In unofficial readings and news platforms, it’s rumored that Duke Olmer was already a billionaire long ago.

Just a few days ago, it was announced that he was one of the sponsors of the Federation Army joining "Operation Safe Corridor".

His power and influence in the Omnicore Federation is so great that rumors suggests that he intends to participate in the next centurion election for the slot of 13 Vice Presidents of the Federation that would commence in a few years.

Over the years of growing his own business Empire and settling on his niche, building a brand around it, Earl Joe had met many Dukes already but of them all Duke Olmer was on a whole other level.

After years of pushing for it, doing countless philanthropic works related to the Duke’s Empire to grab his attention, Joe finally achieved his ultimate goal.

He caught the Duke’s attention and now Olmer invited him as part of those to attend his business meet!

To Joe, this was one of the biggest moves of his career in recent years.

The emotional satisfaction that would come from the meeting if it was successful was why he planned to thoroughly enjoy himself in a few days with his favorite mistress all the way in the outer district.

At some point, Leon ordered a cup of coffee to while away time but it was now cold, still untouched.

It’s been over an hour now, and yet he could not finish his food simply because of the nature of things that he just experienced.

For a man who was cruel enough to sponsor slave and sex trafficking easily as a business, Leon never expected Joe to be big on morals, but still, within just a few hours of watching the Joe Mansion since sunrise, he’d seen so much that his whole opinion of the Earl was overturned.

He couldn’t think of the right word to use to describe how he felt from his first hours of surveillance of the Joe family Mansion.

With it, she and Tyla could work on fishing out other details of Joe’s life that he may have failed to analyze from his surveillance.

This was what he would be doing for the next 2 days.

As for Lt. Colonel Umar Farouq, his only job was to try his best to stay outside the tight radar of the Omnicore Eye within the inner ring and if possible, get more information about Earl Joe that Leon couldn’t get through his invisible drones.

This is the "Information Gathering" phase of the plan.

Later in the evening that day, while Earl Joe went on another public image propaganda where he donated money to a big orphanage in a Town outside Neo Solace, Talia finally finished compiling a file that she named "The Earl".

With Leon’s help through his invisible drones, with Lt. Colonel Umar’s already existing information, and with her ability as an E Rank NetRunner with Tyla’s help, Talia managed to organize all the information that she needed on Earl Joe.

With it, she compiled the file- "The Earl", a file containing the story and history of Joe Curry’s rise from the ground up.

She did it within just 1 day!
