He drew back slightly, his eyelids fluttering open to meet Jin Jiuchi’s blissful look. "So..." he knocked their foreheads together lightly.

Jin Jiuchi’s brain was short-circuiting due to the lingering kiss from his jade doll and he could not, for the love of God, remember what they were talking about anymore. "So...?" he echoed with a hint of confusion in his voice.

Mirth and amusement twinkled within the depth of Shen Nianzu’s purple orbs. "Let me word it loud and clear then," he proclaimed with a smile. "From now on, you are my boyfriend. Okay?"

Jin Jiuchi was stunned for a second, his eyes fixed on Shen Nianzu with surprise before understanding dawned on him. In the next second, as if a radiant light had been switched on within him, his entire person brightened up and he grinned widely. There was no hesitation in his response as he answered with a cheerful, "Okay!"
