Alayna was practically shocked to hear that Getty wanted just 2 gold pieces for the shop, which was actually so little. Of course, she understood the real reason why Getty was doing this but this was too little for a shop like this.

After dealing with the shop, she left as she didn’t have anything to do here anymore. With nothing much to do, Alayna began to check out the city, it was simply too big and couldn’t be toured in such a short time.

After all, one can live in the city and die without seeing the whole of it. Belshoy was a great city, apparently, it is considered to be part of the top ten cities in Kezig.

What is spectacular is that the city is backed by a sect and the city is flourishing, which is very good for business. As for what the sect does, it’s none of her business.

Alayna also bought some clothes to match as she didn’t want to keep on wearing the clothes, she used to wear in Iwarim. To be honest, she didn’t understand why she could fluently speak any language but it was probably thanks to the system.

After a day of shopping, she returned to the hotel to have a relaxing time. While sitting there, she couldn’t help but think about the people she left behind and sorrow shrouded her.

Time quickly passed and the deadline for the system came to pass and she was happy to go and check the shop. When she arrived, she even thought that she was at the wrong place.

What stood in front of her before today was a shabby place and yet today, she was looking at the familiar glasses that were covered with binds inside. The door was a double door and looked quite sturdy.

She walked towards the unnamed shop seeing how the system didn’t even bother to put a name on it but she was used to the way the system works.

She used her fingerprint to unlock the doors and walked inside. Just like before, what she was looking at now was more of a convenience store which was much better than getting some tuck-shop for a beginner.

The shop was very much open and with a lot of shelves just waiting to be filled with good stuff. There were also display fridges as well as one deep freezer.

The system was quite generous this time which made her wonder what the system was up to this time.

There was just one till hiding behind the glass just like before which was very good as people can be very violent. After checking the shop, she was looking forward to what changes happened upstairs.

It’s just that she couldn’t find the stairs no matter how much she tried and after checking like crazy, she found out after using the back door that there was another door outside that was supposed to lead back inside.

It was only after opening it that she saw the stairs that she had been looking for. She took the stairs energetically and soon she was looking at the renovated upstairs with happiness in her eyes.

It resembled a mini bungalow with one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which looked cozy, the kitchen and the dining room were joined, which wasn’t a bother.

She was happy to see a familiar sleeping space for she was not in the mood to continue to live in some hotel or inn.

Alayna was quite satisfied with the whole place and of course ready to see where this was leading.

Alayna opened the online shop and bought a few things that she needed to live in this new house. After furnishing the whole house, she was happy and decided to check the shop to see what was needed down there.

Alayna didn’t waste any time and this time she was cleverer, she didn’t pick snacks like steam buns that will take away the jobs of some snack sellers. She wanted her shop to be unique and her past experiences had taught her that.

In the end, she picked water, juice, cold drinks, alcohol, chips, biscuits, canned stuff, painkillers, ice cream, and some other snacks that can be eaten and rarer.

After picking up the items needed for the shop, she left and returned to the hotel to check out as she had not done yet so far. As she left the hotel, she came across the young lady who had helped her a lot of times, having such positive thoughts towards her, she was happy to see her.

"I am opening the shop tomorrow, don’t forget to come and check it out when you are free," Alayna threw the words as she left.

The young lady was also curious about what Alayna will be selling so she promised to come and visit.

Alayna went back to her unnamed shop and settled upstairs as it was already late. She went upstairs and began to cook as she wondered how she was going to contact her kids; she was missing them badly.

In the end, she pushed it away from her mind and went to bed early. The next day she woke up early and had a refreshing bath. She took a few selfies and was glad that her phone was in her storage ring since she practically left her laptop behind.

She uploaded a few photos online and wished herself a good morning. After breakfast, she went downstairs and waited for eight to open her shop. As she waited, she took out her phone and decided to try something she had never done before.

Phones were meant to be used as a means of communication and so far, Alayna had used them for such purposes but never tried to communicate with the other phones as she had instilled in her head that she can only communicate with others from the other worlds but not her own.

Which was very bad and this assumption needed to be changed badly. With shaky hands, she went to the messaging app and typed a message, and sent it to the kids’ numbers.

When she bought the phones, she registered the phone numbers although it was all black tech but it should work right!

Looking at the phone anxiously, she watched as the messages get delivered and her heart began to race. As for the replies, all she had to do was wait and see if she will receive something.

While Alayna was busy thinking about life, the young lady who was named Nancy was busy dragging Getty the older lady who was not just a friend but someone she respects greatly towards the alley where Alayna’s shop is.

"Why are we going there?" Getty was actually scared to return there.

What if Alayna changed her mind and demands a refund?

"She told me to come and check the shop out! she opened it so as colleagues we should go and help, support by buying a few if we can afford," Nancy smiled as she dragged the unwilling Getty along.

"Fine, but I hope that it won’t be bad. I am afraid of something happening in the future!" Getty was truly afraid.

"Hahaha, don’t worry, she is a good person and wouldn’t do anything to you. Trust me!"

Soon the two ladies arrived in the alley and after a walk, they were standing in front of an unfamiliar shop.

"Are you sure that this is the place?" Nancy asked for the ninth time as she looked at the baffled Getty.

"I also want to ask the same thing too. Are we really at the right place?" Getty still couldn’t believe that everything changed so much to the point where she was so confused.

"How about we wait and see when the doors open?" Nancy was now dying of curiosity and there was no way she was leaving before she sees what was happening.

Inside Alayna checked the time and it was time to open the shop. She stretched her body before opening the binds completely exposing the whole shop.

After that she went to open the door and stood there frozen as two familiar ladies were looking at her with …..ohh… she was used to those expressions, probably shocked and surprised with everything.

Since they were here, they were customers and guests, so she wore automatically a smile on her face, "welcome guys. Come in and take a look."

Since they were here, she may as well rip them off and earn some money back from them, after all, she had spent a lot of money on these two.

Nancy nudged the still stunned Getty and dragged her inside, following behind Alayna.

"As you will see, my shop is different from others and there is a notice on the wall with a few rules and regulations you need to follow. And one more thing, don’t ask about too much. If you like something, pick it and come to the till to pay," Alayna stated without turning back.

The two ladies were taken aback by Alayna’s words and their words were lost as they wanted to ask about so many things but that was cut before they even have a chance.

Since they were rules, they decided to check them out and what they found, left them speechless.
