"It’s normal to have scars, they are just a normal human phase!" She wasn’t worried about the wounds leaving scars, she knew a cream that worked wonders to clear them up

"Okay, get some sleep!" He gently tapped on her thigh comforting her while Tang Fei closed her eyes to sleep! She was experiencing how it feels to be taken care of for the very first time. It was something she wished to enjoy more often.

Sixth Master Huo was thinking of ways that were possible to get rid of those scars, not that he would like her less with those scars, but the fact that beauty was everything when it came to women; she was so young and wouldn’t wish her self esteem to be harmed.

After cleaning and tucking her in, he let the nurses watch over them for the night while he accompanied the other kids back home.

They arrived back at their mansion, he didn’t want to do anything but rather put the kids to sleep before exiting and walking back to the sitting area where Huo Qi and Secretary Li were.

"Did you find those guys?" He hoarsely queried while he settled down on the couch feeling exhausted. Everything was hectic, and he had to move up and down to make sure everyone was tended to.

"Yeah! Sixth Master Huo, at the moment, you need some rest; it’s past midnight; tomorrow is another day, and we can solve other things." Huo Qi didn’t think he was fit to go out at the moment. This week has been hectic, and finally, it was the weekend.

"All right, I will go over to the servants’ quarters to rest there, let no one disturb me..." He hoarsely spoke up walking out of the mansion over to the servants’ quarters where Tang Fei’s room she had been occupying was situated. He got into the room, settled down on the bed, smelling that familiar floral scent, and covered himself with her blankets, sniffing and inhaling. He has been having terrible insomnia and hasn’t had a wink of sleep for the last several days.

*Saturday morning*

The kids were up, and since the maids were tending to them, Sixth Master Huo had ample time to get enough rest.

He sat up, yawning loudly while gazing around; he then recalled that he had slept in Tang Fei’s room. He got off the bed and made sure he had made the bed, folding the bed covers before exiting and locking the door.

He walked over to the mansion and could see the kids seated on the couch watching some cartoons.

"Good morning Daddy..." They immediately rushed over to him when they heard a person coughing from the door and noticed it was their father.

"Good morning..." He picked them up, kissing their cheeks before placing them back on the couch. He wasn’t feeling that okay, but he needed to get over to the hospital to check on the other kids and his wife.

"You are done with your work?" They curiously inquired as they trailed behind him as he walked over to the kitchen.

"Yeah! I plan on going over to the hospital!" He turned around and gazed at the maids, "is that breakfast done? I will just take a shower before taking it out..." He gazed at the induction cooker and could see the porridge boiling and other things that they were cooking

"It’s almost cooked, Sixth Master Huo..." They hurriedly responded as he nodded his head and went back to the corridor that led him over to the foot of the stairs while the kids trailed behind him.

"Daddy, can we join you? We want to see if momma has woken up!" They politely suggested, and Huo Ting Cheng halted in his footsteps, eying them.
