Villain Ch 926. Traitor!
Jordan sighed, his stern expression softening somewhat. "I understand that things can get busy, but you need to prioritize. Your education is not something to be taken lightly. We're giving you this opportunity to learn at home for a reason."

Emma nodded, her eyes downcast. "I understand. I'll talk to them first thing tomorrow."
Jordan's eyes narrowed slightly as he looked at Emma. "Is this because of something that happened this afternoon? I heard you suddenly cooked fries today, and they said it was for Allen."
Emma felt a jolt of surprise, certain that either Alex, one of the butlers, or Kai, Allen's butler, had been the source of this information. She quickly composed herself, nodding. "Yes," she admitted. "But as I said, it's all over now."
Emma wanted to address this first to prevent Jordan from making a bigger deal out of it. "It was just a small argument, Dad," Allen added, his tone reassuring. "There's nothing you need to worry about."
Jordan looked at Allen, then back at Emma, his expression softening slightly. "Okay," he said, his voice calm but firm. "I'm glad to hear that."
Azura, who had remained silent throughout the conversation, felt a pang of unease. She knew that Emma's disrupted studies were partly her fault. Her impromptu visit had turned into an all-day affair, and they had spent the entire time together, which threw off Emma's homeschooling schedule. Azura glanced at Allen, feeling a mix of guilt and something else—an unwillingness to leave.
'Just a bit longer, a bit longer,' she thought. An idea began to form in her mind, one that might allow her to spend more time with Allen without feeling like she was imposing. Maybe, she thought, she could use this as an excuse. If she emphasized that Emma needed to concentrate more on her schoolwork, she could suggest that Allen stay with her to help keep her on track.
'Yup, this would be a great idea,' she thought, a small smile playing on her lips.
Azura cleared her throat, deciding it was time to voice her idea. She felt a bit nervous but also excited. She took a deep breath and spoke up, her voice steady and confident. "I've been thinking," she began, drawing the attention of everyone at the table, "I feel really bad that my sudden visit disrupted Emma's studies today."
Emma looked up from her plate, ready to dismiss Azura's concern and reassure her that it was no big deal. "It's okay, Azura. Your presence didn't disturb me at all—" she started to say, but Azura interrupted her, clearly eager to get her point across.
"But," Azura continued, her tone bright and cheerful, "I was thinking that maybe I could stick to Allen instead. That way, Emma can concentrate more on her schoolwork without any distractions."
Emma felt a sudden wave of disgust and frustration wash over her. She knew exactly what Azura was trying to do. The bright smile on Azura's face only made it worse. She glanced at Azura, her eyes narrowing into a death stare that silently screamed, 'Traitor!'
Azura, catching Emma's intense glare, smiled awkwardly and quickly glanced away. Her eyes seemed to silently plead, 'Sorry, I need to take my chance.'
Allen looked between his sister and cousin, trying to understand what was happening. He knew there was more to Azura's suggestion than just helping Emma with her studies. But for the sake of keeping the peace, he decided to go along with it for now.
Jordan raised an eyebrow at Azura's proposal. "That's an interesting idea, Azura," he said slowly, his gaze steady on her. "But what exactly do you mean by 'stick to Allen'? He has his own responsibilities and can't be distracted either."
Azura quickly nodded, her smile never wavering. "Oh, I know, Uncle Jordan. I just meant that maybe I could help him out with his conference preparations. I have some free time, and it could be useful. Plus, it would give Emma the space she needs to focus on her studies without feeling guilty about not spending time with me."
Emma's frustration was growing by the second. She couldn't believe Azura was manipulating the situation to spend more time with Allen. Her glare intensified, her eyes practically boring holes into Azura. The tension was clear, and even though Azura could feel the heat of Emma's anger, she maintained her bright smile. Azura's determination to seize her chance was evident.
Jordan decided to address the matter. "Well, that depends on Allen," he said, his tone measured. Jordan knew he couldn't reveal Allen's true identity as the devil emperor in Hell's Gate, even to his own niece. It was a secret that needed to be protected. So, he left the decision to Allen.
Allen cleared his throat, feeling the weight of everyone's attention on him. He knew he had to handle this delicately, but he also saw an opportunity to set clear boundaries. "I don't mind Azura helping me," he began, his voice calm and relaxed. "But the weekend is almost here, and my girlfriends will be staying over in my room. You might not be able to stick with me."
The confession hit Azura like a lightning bolt. Her smile faltered for a moment as she processed his words. "Girlfriends?" she repeated, her voice a mixture of shock and disbelief.
"Yeah," Allen replied nonchalantly.

Emma, still glaring at Azura, couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction at seeing her cousin's reaction. "Yup, he has several girlfriends," she repeated, her tone laced with annoyance at Azura's betrayal.
Azura's mind raced. She had known Allen was popular, but she hadn't realized the extent of his relationships. The idea of him having multiple girlfriends was a shock. She struggled to maintain her composure, her mind whirling with thoughts. 'Several girlfriends? How does he manage that?
And why didn't I know about this?'
Emma's glare continued to burn, and she felt a strange mix of satisfaction and irritation. 'Serves her right,' she thought, her anger still simmering. 'Trying to steal time with Allen like that. Maybe now she'll think twice.'
Allen, sensing the growing discomfort, decided to elaborate. "They know each other and get along well," he said, trying to ease the tension. "We have an understanding. But it does mean my weekends are often busy."
