Everyone was a bit surprised when they heard this, and they also felt the Lancaster family’s respect and sincerity for their daughter-in-law.

Adrian Lancaster took the child from Simon Xavier’s hands, "Sweetie, come here, Daddy’s got you, we’ll see Grandma and Grandpa again tomorrow."

Faye’s gaze swept over him, and when she looked back at Joy, she also felt reluctant, for blood ties have always been a wonderful thing.

He didn’t want to pressure her; taking Joy and Teacher Gable, they bid farewell to the Xavier family again, then turned and left.

The Xavier family followed them out to see them off.

Even Faye came to the Xavier family’s doorway, to the front of the Lamborghini, her gaze consistently on Joy.

How could she not want a piece of her own flesh?

Watching them get into the car and drive away, the Xavier family stood there for a long time, filled with gratitude.

Today was the most wonderful day in nearly twenty years for Simon Xavier and his wife.

The air smelled sweeter, and the flowers in the yard seemed to bloom more beautifully.
