Ultimate Cash System-Chapter 25: Acquiring the Website.
Chapter 25 - Acquiring the Website.
Lukas smiled and went to the inn. They ate lunch, and he stuffed himself because it was 8:30 at night and he wanted to do some studying after returning to the dorm.
After eating, he went to his car and started it. In the night, the streets were very quiet and very peaceful to drive. As he was driving, he got a text from Annie on his phone.

'Just got home, going to sleep right away as I am super hungry. Text me in the morning.'
Lukas smiled and didn't disturb her, parked the car, and went out. He was actually calculating the cash he had now, and he had exactly $1075.
Guess the date was not that costly, she's a very good girl.
[Ding!!]! Mission: Run for ten minutes. Minimum Reward: $1000]
Lukas was just going back when his feet halted, seeing the reward he couldn't help but smile, and then he started running. The shoes he was wearing were getting uncomfortable, and he needed some new shoes to run.
[Mission Completed. Grade : S, Ran for 2 hours and 10 minutes. Reward: $20,000]
Lukas, although he was sweating profusely, had a slight grin on his face.
After taking a shower, he concentrated on studies, and after some time, he felt very sleepy, so he just slept, he was not going to hurt his body just to study.
The next morning his alarm went off at 6 am. He went out to jog, as this was his morning routine. After jogging and exercising, he took a bath.
He sat at the reading table at 7:30 am in the morning and studied for one hour straight, then went to eat breakfast and attend classes.
When it was 11 am, his next class was postponed, so he came to his dorm and opened his laptop. He got a reply from the owner of 'Facebook.com,' and he was asking for $55,000.
Lukas grinned. He casually typed four thousand. He was going to buy it for more, but he typed $20,000 in his next bid and went to his next class.
As he was returning from his classes, Lukas saw the fat coach standing right outside his class. Lukas nodded his head and went to the coach.
Both of them walked towards the baseball field. Lukas wanted to check on the website bid, but Coach comes first.
"Lukas, I have talked with the brother-in-law of mine, he is available tomorrow, so what do you say?" Henry asked, he was actually very excited.
" Tomorrow is Saturday, so I'll be able to do it." Lukas agreed readily, he also wanted to try out for a Double A division team.
" Alright, I'll pick you up tomorrow at eight in the morning." Henry asked.
"Sure, Coach," Lukas replied, then Henry got a call and told Lukas to go back.
Lukas didn't mind, he went to his dorm and opened the laptop first. The owner of facebook.com was ready to sell his domain for $20,000.
Lukas immediately called his bank to transfer the $20,000 to Whois.com so that they could purchase it for Lukas.
Then Lukas also ordered facebook.edu, .org, .net, and many more combo packs, which Whois.com was offering him only for $500, so that he could silence imitators early without costing him an enormous amount later on.
I should also visit the Campus Entrepreneurial Hub, they allocate some seed funds.
Lukas, after doing all that, waited for the money to be transferred and became the owner of such a website.
As he was waiting patiently, he got a text on his phone from Annie, he smiled when he saw the message.
' I thought you'd be texting me first thing in the morning, guess you are hard to get.'
Lukas smiled and scratched his head because he really forgot about her, he was so busy from the morning that he didn't have much time to laze around and think about romance.
'Sorry, I was busy with classes and was going to text after I was done with the bank. '
Lukas replied, then put his phone down and saw the money was loaded in the website, and he was now officially the owner of facebook.com and many more websites together.
Now I need a team of professionals in IT. If I get popular in baseball, that might help things move faster.
Lukas was feeling really good as he knew Mark would create "Thefacebook.com," and even if he didn't make a website now, Mark would offer him at least a million dollars in five years and a hundred in ten.
Being an early mover sure is exciting, now I've got to pitch my idea to the genius coders so that they can make it perfect.
Lukas calmed down, owning the website has given him an adrenaline rush, but things should be taken slow at a perfect time.
Just like how he is now very hungry because he didn't eat anything after the classes and the cafeteria food tastes bland, he also needs some protein now, so he decided to eat at the Nassau Inn.
Taking his car keys, he went to the parking lot and drove to the inn. As he was returning after eating $15 worth of food, he saw a billboard hanging, which looked good, and he was actually searching for something like this.
It was a law firm, which is called 'Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP,' the best place for Lukas to get licensed and get protection against every legal action later on.
From his past life, Lukas has noticed one thing: you can't win over the government, but if you don't leave any loophole, they can't use it, and you're basically safe.
Most government officers use loopholes to latch onto you and get something from you, but if you leave none, that's entirely a different story.
Lawyers are the best defense against them, and Lukas's journey has not even begun, so they can create a legal road map for him to utilize and may even give him some loophole advantages.
When you are a billionaire, everything hates you because you're loved by money.
While thinking weird things like that, Lukas parked his car and went inside the lawyer's office.
