Chapter 743 He is breaking through?!!!

Damon did not bother with the group of vampires anymore. Information was flooding his mind, and limitless knowledge poured into his consciousness like a raging river breaking through a shattered dam.

For a brief moment, he stood completely still, his eyes half closed as something vast and infinite was opening up to him. He felt as if every bottleneck standing between him and the next stage was bursting open one after the other. πŸπ—ΏπžπšŽπš πžπš‹π•Ÿπ¨πšŸπžπ•.π•”π• πš–

It was not simply power flowing into him. It was understanding.

The ancestor's blood was not merely a relic of strength. It carried fragments of the founder's comprehension of blood itself. Techniques, instincts, and centuries of accumulated insight rushed through Damon's mind in violent waves. Blood manipulation that had once felt complicated suddenly seemed painfully simple. He could see the structure of blood essence clearly now. How it moved. How it condensed. How it could be shaped into weapons, barriers, or domains.

Every principle he had struggled to grasp before suddenly made sense as if someone had handed him the missing pieces to a puzzle he had been trying to solve blindly.

Damon inhaled slowly. His blood roared inside his veins. The aura around him thickened as the energy circulating through his body grew denser and denser. Cracks that had existed in his control disappeared. Limitations he had accepted as natural barriers shattered one after another.

Behind him, the nobles could only watch in stunned silence. They could feel it. Even those who did not understand what was happening could sense that something terrifying was unfolding in front of them. The pressure filling the throne chamber kept rising.

Samarishit's expression slowly turned pale as he stared at Damon. "He's… breaking through." The others swallowed nervously, no longer daring to open their mouths.

Meanwhile Damon remained completely still.

The knowledge continued to flow. His understanding of blood manipulation surged to an entirely new level as the ancient memory fragments aligned perfectly with his own abilities. However, it was not enough. Something was lacking. He was on the cusp of something great but he wasn't there just yet. He needed more skills. He needed more experience. He needed to further level up his skills. But that was not going to stop him. Not now. He had already come so far. He was determined to see this through.

Other people would probably need years and years, perhaps even decades to gain experience and level up their skills but he was different.

Damon clenched his fists and then flashed his eyes open. He gazed coldly at the group of nervous vampires in front of them. If he sucked them dry, he could probably gain quite a bit but he had a feeling that it wouldn't be enough. Also, he did not want to risk failing this memory world. He probably had to win this war and protect this territory to clear this memory world and he had already risked quite a bit by killing his own side. If he continued that further, there were chances he could fail and lose everything.

Nope. He had to take the hard route here.

"Does anyone have any teleportation scrolls to get to another clan?" His voice thrummed with the power of the ancestor's blood.

For a moment, nobody answered.

The nobles were still struggling to process everything they had just witnessed. The throne had dissolved. The ancestor's blood had merged with Damon. The domain had awakened fully. And now the man they had called a wastrel heir was casually asking for a teleportation scroll as if he were preparing for a short trip.

Why would you need that? The battle is here! The enemy is at our gates! Everybody had these thoughts but no one dared to say anything.

Finally, one of the elders found his voice. "A… teleportation scroll?" he repeated weakly. Damon slowly tilted his head, his crimson eyes sweeping across the room. "Do you have it or not?" he said calmly.

The oppressive pressure filling the chamber intensified slightly, forcing several weaker nobles to avert their gaze. Immediately, a few elders took out tokens from their rings and presented them to Damon. "My Lord." They respectfully bowed and waited for him to choose.

Just minutes ago, these same nobles had been shouting for his execution. Now none of them even dared to stand straight in front of him. The oppressive aura filling the chamber pressed heavily on their shoulders, reminding them every second that the man standing before them now controlled the ancestor's blood and the entire domain.

Damon glanced at the handful of tokens floating above their palms. He then connected with Necrogod. "Vlad, which clans sent the B rank powerhouses?"

It didn't take long for Necrogod to give the information and the next instant, Damon activated one of the teleportation tokens with a grin. At the same time, his blood avatar activated another teleportation token with a similar smile.

Naturally, he changed his appearance and he no longer resembled the wastrel heir. Instead, he resembled one of the random vampires from Earth Online.

Damon and his blood avatar disappeared at the same time. When they reappeared, all hell broke loose. Poisonous miasma spread throughout the settlement, and in the blink of an eye masses of vampires began collapsing one after another. The silent streets turned chaotic as the invisible poison drifted through alleys, courtyards, and guard towers alike. At first no one understood what was happening.

"What… what is this?!"

"Poison!"

"An enemy attack!"

Panic erupted across the entire clan settlement. The poisonous miasma spread like wildfire, quietly through the air and slipping into every open space. It was subtle enough that most of the victims did not even realize they had been infected until their bodies suddenly gave out beneath them.

Rivers of blood essence flowed from these corpses, thin crimson streams rising quietly from the fallen bodies. Damon and his blood avatar sucked in everything greedily, stealing skills and stats. His skills were quickly leveling up and the few barriers in his way to the next stage were slowly breaking down one after the other.
