Reincarnated As A Lion In Another World
Chapter 845: Kael’s Trinity
Thousands of cracks filled the sky and the abyss. The eldritch being who had just flown into the sky and hit the heavenly barrier spasmed and let out a terrifying ear that caused the hairs on all the bodies of the lions to stand.
What did it mean to be in the presence of an eldritch entity that they couldn’t understand and couldn’t describe? It was like they were standing before the personification of existence it’s, the beginning and end manifested into the form of a lion.
The one true Alpha, the King of Kings, the living anchor for a literal baby universe.
"What’s happening?" Alexander asked as he suddenly stopped flying, creating a powerful gust of wind that blew back all the lions and arkships nearby.
"Kael, is he evolving again?" Phestus asked as he appeared in front of Alexander.
Phestus was still wearing his blue suit and his fingers still glowed with the power of magic. He had been busy creating more unused Heavenly Beacons and had to take a break to look at what was happening.
"Evolving again? How? He just finished his last evolution a few days ago! How the fuck..."
Alexander was starting to raise his voice when there was another loud boom. The final resistance from the universe was futile.
A massive wave of power surged out of the distant eldritch entity at the top of the heavenly realm.
The numerous cracks revealed the Great Gap, the space in between heavenly realms.
The innermost parts of some heavenly realms were also starting to be revealed, plastered to the sky like some cosmic screen to be watched.
Alexander gulped and Phestus frowned. Wasn’t this it? Wasn’t this the opportunity they had been looking for?
A chance to rush into other heavens at a low cost of energy? Whatever had happened with Kael, whatever was happening now, it didn’t matter as it looked like he had just unknowingly pierced wide holes in the Gap.
"No, we can’t," Phestus said as his eyes lit up with tiny runes that he used to observe the full scale of what was happening.
"Hmmm," Alexander didn’t agree but he didn’t disagree. His battle with Gabriel had left him wanting to prove that he was more than just a fail-safe for the lions. That his powers were only relevant to the lions rubbed him the wrong way and he wanted to see if he could do anything about it.
Phestus was curious, but he was also intelligent and quickly drew conclusions on what was happening, "This is not an opportunity, it is a sealing.
The Alphaverse that the All-King created, is becoming a real thing. And once it matures, it cannot possibly share the same space with another universe.
So, it is separating itself completely. The very act of it separating itself probably required a whole bunch of laws to be present beforehand.
Based on Kael’s ability, it seems like this requirement was going to be fulfilled eventually and we are seeing the results.
This...is the severance of two universes. This is the beginning of the end!"
As Phestus said those words, the cracks in the sky showing the Great Gap suddenly went dim.
The Gap was replaced by a very thick and powerful layer of multicoloured power that couldn’t be passed through.
These cracks were soon closed up and the golden sky returned to normal.
The eldritch entity at the top also stopped releasing all that excess power as it was now being redirected elsewhere.
Meanwhile, all the systems related to the All-King began to echo countless notifications all at once.
[Ding! The Alphaverse is mature and is ready for growth and expansion.
Ding! The Alphaverse has fully established its Alpha Law: Conquering.
Ding! All creatures affiliated with the Alpha Law within the Alphaverse receive buffs and sovereign wills.
Ding! Beta Laws are being integrated for stability.
Ding! New Distinction Created. Alpha Primordial and Beta Primordials.
Ding! Alpha Primordial: Kael Ol’mytee.
Ding! Beta Primordials: Ralph, Charvi, Marcus, D’dei, Ivana, Blues, Claudia...
Ding! The Alphaverse has been completely severed from the Main Universe.
Warning! The Alphaverse exists within a sovereign universe and has become a cancerous existence.
Warning! The Main Sovereign Universe has begun to react. Retaliation is unpredictable and all inhabitants of the Alphaverse must stay guided.
Warning! Evolve or die.]
The last message was eerily direct and it was almost as if it were sent by Kael himself.
Actually, it was.
Now that the Alphaverse was fully matured, the All-King had been pushed without his intention to another stage of evolution.
But that was a whole study for another time.
As the eldritch entity descended from the sky, it gradually transformed back into the humanoid form of Kael.
Kael’s face was grim.
He was asking himself how he could have made such a costly mistake.
Now wasn’t the time.
He had felt the piercing gazes of multiple powerful entities staring at him from the depths of the universe. Most of them were not looking at him with kind intentions.
Before anything could have happened, their gazes were cut off as soon as the universal severance was completed.
But, all this didn’t change the fact that all that happened now was something that Kael had not planned for.
Among the variables, this was the wildest one. Who would have thought that the Alphaverse would automatically mature after getting the right amount of laws to be considered a fully fledged baby universe?
One had to know that there was no distinction between Kael, the system, and the Alphaverse.
He was all three.
Kael the All-King, Kael the System, and Kael the Alphaverse.
He literally existed in a pseudo-state of Trinity.
If the Alphaverse became stronger, surely, Kael would get stronger and that rise in power would be reflected everywhere.
All this wouldn’t be a problem if not for the fact that the Alphaverse had become the very definition of a cancerous tumor within the Main Universe.
Kael’s heart beat very fast. He had felt the sickle of an apex killer hanging above his head just before the Alphaverse was closed off.
This was it. This was the final nail in the coffin.
Kael was officially the enemy of the main universe and from now on, it would start doing everything it could to get rid of him.
Just like what had happened with the monkeys, history, as fascinating as it was, was about to repeat itself and survival was not a certainty.
