Reincarnated As A Lion In Another World
Chapter 842: Beyond The All-King’s Control
Planet Gadi.
As those strange things were happening all over the cosmos because of Kael, something even stranger was occurring here.
And unlike those other places, this one had absolutely nothing to do with Kael.
Blues, the blue-haired young gangster, had just been filled in on his role and importance in the universe.
He was the Primordial Dog, affiliated with the Law of Loyalty, a very significant pillar for someone like Kael.
But he had already been told of what would happen if he refused to join Kael’s cause.
Certain death.
While he was still processing all these things, Kael took him along on his little journey around the world to find all the remaining Primordials that had sensed.
Right now, Kael was standing inside an abandoned warehouse in another nation that was far from the city of Landan.
He stood on top of a podium made of wooden crates. Around the warehouse, there were forklifts parked every which way.
The light from the moon descended from the night sky, through the ceiling window, and cast a cold blow upon Kael who was standing directly underneath it.
His blonde hair mixed with the silver light of the moon. He had changed his attire, wearing a black set of clothes that matched the same style that Teez and Blues wore.
He had his hands behind his back and looked down at the group below him with a dictator-like expression.
Kael was given a speech, a rather short one. His countenance showed that he focused seriously on the facial expressions of all who were listening to him.
But even though the timbre of his voice was very low and uninspiring, the words that came out of his mouth resonated with them.
Standing below and behind Kael, Blues had his hands in his pockets as he looked at all that was happening.
He paid attention to the speech Kael was given and heard that it was almost similar to what he had been told.
Blues blinked his eyes and sighed. He had come to understand some things that had not been told to him before now. 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚
First, Ruda was not ordinary. Everyone knew that ever since she started exhibiting her powers and using them to grow her syndicate.
But now, Blues knew that Ruda was extraordinary. Her status in the Lion Hegemony was known as the highest and the only reason why she was here was that she had died.
Luckily, by some strange chance, she had been reincarnated to this world and if not for that, Blues would not be here right now.
The mysteries surrounding Kael were vague as even with the explanations he gave Blues, they only allowed him to understand a little about himself and almost nothing about the All-King.
Some things were better seen than said.
However, there was something that crossed the mind of Blues as he listened to the speech and cross-referenced it with the established knowledge he had about Primordials now.
The Primordials were supposed to be rare.
Very rare.
So rare that it should be almost impossible to find one by chance. Almost all of them had to be found with time dedicated to careful tracking.
Each Primordial was unique in its own way and the same method used to track one Primordial would be very different for another Primordial.
Blues for example was not just a Primordial Dog, he was also locked in this human form.
If not that Ruda had been reincarnated to this place, causing Kael to eventually come here himself,.he would have lived and died without ever knowing how special he was.
It begged the question, if there were other planets like his scattered around the galaxy, others that had humans just like his.
How many humans went their whole lives without the knowledge that they were made for something greater?
How many of them would look up to the stars, not knowing that that is where they belonged?
They may just feel a sense of not belonging, or they may even be very normal actually.
But it also raised another question. If all these Primordials were supposed to be rare, then why were there so many of them found on Planet Gadi?
Why?
Blues had filled Kael throughout when he searched for those individuals and he had counted.
There were a total of one hundred and thirty-three individuals that Kael had labelled Primordials.
Some of them had already awakened their powers and were exposed to the system, others had not even been aware of what was happening and would have seen themselves as the victims.
Either way, there were many, and they were all here together.
Was it a coincidence?
It couldn’t be.
Blues had his own thoughts about the matter but didn’t have enough knowledge to be sure.
First, he suspected the whole Reincarnation thing. Was it truly a coincidence that out of all places in the universe, this was the planet that Ruda had been reborn in?
Of course, Blues did not know much about the grand and deadly games of the cosmic factions, nor did he know of the mysterious Court of Reincarnation.
But Kael knew.
If Blues could have thought of this, then surely, Kael had thought of it way earlier and had drawn deeper more detailed conclusions.
It wasn’t a coincidence that he had found these Primordials here. And it wasn’t a coincidence that this was the planet Ruda had been reborn in.
It was all part of some little scheme and the most obvious suspect was the Court of Reincarnation.
Who else had the power to covertly pull Primordials to the same spot without anyone ever knowing?
Who else knew beforehand if someone was going to become a Primordial or not?
Who else could hide the reincarnated souls of Primordials in the prison bodies of humans so that no one will ever find them?
The Court of Reincarnation should not be so careless that they would lead Kael all the way here, to this place, where he would reap nothing but benefits.
It was not a coincidence.
It was intentional.
Kael knew for a fact that he had been guided here against his will. It made him realise that those beings beyond the immortal level may be playing a whole different game when it came to scheming.
But why?
As Kael rounded up his speech and prepared to deliver the contracts, he asked himself that question.
Why?
Why would the Court of Reincarnation knowingly lead Kael to this place?
Could this be considered them helping him? Or is this just one section of a much more complex design?
If it was the latter, then how long had they been planning this?
Before he was born? Before Noel was born? At what point exactly had these things been put into motion?
But the only way they could have shown this place to Kael was if they allowed someone like Ruda to be reincarnated so that Kael could track her down.
So many things had to be in place for all the events to reach this conclusion.
Kael’s grasp on control suddenly seemed frail and meaningless.
