Alaric Faulkner returned after taking the call, looked at Eleanor Sterling, and said, "The Nash Family has been taken over by Mason Langley."

Eleanor sat up, "What did you say?"

Mason Langley’s speed is astonishing, quietly occupying the Nash Family.

Alaric laughed again, "Estelle and Caleb rescued Nathan Nash, I’ve already had them brought to the Quincy Family."

Eleanor hadn’t expected Estelle and Caleb to pull off such a feat; this development truly surprised her.

"What about the Nash Family’s Poison Scripture? Did they get it?"

Alaric shook his head, "No, Nathan’s wife, Yara Yates, cheated with Mason Langley, got him drunk and stole the Poison Scripture for him."

Eleanor’s mouth twitched slightly.

The turn of events repeatedly caught her off guard, but isn’t Yara Nash’s mother? With Nash’s personality, having a mother like that isn’t surprising.

"Nancy Nash isn’t Nathan Nash’s daughter."

Caleb chimed in beside her, looking pitifully, "Mommy, were you intending to abandon us?"

Seeing their silent anger, Eleanor rolled her eyes, explaining, "You two are safely back, right? I knew you weren’t in danger, so I didn’t act."

Alaric added coolly from the side, "Who told you to wander off? Stupid enough to get trafficked."

Even mentioning it, he felt it was disgraceful.
