Long ago, the Black Dragon Race gave birth to a powerful Abnormal Dragon Lord named ’Caesar Targaryen.’

This was a terrifying Black Dragon lacking in Magic abilities but mastering Spiritual Energy and Nuclear Energy.

Because the period was too long ago, the information recorded about this Black Dragon Lord is scarce, and its accuracy is uncertain.

Legend has it that before the Black Dragon Caesar reached the Deity-like Tier, he was discovered by the Mother of Evil Dragons. She later descended to Caesar’s location on the Material Plane, attempting to release his original sinful nature through Divine Power and thereby manipulate his thoughts, turning him into a fervent follower loyal to Tiamat.

"If this is true, that would be too terrible," Udi murmured to himself.

He expressed extreme doubt towards the recorded legacy information.

Though the Mother of Evil Dragons Tiamat’s Divine Power Level is merely a Weak Divine Power, she possesses Deity-like Power comparable to Powerful Divine Power.

What is the concept of Powerful Divine Power?

Dragon’s Legacy includes several vague descriptions of Powerful Divine Power—

[An almost omnipotent existence]: Capable of creating anything they can imagine, including living and non-living entities.

[Creators of the Divine Race]: Able to create ultimate life at the Deity Level.

[Lord of the Pantheon]: Due to excessive strength, many weak deities often proactively affiliate, becoming the Main God worshipped by countless deities over many ages.

Based on these vague descriptions, one can grasp the fearsome capabilities of deities with Powerful Divine Power.

Is there a necessity for such a being to descend in person to warp and control a not-yet-grown Deity-level Abnormal Dragon?

Udi expressed skepticism.

But perhaps there is indeed such a possibility.

After all, the Mother of Evil Dragons herself embodies various original sins—greed, selfishness, arrogance... she herself is the incarnation of evil.

For evil beings, perhaps it’s not benefits they care about, but the ’pleasure’ obtained during the process.

"Udi, why aren’t you speaking?... Are you really worried about the Mother of Evil Dragons? Hahaha, it seems I’ve caught you," Leanna said.

Seeing her good son ponder in silence, Leanna questioned him in confusion, then suddenly widened her eyes, with joy reflected in her vertical dark yellow Dragon Eye.

While triumphing, the mother dragon suddenly felt the sight before her darken before her dragon head was forcibly pressed onto the Black Rock table by giant, menacing Dragon Claw.

The mother dragon immediately struggled, but her once proud Dragon Power seemed powerless under the giant Black Dragon claw.

No matter how her Dragon Body and tail twisted, her head couldn’t move an inch.

Leanna, furious beyond belief, growled, "Udi, what do you intend to do, the Dragon Covenant forbids Dragon slaying!"

After a while...

Leanna finally calmed down from her fury, whispered, "Alright, I know you may not quite like the Mother of Evil Dragons... actually, I was just joking earlier... rest assured, I definitely won’t tell the Mother of Evil Dragons... if need be, I’ll swear?"

Eventually, under Udi’s calm gaze, the mother dragon bowed her head and signed the ’Never Disclose to the Mother of Evil Dragons or any deities regarding Udi’ contract.

Upon successful signing of the contract, the mother dragon regained her sight, and the enormous Black Dragon claw slowly retreated as Leanna raised her head to meet Udi’s gaze.

"Sorry, I only thought you were being kind of arrogant, hence my action. I hope mother dearest can understand, after all, I am somewhat of a reputable Black Dragon now... it’s necessary to be wary about these matters," Udi stated earnestly.

This infuriated Leanna greatly.

If the power disparity wasn’t so vast, she would have torn this guy’s mouth apart.

"Alright, calm down, let’s return to the topic... so, what brings you to me?" Udi chuckled.

Suppressing her internal anger with difficulty, Leanna finally revealed her purpose for coming, first confirming, "A few days ago, did you wage a war with the Barbarian Royal Court of the North?"

Udi nodded slightly, without any concealment, "Yes, and I fought against the Barbarian King Victor... so what’s your question?"

Leanna’s pupils slightly contracted, although she had long guessed, after secretly visiting the battlefield post-war, discovering numerous terrifying battle traces and remnants of power, amongst which two remnants of power could easily obliterate her.

Now confirmed, those two remnants of power were indeed battle marks left by the Barbarian King and Udi.

"Your power has grown immensely fast, only within twenty or so years..." Leanna couldn’t help but remark, but was promptly silenced with a glare from Udi.

Earlier contract details also encompassed confidentiality regarding Udi’s age and growth trajectory.

The external world knows that a powerful Black Dragon Lord suddenly emerged in the Dark Forest, but when speculating about the Black Dragon Lord’s origin, they either guess it’s an old Black Dragon, extremely old Black Dragon from the former Tal Plane who suddenly broke through to Legendary Tier, or speculate it’s a Legendary Black Dragon from an Other Plane.
