Transmigration; A Mother's Redemption and a perfect Wife.-Chapter 48; She is allergic to milk...
Chapter 48: Chapter 48; She is allergic to milk...
"She is allergic to milk!" Yes, his sister has always been allergic to dairy milk and didn’t understand why but he had to be careful with whatever she consumed. ƒгeewebnovёl.com
She didn’t fault him because they had just met and knew nothing about each other.
"Oooh, you don’t have to worry, that’s soy milk and not dairy milk! She won’t have a problem with that." He shook his head rectifying his statement. He rarely let the maids prepare dairy milk, they always preferred soy milk.
"Ooh... Thank you..." He served his sister and gave her two sandwiches to eat. He didn’t have any appetite at the moment to eat anything or even take a sip of water.
After serving her, he brought the little basin over to the bathroom and cleaned it leaving it in the bathroom before strolling back into the wardroom.
"Brother, where is Mommy?" Feihao finally noticed the other hospital bed was empty, which her mother was lying on.
They had wheeled her with the hospital bed but again replaced that spot with another empty hospital bed.
"Ooh! They took her over to the other room to do some laboratory tests before bringing her back here..." He didn’t know what excuse to give her but it was better not to emotionally burden her.
"Ohhh..." She silently went on with her breakfast while Huo Tinghao sat there on the hospital bed accompanying Huo Zhihao.
Secretary Li, who was going through the laptop, checked the two kids up. They were a bit distant, and his master seemed lost on how to tackle this kind of situation. Sixth Master Huo wanted to approach them but at the same time, he felt nervous not knowing where to start from, and he felt guilty. All these things stopped him from approaching them, and he kept some distance until they could have a chat without being guarded against each other.
"Hey boy, what’s your name?" Secretary Li curiously queried, eying him from head to toe; he was still wearing the worn-out clothes he had been wearing since yesterday. He was Huo Zhihao’s photocopy, from his forehead to those ocean blue eyes, the nose bridge, his facial expressions were just the same as Huo Zhihao’s; they even had the same height.
Huo Tinghao could feel those eyes exploring him! He couldn’t blame him after all, he did look exactly like Huo Zhihao.
Secretary Li turned around and checked the girl out, as much as she didn’t inherit her father’s bluish eyes, she was her mother’s duplicate, those delicate facial features. Her long wavy hair and those popping eyes. She was her mother’s image.
"I’m Tinghao and she is Feihao! We are of the same age." He didn’t add the surname, so he decided to introduce the names that their mother gave them without that surname.
"Oohh..." Secretary Li thought maybe they intentionally left the surname out. With the way the names had similarities, Huo Ting Cheng could already tell, they were given those names by his wife.
Secretary Li wanted to ask and inquire more about them but got shot a cold glare and immediately shut his mouth minding his own business.
Too many questions would make the kids nervous and anxious, "there are some pieces of clothes in that shopping bag, you can change into them, don’t let your momma come back and find you, you are still wearing that sane cloth, she would blame me for not being attentive enough..." He didn’t have that close bond with them that he could order them around, so he could only use his wife’s name to coerce them into doing things.
"Okay, thank you..." The entire place went quiet as Huo Tinghao found clothes that could be of his size and changed into them while waiting for his sister to finish eating before he could assist her in changing into something else.
