed at the gunman once again, instantly closing up the distance, which forced the demonic gunman to once again use his blades to counter attack.

The man swung his sword, using skill [Sword Art: Great Cleave], trying to land a powerful hit.... But GreyHunt instantly got underneath the blade, bending his body and dodging the deadly blow, which completely caught off guard the golden sword wielder.

But even so, he still swung his sword again, which caught GreyHunt this time off guard, as he wasn’t expecting the sword to suddenly get so much quicker.

"!?" – but the man’s blade was parried by the cursed blade, making the golden blade got redirected by the GreyHunt’s counter, causing the blade to hit the ground instead of the demonic human, before moments later GreyHunt retaliated with [Demonic Blade: Doom Blade], landing an ultimate strike of the [Pandemonium Paladin] class skill.

The demonic energy burst out from the wound across the masked player body, dealing an overwhelming amount of damage in mere instance.

"[JUSTICE-"

"?!" – but even so, the golden sword wielder was not killed. If anything, he got ready to unleash something which instantly put GreyHunt on high alert, causing the gunman to try and instantly retreat.

"-TRUE]!" – the man swung down his sword, unleashing an overwhelming explosion of the golden light, which instantly swallowed up the entire area around the man as well as GreyHunt who couldn’t escape the overwhelming wave of light.

After getting swallowed by the light unleashed by the first explosion, the second explosion occurred from the light, which sent the demonic human flying and straight up clashing into one of the palm trees.

"..."

(Okay.... This was nasty.) – thought GreyHunt as he started getting up.

"!?"

(What the fuck?! He can easily stand up after getting hit right in the face with it?!) – thought the masked player who wielded the golden sword.

*Sigh*

(Not only that, the [Shadow Barrier] I’ve put before getting hit got instantly destroyed.... And that skill is anti-magic type.)

(And there is also the exchange as well as endurance.)

(Is he fucking for real?!) – thought GreyHunt as he unleashed a hail of bullets at group of foes who tried making their move, only to instead end up being held in place by the hail of bullets.

(But is it really Excalibur?!) – thought GreyHunt as he started running around as the hooded masked figures began unleashing their long-range attacks, trying to catch the running demonic human.

The trees and plants were blasted away, straight up torn apart.... But then they noticed.

The demonic human wasn’t there.

"!?"

"Where is he!?" – shouted the player with great shield.

"Don’t lose your head! He is using stealth!" – shouted the man with golden blade.

"..."

(Excalibur was completely shattered according to ClownFrog.) – thought hiding GreyHunt as he observed the nervous yet focused group.

(But then what is it?)

(The description.... It matches too perfectly.)

(Nah... Something ain’t right, like one bit.)

(That is WAY too fucking obvious.)

(No matter how you look at it, just having that blades straight up screams "LOOK AT ME! I REVEAL PLOT FOR FREE! YIPPE!")
