Unable to stand Sophie Sullivan’s arrogant demeanor, Raina Bell had resorted to this desperate measure, hoping to teach her a lesson.

"Sister Minnie, I haven’t forgotten... I remember the Young Master’s words; he forbade me from setting foot inside the Castle."

"And you still knowingly broke the rules?" Minimus Hart was furious. "Do you genuinely think you’re some special exception? I’ve repeatedly protected you, kept you from going on missions, but in the end, didn’t the Young Master still send you on them? Raina Bell, if you don’t have a sharp mind, don’t try to play crafty tricks. Behaving like this, you’ll bring about your own ruin sooner or later!"

Who did she think she was, with such a clumsy ploy? It didn’t even matter if Thomas Shannon believed it or not. Given how favored Sophie Sullivan was right now, even if Sophie had done it, Thomas Shannon wouldn’t do anything to her. Minimus Hart had heard plenty of news from the man in black. Thomas Shannon had specifically taken Sophie Sullivan out to cultivate their relationship. Wasn’t going to the desert just another way to flirt?

"Sister Minnie, Sophie Sullivan was so arrogant! You don’t know... how outrageous she was today."

Raina Bell’s feeble voice was cut off by Minimus Hart’s roar, "Hasn’t she done outrageous things before? Why is it suddenly today that you can’t tolerate it? When it comes down to it, it’s your own mindset that’s wrong. If you think you’re on the same level as her, you’re gravely mistaken. Believe it or not, when the time comes, you won’t even know how you died!"

"Sister Minnie, the Young Master does treat me differently, doesn’t he? If he finds out that Sophie Sullivan hurt me, I don’t dare hope he’ll punish Sophie Sullivan. I just wish it would create a rift between them."

Even a tiny rift would satisfy her. The injury she suffered this time would have been worth it!

"Useless!" Minimus Hart snapped. "A truly brainless piece of trash!"

Raina Bell looked at Minimus Hart with a wounded expression, her face growing even paler. "Sister Minnie, we know Sophie Sullivan’s real name. That alone should be enough to make her wary."

"So what if she’s wary? Let me tell you, if Sophie Sullivan so much as acts cute, the Young Master would marry you off to those sleazy, pot-bellied old men in a minute!"

Raina Bell’s eyes widened in shock. Sophie Sullivan... did she really have that much influence?

Minimus Hart raised a hand to her forehead, her head throbbing. She began to doubt the decision she had made back then—was it right or wrong?

This Raina Bell had seemed clever, but who knew her mind could be so muddled? Her intelligence was truly a cause for concern.

"From now on, without my permission, stop doing such laughably foolish things, understand?" Minimus Hart reprimanded sharply. "If there’s a next time, even I won’t be able to protect you."

Raina Bell bit her lip and, feeling wronged, nodded. "I understand, Sister Minnie."

After Minimus Hart left, the nurse came in.

Raina Bell’s gaze filled with anticipation. "Has the Young Master been here?"

"The Young Master brought you to the medical office."

The nurse’s words reignited hope within Raina Bell.

She looked towards the doorway and smiled. Just wait and see. I’ll show Sister Minnie whether I’m truly insignificant to the Young Master or not! The humiliation I suffered today, I’ll pay it all back—Sophie Sullivan’s share included!

She slowly closed her eyes, telling herself to remain calm. Until I can take her down in a single move, I mustn’t do anything foolish. If Sophie Sullivan wants to be arrogant, let her. I don’t believe she can stay arrogant for a lifetime.
