She Used Me for a Dare… Now I Own Her Mother
Chapter 424: Unexpected Reunion
"Please... Save me. Please!"
Howard’s voice cracked as he knelt in front of Heena, clutching the edge of her robe with both hands. His face was wet with tears, and his body trembled violently.
"If I had known... If I had known you had connections to people like her..." he sobbed, glancing fearfully at Elyria. "I would have never neglected you. I would have treated you like a queen. But please, I’m begging you. Save me this one time. I swear I’ll change!"
Heena stared at Howard, her heart heavy. She didn’t know what to say. Part of her pitied him, but another part of her felt disgusted by how quickly he was begging for his life.
Before she could open her mouth, Elyria’s expression darkened. She had heard enough.
’This bastard,’
In a flash, Elyria moved. She struck Howard with a powerful palm strike to his back, sending him flying across the room. He crashed into the wall with a loud thud before slumping to the ground, unconscious.
Heena gasped in shock.
"A-Aunt!" she cried out.
Elyria turned to her, her expression softening.
"Don’t worry," she said calmly. "He’s just fainted. Nothing too serious."
She walked toward Heena and gently placed a hand on her head, stroking her hair with quiet affection.
"I’m sorry, darling," Elyria said softly. "I misunderstood everything. I let my anger blind me."
Heena shook her head, tears still in her eyes.
"You don’t have to apologize, Aunt. I know how much you love me... I understand why you reacted the way you did."
Elyria looked at Heena for a long moment, then glanced once at Alex, who stood silently nearby. Without another word, she turned around and walked out of the room.
Alex simply smiled at Elyria’s actions but chose not to say anything.
Viktor, who had been watching quietly from across the room, gave Alex a subtle nod before turning around and walking out without another word.
The moment both Elyria and Viktor left the suite, everyone finally let out a long, shaky breath they didn’t realize they had been holding.
The heavy tension that had filled the room slowly began to ease.
Alex looked around at the destroyed suite and sighed. The luxurious Presidential Suite was now in complete disarray... broken furniture, cracked walls, and debris scattered everywhere.
He turned toward Mrs. Leera Langford, the hotel manager, who was standing beside Lydia, who had quietly stepped out of the bedroom moments ago still shocked by the situation.
"I’m truly sorry for all this mess," Alex said sincerely.
But Mrs. Langford quickly raised her hand and stopped him.
"Please, Mr. Alex. There’s no need," Mrs. Langford said respectfully.
Initially, she had thought he was just some random rich young man. But after seeing him survive that attack and witnessing that man’s presence, someone who could even make Ms. Elyria helpless, how could she possibly accept an apology from someone like him?
Alex shook his head gently.
"Still, I’ll cover all the repair costs. It’s only right."
Before Mrs. Langford could refuse again, they were interrupted.
Mrs. Blackwell walked toward them with a small smile.
"I finally remember who you are, Mr. Alex," she said warmly. "You attended the gala with Victoria a few months ago."
Alex’s eyes slowly trailed over Mrs. Blackwell’s seductive figure, lingering for a moment longer than necessary.
"I’m glad you remembered, Mrs. Blackwell," Alex said with a soft smile.
She felt his gaze on her and immediately felt embarrassed. Her cheeks turned red as she remembered just how capable the man standing in front of her really was.
Before the moment could stretch any further, the younger woman beside her spoke up, breaking the tension.
"I’m glad the confusion finally got resolved," she said, her tone sharp. "But that still doesn’t make you a good person."
Alex turned back to Mrs. Langford without even acknowledging the younger woman, which irritated her.
"Mrs. Langford," Alex said calmly, "please arrange an ambulance for that guy." He gestured toward Howard, who was still unconscious on the floor.
Then his gaze shifted to the far corner of the room.
In the far corner of the room, Siobhan sat curled up on the floor, her face pale with fear. She hadn’t moved or spoken a single word since Elyria entered the suite.
She had come here hoping to spend time with Alex and maybe gain something from it, but now she was terrified. All she wanted was to disappear and never see any of these powerful people again.
"And also arrange something to get her home safely."
Mrs. Langford nodded quickly.
"Please don’t worry. It’s not a big deal."
Alex turned to Heena and gently took her hand.
"Want to see something interesting?" he asked with a small smile.
Heena looked at him for a moment, then nodded slowly.
"Come," Alex said.
With his hand resting on her shoulder, he led her toward the door. Just as they were about to step out, he stopped and looked back.
Mrs. Blackwell was watching him quietly from across the room.
Alex’s lips curved into a mischievous smile.
"You can come too if you want," he said, his tone playful.
Mrs. Blackwell felt something was off. A strange feeling stirred in her chest, but despite her hesitation, she followed. The younger woman beside her also walked after them without saying a word.

They walked through the luxurious suite until they reached the private staircase that led to the terrace of the Presidential Suite.
Heena looked around in confusion and turned to Alex.
"What’s up there?" she asked curiously.
Alex gave her a small smile and gently squeezed her hand.
"Just watch," he said.
Behind them, Mrs. Blackwell followed quietly, her heart racing. She didn’t know where Alex was taking them or what he was planning.
’Is he taking me up there to do something bad?’ she thought nervously. But then she quickly shook her head, trying to push the thought away.
Still, her steps slowed slightly as they climbed the stairs.
As they reached the final few steps toward the terrace. Suddenly, they heard voices.
Mrs. Blackwell froze for a second, her eyes widening in shock as she recognized the voices. Without wasting a moment, she hurried up the remaining stairs, followed closely by Alex and Heena.
What they saw on the terrace left them stunned.
Elyria and Viktor were standing in a tight embrace. Elyria’s face was buried in his chest as she cried uncontrollably, her fists weakly hitting his chest again and again.
"Why didn’t you come before... Why? Why?" she sobbed. "Do you know how worried I was? I thought you died... I thought that bitch killed you!"
Her voice cracked with pain as tears streamed down her face. It was clear she had been holding everything in for a long time, and now it was all pouring out.
Viktor gently held her face and tried to calm her down.
"You knew it wasn’t possible," he said softly. "If they had caught you helping me, they would have implicated you too. I couldn’t risk that."
But Elyria kept crying, her body shaking in his arms.
Viktor looked at her with a soft smile and said, "Am I not standing right here in front of you? Strong and healthy?"
Before she could reply, Viktor suddenly lifted her up like a doll and kissed her deeply.
Elyria froze for a second, then responded with desperate hunger. She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back with intense passion, as if she had been starving for this moment for years.
Heena, Mrs. Blackwell, and the younger woman stood frozen at the top of the stairs, their faces filled with shock. None of them could believe what they were seeing.
Heena’s eyes were wide, but a small, genuine smile slowly formed on her lips. She was happy for her aunt.
For the first time, she understood... Viktor was the man Elyria had loved all along. She had always thought her aunt planned to remain single for the rest of her life, but now everything made sense.
She tightened her hold around Alex, pulling him closer to her.
Below her, Mrs. Blackwell and the younger woman were feeling very different emotions.
Back in the suite, they had their suspicions about Elyria and Viktor, but they had dismissed them. After all, Viktor had been overpowering Elyria and holding her hostage... it didn’t look like love. But now, seeing the way Elyria was crying and kissing him so desperately, they realized they had been wrong all along.
Alex glanced back over his shoulder at Mrs. Blackwell and the younger woman, a mischievous smile playing on his lips.
"How’s the view from here?" he teased, his tone light but clearly playful.
Both women immediately looked away, their cheeks turning bright red with embarrassment. Mrs. Blackwell bit her lower lip, trying to maintain her composure, while the younger woman shifted uncomfortably, clearly flustered by Alex’s words.
Neither of them said anything, but their reactions said it all.
Suddenly, a deep, commanding voice echoed from above:
"You can come out if you’ve seen enough."
