He was in the middle of a fight against a powerful T-Rex monster. Everything was going fine until the monster unexpectedly used an attack that blinded him.

For a second, the entire screen went black, leaving him helpless. When the visuals returned, the screen simply showed that the Emperor had died.

As expected, the monsters in this location were much more powerful than him. Even though he had already broken through to the Initial Special Grade, the monsters he was facing were also Initial Special Grade, and they were proving very difficult to defeat.
