Xiang Yu told Long Wu about the matters in Lieyun City, instructing her not to disclose it to others.

Although Long Wu didn’t understand why Xiang Yu wanted to keep it a secret, she trusted there must be a reason for his request.

"Got it, I’ll handle this. You don’t need to worry," Long Wu said.

After her arrival, Long Wu had been a great help to Xiang Yu.

"Don’t overwork yourself, make sure to get enough rest," Xiang Yu said with a hint of concern.

"I will." Long Wu hung up the phone without further ado.

Seeing the city develop in an orderly fashion, Xiang Yu felt a bit unsettled. After all, this place was still under Xiaoxu’s control. If Xiaoxu were to quell the chaos one day, Xiang Yu wondered how he would view this city.

While Xiang Yu was deep in thought, his phone rang. It was Xiaoxuan calling.

"Bro, I’m back, in your room now," Xiaoxuan said in a somewhat weak voice.

"I’ll be there right away," Xiang Yu said and rushed towards his place, worried that Xiaoxuan sounded injured.

In the room, two people were dressing Xiaoxuan’s wound.

"How is he?" Xiang Yu asked with concern.

The two doctors stood up quickly upon seeing Xiang Yu, saying, "His arm is injured; a bullet went in but didn’t hit any bones. With some rest, it should recover."

"Bro, it’s okay, no big deal," Xiaoxuan said with a forced smile.

His face was pale, lips chapped, indicating he had suffered a lot.

Tie Zhuzi rushed in from outside, eyes wide as he saw the doctors attending to Xiaoxuan, yelling, "Who did this?"

"Zhuzi, calm down, it’s just a surface wound," Xiang Yu quickly held him back.

Despite their usual squabbles, at crucial moments, Tie Zhuzi and Xiaoxuan were united.

"Why so tense, I’m fine," Xiaoxuan smiled and said.

Tie Zhuzi knew there were things that shouldn’t be said in front of outsiders, so he stood quietly.

Once the doctors finished bandaging Xiaoxuan, they greeted Xiang Yu and left.

"Tell me what happened," Xiang Yu sat down, looking serious.

Tie Zhuzi quickly brought a map over, placing it before Xiaoxuan, then sat down as well.

"I’ve inspected the areas within this circle. It’s quite complicated. On the surface, it appears to be just an ordinary commercial city, but there’s a powerful force hidden behind it," Xiaoxuan said as he sketched on the map.

"This is the center of that force. According to my investigation, there are many prominent figures, and security around is incredibly tight, like a fortress. Ordinary people cannot enter," Xiaoxuan said solemnly.

"The wound on your arm, you got it there, right?" Xiang Yu asked.

Xiaoxuan nodded, "I was discovered last night when I was about to sneak in."

"So you didn’t get in?" Tie Zhuzi asked.

Unabashedly, Xiaoxuan nodded, "That’s right, I couldn’t get in."

Upon hearing this, Xiang Yu nodded, "It seems this is a major base of the God of Killing, and Yongzhen’s father is very likely inside."

"If you ask me, let’s storm in with our brothers. They’re assassins; they wouldn’t stand a chance in a direct confrontation," Tie Zhuzi fumed.

"Zhuzi, call Yongzhen and have him come over as soon as possible," Xiang Yu said.

Tie Zhuzi nodded, made the call, only mentioning that Xiang Yu needed to see him without revealing any details.

After hanging up, Tie Zhuzi sat back down, "He’ll be here soon."

"Bro, the God of Killing’s forces aren’t simple. Since they’re known as Wolf Fang in the assassin world, they must have some clout," Xiaoxuan said, a bit worried.

"So what if they’re Wolf Fang? If they provoke us, we’ll still take them down," Tie Zhuzi said.

"Watch your words," Xiang Yu quickly reminded him. You never know who might be eavesdropping.

Xiang Yu remained cautious about Wolf Fang. After all, they were still friends, and he owed them for several things.

Soon, Su Yongzhen drove over, coming alone without his personal guard, Zhang Wendong.

"Where’s Wendong?" Xiang Yu asked.

"I’m having him gather funds, so he didn’t come," Su Yongzhen replied, noticing Tie Zhuzi’s odd look, he awkwardly chuckled, "Actually, it’s just for appearances, otherwise it would raise suspicions."

He was currently competing with Su Zhe to see who could gather the most funds for a chance at the God of Killing’s supremacy.

"That’s very smart, this way no one will suspect you," Xiang Yu agreed.

"Did you call me over for something?" Su Yongzhen asked.

"Of course. Why else would I call you over? Can’t you see Xiaoxuan’s arm is injured?" Tie Zhuzi said crossly.

Only then did Su Yongzhen notice Xiaoxuan’s arm.

"What happened?" Su Yongzhen asked with concern.

Xiaoxuan just smiled faintly, shook his head, and moved to sit on a sofa to the side.

He only listened to Xiang Yu and didn’t want to pry into specific plans, leaving everything to Xiang Yu.

"It’s just a surface wound, nothing serious," Xiang Yu said, then took out a map pointing at a circle, "Is this place familiar?"

Su Yongzhen looked and shook his head, "Not familiar, but been there once or twice?"

"Why were you there?" Xiang Yu pressed.

Su Yongzhen thought for a moment, "When I first arrived at Xiaoxu’s, the old man sent me there. I completed a task and then left."

"Could this be one of your God of Killing bases?" Xiang Yu asked.

Su Yongzhen’s face changed, contemplating, "Now that you mention it, it’s possible. On my first mission, I was kidnapped, then saved. While in the car, I was blindfolded, feeling like we were going in circles. In hindsight, that wasn’t an illusion. We were actually going around in the city."

From Su Yongzhen’s recount, they could almost confirm that this was indeed a major base of the God of Killing, and Su Yongzhen’s father was likely inside.

"Brother Yu, how did you find out?" Su Yongzhen looked at Xiang Yu in disbelief.

Nobody knew the God of Killing’s bases. Even as a mid-level member, Su Yongzhen wasn’t aware of many of them.

Yet Xiang Yu accurately pointed out a primary base of the God of Killing, which shocked Su Yongzhen.

"Investigated," Xiang Yu casually said.

Thirteenth Uncle had revealed it to Xiang Yu, not letting Su Yongzhen know to avoid burdening him, something Xiang Yu also kept under wraps.

Seeing Xiang Yu reluctant to elaborate, Su Yongzhen didn’t press further. He then looked at Xiang Yu seriously, "Brother Yu, what do you plan to do?"

Xiang Yu looked intently at Su Yongzhen for a while before sighing, "That depends on your resolve. Do you want to be the leader of the God of Killing?"

Su Yongzhen felt a chill under Xiang Yu’s gaze, then nodded, "I do!"
