Tyrannical Tycoon Haunts Me Relentlessly-Chapter 918: Not a Bad Deal
Ye Shushu knew very well that Senior Feimo would not like her, but knowing that he left because of something urgent made her feel a bit better.
Xia Yinian glanced at her, saying nothing more.
At just past six in the morning, most university students wouldn’t be awake this early.
The two managed to dodge everyone’s attention and return to the dormitory.
As she closed the dorm door, Ye Shushu let out a heavy sigh of relief.
Both seemed somewhat exhausted and lay down directly on the bed near the door.
"Do you know? If it weren’t for the lack of clothes, I would’ve come back on my own." Ye Shushu said softly, staring at the ceiling.
"Without me, would you have been able to walk back? Just now, you almost crushed me." Xia Yinian complained.
Looking at Shushu’s almost bloodless face, her heart felt a bit uneasy.
"What do you plan to do about this?"
Ye Shushu glanced at her, then turned her gaze back to the ceiling.
"What else can I do? Am I supposed to kill myself? I’m only eighteen and have a bright future ahead. Besides, I slept with my dream guy last night, so I haven’t lost anything."
Ye Shushu kicked off her shoes and shuffled up the bed a bit.
"I’ll rest for a while first. We only have two classes this morning. Help me ask for leave. I won’t leave until the afternoon."
Casually pulling the quilt over herself, she closed her eyes.
"Okay, sleep well. I’ll bring you some breakfast later." Xia Yinian nodded.
Ye Shushu said nothing more, and Xia Yinian didn’t know what else to say.
This girl must be feeling terrible inside, but she just didn’t want her to worry.
Having known Ye Shushu for so long, Xia Yinian knew she wasn’t someone frivolous. Last night’s pain might take a long time to heal, wouldn’t it?
Since things have started to blossom, she certainly hoped to see the day when Senior Feimo and Shushu had a happy ending.
Maybe this path wouldn’t be easy, but she sincerely wished her best friend well, her only close friend.
After a whole night of turmoil, Xia Yinian didn’t want to get up once she lay down. 𝑓𝑟𝑒𝘦𝓌𝑒𝑏𝑛𝑜𝘷𝑒𝘭.𝒸𝘰𝑚
On Ye Shushu’s bed, she slowly closed her eyes too. There were only two classes today, so she could afford to sleep a little longer.
...
Around eleven in the morning, Ye Shushu’s phone rang.
She crawled over and picked up the phone to take a look, and seeing that familiar number still made her heart pound.
"I’m at Xiangji Porridge House. Are you coming out yourself, or should I have someone come find you?"
The voice on the other end was very calm, even calmer than usual.
Ye Shushu didn’t know what was happening. She hadn’t even had time to sit up but replied hoarsely, "I’ll come myself, wait a bit."
Saying nothing more, Ye Shushu ended the call and got out of bed.
She had slept for several hours, and her spirits were much better.
Maybe she was hungry, as she felt weak all over.
At the moment she lifted her foot, she furrowed her brows, the piercing pain between her legs reminding her of scenes from yesterday.
Who said the first time was beautiful? She felt it was a blessing she didn’t die.
Clearing her chaotic thoughts, Ye Shushu quickly headed into the bathroom, perhaps subconsciously not wanting the other party to wait too long.
She washed briefly, put on some makeup, and then left the dorm.
Her face was frighteningly pale; without makeup, she worried people might think she’d seen a ghost.
With a sense of foreboding in her heart, but still, she stepped into the elevator and went downstairs.
No matter what, the two of them would meet, and it was better to clarify things.
