Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations-Chapter 1075: He’s Not Your Little Brother, He’s Your Little Uncle
Upon hearing this, David Garcia was so amused that he couldn’t speak, bursting into laughter.
Then the little ones voluntarily held their grandfather’s hand, while Mia Lane and Justin Kingston carried various gift bags, and the family happily walked towards the living room.
Ethan Dalton greeted them at the living room door, staring intently at Mia Lane, as if she was the only one in his eyes.
As Justin Kingston stepped into the living room, he saw Trevor coming down from upstairs, looking sharp in his suit, full of spirit.
This inevitably puzzled Justin Kingston, was Trevor not going home for the Mid-Autumn Festival?
"CEO Kingston, President Lane," Trevor courteously greeted.
Mia Lane smiled and greeted, "Hello, Assistant Trevor," then looked at Ethan Dalton in front of her.
"Let me help, Miss," Butler Warren quickly took the bags from her hands.
Ethan Dalton raised his eyes and stared at her unwaveringly, feeling very happy, and even his stiff lips curved slightly upwards.
He proactively held his sister’s hand, always anticipating her arrival.
Mia Lane bent over to hug him, feeling a little sorry for this poor child.
"Hey, Mommy, who is he?" The kids spun around the living room after entering, then walked over, casting curious glances at Ethan Dalton.
"Little brother, you are so cute!" Dolly stood in front of him, a half head taller.
Mia Lane forgot to introduce Ethan Dalton on the road earlier.
"Well..." She smiled, "He’s not your little brother, he’s your little uncle."
"Uncle?!"
The kids exclaimed in unison, staring wide-eyed in disbelief.
"Mommy, how come uncle is shorter than me?" Gigi asked, bewildered by such a question as he had no exposure to it before.
This caused a bit of awkwardness among the others, and Mia Lane felt even more embarrassed for not doing her homework beforehand.
"Butler Warren, Ethan’s hands are a bit cold, could you take him to put on a vest?" Mia Lane looked at Butler Warren and spoke softly.
Butler Warren understood, "Alright, alright," quickly coming over to wrap an arm around Ethan Dalton’s shoulders and took his hand to leave.
Then Mia Lane seriously explained to the children, "Your little uncle is temporarily not very well. Have you heard of autism?"
The children nodded.
"He’s an autistic child, so communicating with him is more difficult, but he has perception. If you are kind to him, he is willing to be your friend."
The kids nodded again, already being kind and it was their little uncle; of course they were willing to be nice to him.
"I’ll share toys with him!" Dolly was eager to play with him.
Gigi also said, "All the tasty things can be shared, we are family!"
Listening to such dialogue, David Garcia was particularly touched; true kindness can be inherited.
Trevor was also amazed by Mia Lane’s generosity and tolerance.
Justin Kingston turned his gaze towards Trevor, noticing that he was staring at his wife, feeling a faint flare of jealousy rising from within.
Justin Kingston took two steps forward, unintentionally blocking Trevor’s view.
Causing Trevor to retract his gaze and his thoughts.
Justin Kingston thought, his father-in-law must value Trevor highly, right?
From what he knew, Trevor’s excellence wasn’t lower than Finn Morgan’s, even surpassing in some aspects.
He even pondered, if Mia had grown up with the Dalton family, without his own involvement, her father might have betrothed Mia to Trevor?
Thinking about this, no matter how Justin Kingston looked at Trevor, he felt uncomfortable, peculiarly awkward!
"Gigi, Dolly."
David Garcia came out with gifts, "These are for you, hope you like them!"
"Lego?!"
The kids were very excited, "Thank you, Grandpa!!" They accepted without hesitation, unafraid, with enough confidence, feeling they could receive all the love in the world.
