Alayna wasn’t in any mood to talk to the viewers at the moment as she followed her bird that was happily tracking the steps the kids took. On the way, she found out that the kids were truly being chased and it was by many people.

The roads were too complicated and what she and the viewers deduced while on this journey made her heart turn cold.

As she wasn’t in the mood to go slow, she ended up being carried by the bird and let it fly along the path that the kids took and they ended up on a wide road.

There were no traces but she could tell that the kids were probably ambushed on their way in a certain direction. While that direction may not give her some clues, where they came from might.

She checked the time and saw that it was around two in the afternoon. There was still time for her to continue with her investigation so she flew on the bird again while shielding herself as she didn’t want any powerhouses out there to sense her and cause trouble for her.

The bird was actually good at this hunting job and it was also fast. With how fast it was flying, it took them an hour to reach the place where everything began.

It was an abandoned courtyard and since she couldn’t enter through the front door she teleported inside.

[Host, check *******, you may find some clues there.]

[Don’t forget about ******, there might be something there.]

[….]

Alayna didn’t bring the bird as it was too flashy for where she was going so, she had to use the help of her wonderful viewers who had stuck with her from morning till this time. It’s been a lot of hours and they were still with her which was quite awesome.

"Okay, I will check everywhere. If you see something don’t hesitate to tell me," Alayna was in a much better mood than she was before.

She checked the comments frequently to see if there was something that can help her and forty percent of the advice really helped. She was able to find some tiny clues but the greatest clue was dug up in the kitchen a place where no one would imagine that anyone can hide anything there.

Alayna found a box of buried memories and opened it under the curious view of viewers. Inside the box were two pendants and several letters. She couldn’t possibly hide this from the viewers so she began to read them so that her curious fans will hear too.

Most letters were not interesting but thanks to them she got to learn more about the family that lived on this piece of land. One letter caught her interest though.

[Children, when you see this and read this, something bad will have happened to us and we will not be here but I hope that something like this will not happen. We are not your real parents but we are just passersby who picked you up when you were very young.

We don’t know who your parents are but the pendants in this box will help you find your origins. Those crazy relatives of ours have been on our back for years now and I am afraid that they may do something crazy.

If you survive the ordeal, I hope that you can go and find your origins. You don’t have to worry about getting revenge for us. We love you children and I hope that you will ...…]

The rest of the letter wasn’t clear anymore but the truth was out there in the open. Her babies were very pitiful, they didn’t even know their real parents and yet they nearly died at the hands of their enemies.

"Guys, who do you think is responsible for this mess?" she couldn’t help but ask the viewers.

[What are you going to do if you find who is responsible?]

"I will teach them a great lesson on behalf of my babies," she coldly responded.

[Damn, the host is hot like this!]

[Find them and teach them a lesson.]

[They are probably not good people.]

[If you don’t find them, they might hunt your babies and take them away from you.]

[I think what we need to do is to locate that family in Ioneka and see who benefited from the death of this family.]

[That is true, everything should start there and more clues will be found.]

The viewers were so eager to give their own views and she took all of them seriously.

"Thank you everyone for your input, since we are done here, it’s time to return home. I will take you on another adventure when time permits."

Alayna destroyed her traces and teleported to the place where she left birdie. She recalled birdie back and teleported all the way to the garden. When she arrived, it was around five and almost time for her to go back home.

"Before I go offline, let me show you, my garden. I will show it to you and I hope that you will like it," Alayna’s bad mood improved greatly as she talked about this.

She turned her camera so that it was showing everything perfectly, "as you can see this is ........."

[Host this is beautiful, you should post photos and videos about this.]

[Yes, you should.]

"Don’t worry, I will do that in the future. I am thinking of starting another page called Layna diaries where I will post daily about some stuff either business or pleasure. What do you think?"

[That’s good, open it and we will follow.]

[Yes, looking forward to it.]

[You better keep your promise!]

Alayna laughed as she read the comments and they uplifted her mood making her feel much lighter.

"Thank you, everyone, for accompanying me today, I hope that you will have a great evening, morning, or afternoon depending on where you are."

Alayna swiftly finished the live broadcast and drove her car back home. She parked the car next to the silver one and was welcomed by the energetic kids.

Seeing their smiles, she was glad that she had banned their access to her Livestream for this day. She would feel very bad if they were to know about the things that transpired today.

"You are finally back!" Merita beamed as soon as she saw Alayna.

"Umm, I am back. How was your day?" Alayna smiled back at the kids.

"It was quite hectic, we had so much to do."

"We ..."

Listening to them talk just made her feel at home, she hooked her arms with the kids as she went inside the house. The aroma of food assaulted her nose and she looked at the kids warmly, "thanks for cooking."

"It’s nothing, as long as we can do something to help, we will," Merita smiled happily as she said this.

Alayna rubbed Merita’s hair before messing Neal who was still quiet. She was already used to Neal; he didn’t like talking much but he participated in events a lot which made her feel at ease.

"Let me wash up and then I will join you," she informed the kids before going to her own room.

Since she has traveled a distance away from home, she needed to get rid of the fatigue and be fresh in front of the kids. She didn’t take too much time and returned to the kids.

The family of three had another great time at dinner and watched T.V afterward. She listened to the kids talking and also put some effort to contribute to their great desire of learning.

Later that night, she kissed them goodnight and went to bed. It was going to be another day tomorrow and she wanted to be prepared for it.

The next morning, the kids tagged along to give their clients what they owe them. Everyone was busy with their own things and Alayna was also busy recruiting people.

She did interviews for the gardeners and the other positions she wanted for the garden.

As for the cameramen and videographer positions, she wanted commoners for the job as to her it was much better to have people without the ability to protect themselves to have jobs.

She didn’t see the need to promote these pompous cultivators who are so arrogant and give them jobs like these.

Most cultivators who come looking for jobs were spies and wanted to gain some information to pass to their superiors. She didn’t want people like that with her, this also didn’t cancel the commoners as they were capable of anything as long as their welfare was concerned.

But her purpose was to give them a better life as cultivators can strive wherever they are and commoners couldn’t have that chance no matter how much they try.

She personally witnessed that when she failed to improve her cultivation, she still became a maid and remained in the sect but when she lost everything and became a commoner, life wasn’t that sweet for her.

She had to strive for everything and work hard to have food on the plate. Those five years she struggled to live were etched in her memory and every single time she sees the commoners she thinks of that moment.

She just wanted to help them and make them change their lives. It wasn’t bad to be biased, besides she was running the show, and whatever she says goes.

Who can oppose her?
