Jason looked at Patrick, who wore suit and dark glasses beside him with a wry smile. "Are you sure that your outfit is not catching attention?"

Patrick shrugged. "Why are you asking me that? Aren't bodyguards normally using clothes like this?"

He didn't know what to reply to this man. Last night, Kanae informed him that Patrick would be following the two representatives closely. Because Patrick couldn't drive, he would only accompany as a bodyguard that stayed close with the two of them along with the other bodyguards that Matt sent them.

The reason they picked Patrick was extremely simple. There were only three people in the group with two of them unable to drive. As the other two would follow from the other car, it should be either one of them. Picking Kanae as the bodyguard would be the same as seeking death.

Not because of her skill, but appearance. Kanae's height and appearance would make them able to guess that she was still a teenager.

Wouldn't they look down on them even more if they prepared a teenager as a bodyguard?

"Where are Kevin and Kanae?" Jason switched the conversation.

"I don't know. They just say that they're staying somewhere around here," Patrick shrugged without care.

Around them, several people were giving them weird looks. The main reason was Patrick's clothes didn't match with his large body. In addition, the spear that he brought with him made them wonder about this man.

"They have arrived," Jason muttered.

Patrick corrected his standing position while the other guards were also keeping their focus. Compared to Patrick, they looked much more normal. Even though they have rather big body, it was nothing compared with Patrick who was simply too high and big.

A lot of people came out. Almost every single one of them turned to look at Patrick's direction. They were surprised to see him in this place. Some of them who knew his identity purposely avoided his gaze.

What does this street troublemaker do in this place?

Jason waited patiently and ignored the blazing glare from people around them. No matter what he said, he knew that Patrick was simply attracting more attention to them. Well, it didn't matter much right now. Next time, he would try to ask Kevin about changing the bodyguard's position and let Patrick cover from the back…

Their wait didn't last long because they found the two people they were waiting for had already arrived. The first representative was a man with brown hair and tall height. He was already middle aged, but still walked firm. The second representative was a middle aged woman. She has blond hair and a rather charming body that attracted numerous gazes towards her.

"Mr. George and Mrs. Erica?" Jason asked politely. Seeing the two of them nodded their heads, he continued. "I'm Jason Wells and today, I'll be the one to accompany you touring the city."

The man named George looked at Jason with surprise filled his eyes. Clearly, he had heard the surname 'Wells' before, so he was pretty familiar with the man's background.

"I see, you're the young master of Wells Family," George smiled. "It's an honor to be able to be guided by you."

"The pleasure is mine, Sir George," Jason replied back.

While George seemed to be very satisfied, Erica looked at Jason up and down as if scrutinizing the young man. Her sharp gaze seemed to intend in making a hole in the man's body.

"I heard that the one who will receive us today is the governor of this city," Erica asked sharply.

"There are some last minute changes," Jason replied. Internally, he wished to smack the one who tell the news to Erica. It seemed that she was quite a feisty middle aged woman who wouldn't listen well to reason.

"I see." Erica observed Jason once again. "You're quite young, young man. Do you have some capabilities?"

"I believe that I'm pretty capable," Jason replied calmly. His eyes stared back at Erica, not showing any fear whatsoever.

Erica crossed her arm. This man was not too bad to be their guide. At the very least, he showed some decent attitude when facing against her.

"Alright, we'll be in your care… what's your name again?"

"My name is Jason Wells, Mrs. Erica."

"Right, Jason," Erica continued her words. "I hope you won't disappoint us."

Jason smiled. He pointed to the men surrounding them. "They're all the bodyguards that our city has prepared to protect you all. Please ignore their existences and just enjoy your time in this city."

George and Erica looked at the men around them before nodding their head in understanding. They wouldn't try to make things difficult for them anymore. After all, they were already used with bodyguards around them when they were working in other cities. Those cities with slightly lacking development needed to work much more in their security.

Ignoring the existences of these people was as easy as walking for them. Even though they were only strangers, these two didn't panic. They knew that the people in this city wouldn't dare to do anything to them that might cause harm. If they reported bad news regarding this city to them, it would be extremely disastrous for them.

Who would dare to put a bodyguard who couldn't guard properly?

"What is the plan that you have prepared for us, Jason?" George asked first as they walked outside with Jason leading them.

"I thought that it'll be good for us to take you to the hotel where you're going to stay for the next several days. We have prepared the best hotel in this city to make sure that you'll feel comfortable when staying."

"What can you provide in the hotel?"

"There are room services, bathroom in the room, large space, internet, air conditioner…."

As Jason listed everything that the hotel room has, Patrick rolled his eyes internally. How many hours did this man spend to make sure that he remembered every single point that they needed to remember? When Jason started to quote the price per Erica's question, Patrick literally thought that Jason was truly a machine.

'These youngsters are truly maniacs in studying.'

Just this morning, Kanae and Kevin checked every single place that could potentially hide snipers. They made sure that the place was safe before they decided to come here. Even now, Patrick was sure that both of them were secretly monitoring this place from someplace.

The group walked out of the airport to the door where a car had been prepared. There were a lot of people around them that he felt it was rather suffocating.

"We have prepared the car for the two of you. I hope that limousine is enough," Jason smiled professionally.

George looked at the car with satisfaction. "It seems that the economy in this city is quite good. The people seem to be quite varied."

"There are a lot of people with different professions in this place. As you can see, people around here wear different clothes one with another." Jason spread his hand as if to stress his point.

"I see." George nodded his head.

Erica was also looking around. They were tasked to do their work as examiner in this city, so she had to make sure that she did her work well.

"Let's go, Ladies and Gentleman."

The two of them made their way to the car when Patrick noticed a man not far from them pointed a gun stealthily behind a newspaper. Before he could warn Kevin from the communication device he wore, the sound of gunshots sounded loudly with the gun direction pointed at the two representatives.
