————————
After taking over Yitou Middle School, Gu Xi didn’t rest for the entire night and attacked several large eerie areas.
Compared to attacking the Tenshou Pavilion transformed from civilian houses, the gains from these large eerie areas were significant.
Once conquered, the Land Title was just the basics, and each time, there were at least six Architectural Design Plans, with one instance even reaching nine.
By the end of the night, Gu Xi obtained five Land Titles, totaling 4 large plots, 15 medium plots, and 21 small plots.
A total of 39 Architectural Design Plans were acquired, including 3 for large buildings, 11 for medium buildings, 24 for small buildings, and 1 for a special building.
The most captivating among them was naturally the special Architectural Design Plan.
This was received by Gu Xi when attacking a seemingly inconspicuous small yard. The reason this yard was attacked was entirely because Gu Xi noticed an old Well within it.
This Well reminded Gu Xi of the Well Dragon King’s Well Dragon Palace, so Gu Xi chose to attack it immediately.
As a result, while the yard was taken, there was no entrance to the underwater world of Well Dragon King, but instead, a special Architectural Design Plan was obtained.
[Source Well Design Plan (Special): Use 1500 resources, 20 units of Stone, 20 units of Wood to construct a Source Well (Special Building) at a designated location outside the city. After building the Well, a temporary camp can be set up nearby, and through tasks, the temporary camp can be turned into a formal Assembly Hall (non-upgradable)]
Upon reading its description, Gu Xi immediately knew it was for constructing a branch city.
Once used in the wild, this allows the expansion of a city centered on the Source Well.
As for how large the city can become, it depends on the resources the Player invests.
But regardless, this represents a New City, explaining why this Well becomes a Special Building.
This kind of thing is special no matter where it appears.
Apart from this special building, one medium-sized building particularly caught Gu Xi’s eye.
[Eerie Excavation Base Design Plan (Medium): Use 500 resources, 10 units of Stone, 10 units of Wood to construct an Eerie Excavation Base (Medium Building) in the city. It can excavate five meters deep every day and uncover some eerie events from underground (automatically upgrades through excavation to gain Experience)]
This Architectural Design Plan was quite unexpected for Gu Xi. Digging underground in the city is one approach, but Gu Xi feels the key to this building isn’t how deep it can excavate, but that it can uncover some eerie events from underground.
This is equivalent to having an extra instance for soldiers to battle and train, and also means Gu Xi has a continuously developing Underworld.
Most importantly, there’s no stated excavation depth limit, and it upgrades automatically through excavation.
Meaning, as long as Gu Xi continues excavating, this building’s Level can keep increasing.
Compared to buildings requiring manual upgrades, the Eerie Excavation Base is far superior.
Among the remaining items, even the three large Architectural Design Plans didn’t interest Gu Xi.
Not to mention those medium and small building Design Plans.
Currently, the queue in Yalidu City is already quite long, and Gu Xi has many unbuilt buildings lined up, with the necessary Training Camp not yet started.
Since these newly acquired items don’t offer stronger possibilities, Gu Xi won’t cancel the pre-planned lineup to prioritize these.
Gu Xi merely glanced over to get an idea of what he possesses, leaving the rest to time.
Though he did give a second glance at three large buildings, understanding which troops each trained, beyond that, there was nothing more.
[Wandering Street (Large): Use 2500 resources, 20 units of Stone, to construct a Wandering Street (Large Building) within the city. 𝙛𝒓𝒆𝙚𝒘𝒆𝓫𝙣𝓸𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝒄𝒐𝓶
After construction, 25 Wandering Zombies can be trained weekly.
After construction, it can integrate with Graveyard or Zombie training camps.]
[Black Arena (Large): Use 3500 resources, 30 units of Stone, 1 unit of Mercury, 1 unit of Gem, to construct a Black Arena (Large Building) within the city.
After construction, 7 Gladiatorial Black Guards can be trained weekly.
After construction, it can integrate with various Divine Halls or Knight training camps.
After construction, various beasts can be arranged in the arena weekly for challenge matches to enhance the experience of participating Black Guards or Knights.
Before construction, a Level 1 Divine Hall (any that can train Knights) must be built first.]
[Gladiatorial Black Guard (Level 7): Experience (0/5500), Attack 16, Defense 9, Life 55, Skills: War Axe Mastery, Charge, Combat.]
[Heart-Eye Sword Dojo (Large): Use 2500 resources, 20 units of Stone, to construct a Heart-Eye Sword Dojo (Large Building) within the city.
After construction, 25 Blind Swordsmen can be trained weekly.]
[Blind Swordsman (Level 4): Experience (0/750), Attack 6, Defense 4, Life 25, Skills: Immune to Blindness, Quick Attack.]
Of these three large buildings, the zombies from Wandering Street are roughly on the same level as the Zombies, serving as a supplement.
The Gladiatorial Black Guard in the Black Arena serves to guard Knights, but currently, Gu Xi doesn’t have any Knights, of any type, making this building rather useless.
Also, it requires at least one Level 1 Divine Hall as a prerequisite, and without constructing a Divine Hall, Gu Xi can’t build this Black Arena.
The final Heart-Eye Sword Dojo, however, produces decent troops.
Just by looking at Blind Swordsmen, you know they’re usable in a short timeframe, but the issue lies in that they’re not considered as Undead, and with so many Undead Species training camps yet to be built, constructing the Heart-Eye Sword Dojo here would reflect a lack of strategic sense.
So these three buildings will likely end up at the bottom of the box, out of sight for quite a while.
It’s the same story for other medium and small buildings, seeming to enrich Gu Xi’s collection, but offering little practical use.
Gu Xi simply stored these Architectural Design Plans, consoling himself.
At least next time, he won’t have to specifically run to the Chaoyang Radiance Guild to buy Architectural Design Plans.
Imagining if he had this many Architectural Design Plans when he went to the Scattered Immortal Garden, he could have bargained for better things.
But it’s not too late now.
After organizing these items, Gu Xi looked up at the sky, then turned towards the direction of the Wudou Family.
