DING!

For the first time in a very long time, Leon opened the ChronoSystem interface and had a comprehensive look of his system status.

Compared to when he just woke up in this world about 4 months ago, his system status looked totally different and was much more voluminous.

Compared to a few months ago, he now had more D Rank blueprints than he had E Rank blueprints.

His growth was truly anomalous and unusual.

He didn’t focus on his blueprints though. Instead, he focused on the last thread of notifications.

~----~

Leon got these as part of the rewards in his first big breakout mission, the battle against the terrorists back in Leviathan Quay.

Since then, he was yet to use any of the Character Summon Cards. 𝑓𝓇𝘦ℯ𝘸𝘦𝑏𝓃𝑜𝘷ℯ𝑙.𝑐𝑜𝓂

This was because during his D Rank Trial, he didn’t get a chance to use his powers much. The only thing he got to overuse was his brain.

Because of this, he didn’t use any of the Character Summon Cards and now he was already D Rank. Despite this, Leon felt that they were still useful, this was why he had a comprehensive look of his system status again.

This was another advantage of his that no other Ascended in the world had.

Even with Artifacts, using abilities of other Class with them was extremely limited. Leon already learned this from experience, this was why he rarely used his only artifact and he no longer pushed for getting an artifact.

But with a Character Summon Card, he was the only Ascended in the world with the ability to freely and fully use the abilities of other Class Ascended.

Considering the nature of the mission that he was about to embark on and where he was going, Leon felt that he needed any advantage that he could get.

And these... they could be the advantage that he needed.

With a thought, he finally dismissed the ChronoSystem interface, after which he exhaled and leaned back on his chair.

He finally broke the silence. "Davis, show me the social hierarchy of Federation territory again".

Lt. Colonel Umar briefly looked at him before minding his business.

Davis responded. "Yes master".

DING!

A familiar holographic projection appeared in front of Leon showing him again the social hierarchy of Federation territory.

He was already used to it, but still, he looked at it again.

[Omnicore Federation Social Citizenship & Lordship System:]

[Lords:]

[1. Director-Prime: Epsilon.]

[2. House of Lords’ 2 Presidents.]

[3. House of Lords’ 13 Vice Presidents.]

[4. Dukes.]

[5. Earls.]

[6. Barons.]

...

[Citizens:]

[1. Councilors.]

[2. Middle-Class.]

[3. The SIN-less.]

[4. Slaves.]

The social hierarchy in Omnicore territory is simple and straightforward.

Divided into 2 distinct Classes, Lords and Citizens, the Director-Prime sits at the pinnacle in this dictatorship system.

In Omnicore territory, Director-Prime Epsilon was Lord over every life.

Beneath him is the House of Lords’ 2 Presidents, Lord Sylvari Charr and Lord Murphy, and then behind them are the House of Lords’ 13 Vice Presidents.

These are the strongest, most popular, and the most influential beings in the Omnicore Federation, spread across the Central Cities and the Sea-Wall Cities of the Federation in the Southern Rim.

A few years ago, Bill Zefyr became the 13th Vice President of the House of Lords and the first Vice President in the history of the Federation not born of Omnicore heritage.

Behind the Vice Presidents of the House of Lords are the Dukes, the Earls, and the Barons.

Every Synth or A.I Construct born in Omnicore territory naturally becomes a Baron from the right and heritage of birth.

Beneath the Lords are the Citizens, divided into Councilors, the Middle-Class, the SIN-less, and the Slaves.

The Councilors are the richest and the most essential citizens in Omnicore territory who rose from the rest but are not exceptional enough to be accepted as Lords by the social hierarchy system.

Most of them are millionaires.

Beneath the Councilors are the Middle-Class, and then the SIN-less who comprise a large swathe of the population in Omnicore cities.

The SIN-less refers to citizens without a "System Identification Number", making them non-persons to the Federation.

They are exempt from the protection of the rule of law in Omnicore territory.

The only thing differentiating them from Slaves is the tag of a Slave and the fact that no Lord owned them yet. Synths and A.I Constructs cannot be SIN-less, only Geneforms can.

Slaves are the least in Omnicore’s social hierarchy system.

These are Geneforms in Omnicore territory that have been dehumanized, turned into tools that are owned by their Lords.

In Omnicore territory, there’s a very thin line separating Slaves from animals.

This was where Leon was going to.

He looked outside through the window of the aircraft carrier, and immediately his sharp Ascended eyesight caught the visage of a Town below.

He looked at it for a few seconds before getting lost in his thoughts, and then he thought of Mr. Grok Letho, the owner of the Big Gig Construction Company.

For a moment, memories of his first Trial came rushing back to his head.

’Unfortunately, I’m not going to Red Meridian,’ he thought. ’This time, I’m going to Neo Solace so our reunion will have to wait a bit’.

In that moment, the silence was broken again, this time by the pilot.

BZZZT!

The sound of static echoed, then a young male voice sounded.

"I’ve arrived at the coordinates that were indicated, I’m about to drop the crates now. Is there any change in plans?"

Everyone looked at Leon.

"No". He responded.

Immediately, the hatch of the aircraft carrier opened and the 5 crates were dropped into the wasteland in the middle of nowhere.

After that, the aircraft carrier turned around and flew back towards the Town that Leon saw a few minutes ago.

A few minutes later, a short distance away from the Town, Leon and his companions bid farewell to the pilot and finally descended from the aircraft.

They walked a short distance forward, then they saw a holo-signboard.

["Welcome to Community Kragin."]
