Dungeon Break Monster Catalogue

"Oh fuck you! You fucking!! Ahhhh are you messing with me, you brain dead ass hole?!" he yelled as he stared at the screen.

First, it was Inorganic Awakening which could improve the intelligence of golems, a great synergy. But now? Dungeon break allowed him to bring his monsters outside and since he had full control over them, they were basically free labor. They were multiple times stronger than regular humans, their cores could absorb mana from the atmosphere so there would be no worries about mana, and they didn’t need sleep.

If they were inside the dungeon, they would end up absorbing the dungeon’s mana and that was the one negative thing that made Adrian pick the undead but now? With the synergy of Dungeon break, Inorganic Awakening and Golems, he could literally have free labor.

But now he couldn’t do it anymore.

Though, he wasn’t as unlucky as he thought he was.

As he read through the monster catalogue, he realised that it synergised perfectly with Organic Synthesis. Monster Catalogue unlocked every single monster for Adrian, which meant that he would have the dna information and all the data he needed to make his own custom monsters. There was no need to search, capture and bring monsters into the dungeon himself anymore.

Even then, he had a hard time picking between the two of them.

He didn’t have golems, but he did have the undead. He could bring them out and get them do to the same work but there was one huge problem. They were pretty dumb and could only follow extremely simple commands. On top of that, Adrian already had a massive workforce of humans who were basically just much better than skeletons.

So at the end, he decided to stick with his goals and picked the Monster Catalogue.

System Share Nullification Zone

Adrian read through the descriptions again and this time, it wasn’t much of a choice. He instantly picked System Share.

System share didn’t just share the system he had with others. If it did that, Adrian wouldn’t have picked it.

It allowed him to customise the systems. It would give everyone a lot of information on themselves and Adrian could also assign them quests. He could make his own system to it automatically but the systems that others got was more like a traditional game status menu.

It would show them their status and quests. If quests were completed, Adrian could give them rewards or it could also automatically be done by the system based on the rules that Adrian would set for it. But the system that others would get, wouldn’t have the computing or conversational capabilities that his system had.

On the other hand, Nullification Zone completely disabled the curses and blessings of people if they were inside specific areas which could be set by Adrian. But a big catch here, was the fact that it would only work inside the dungeon.

Adrian expected another extra gift like the dungeon slot he got for the last upgrade but nothing happened. Feeling disappointed, he looked at the new screen that asked him to pick another ability.

System Network Temporal Overdrive

Once again, Adrian didn’t even think twice before he made his choice.

System Network automatically linked everyone’s systems together and allowed people to check each other’s statuses. While Adrian didn’t mind his people having this ability, there was no way for him to make sure that outsiders didn’t get access to it. It wasn’t like he could just make a room like he always did and lock the ability in there.

It was a universal thing and everyone who entered the dungeon would be able to get a system, which Adrian didn’t really wish for because people from other territories would only have to get into the dungeon once and they would have information on every single citizen of his territory.

Of course, he could stop people from even entering the dungeon but Temporal Overdrive wasn’t bad in any way. He’d have to do a lot of work for System Network and add in restrictions but Temporal Overdrive? It basically boosted the time flow inside the dungeon based on how much mana was used. The area of it’s use could be customized too.

It could also allow him to harvest the meat much quicker and he was only going to focus on this one goal for now.

’Okay, that’s some unexpected luck...’ Adrian thought as he stared at the screen.

For a few minutes, he just sat there thinking about what to do next and how he could make everything work. How to use all of this new stuff that he just got to get the things he wanted.

First was the food problem, and now that he was inspired by Draven’s issue, he had a new idea.

Why not make a monster that automatically stores all the toxic mana in a specific organ like a camel and uses the rest of the pure mana to make it’s meat tastier instead of making the meat tougher?
