Nancy didn’t look okay at all especially after seeing the letters and money pouches on the table.

Everyone was busy shouting and complaining, Nancy was feeling regretful at the moment but they didn’t let her drown in her regret as they began to attack her.

As for the entertaining scene happening at the staff house, Alayna wasn’t interested in any of it, as she went to sleep with a beautiful smile on her face.

Early in the morning, she used the upgrade card and left the alley. There was no need to leave notice as the shop will be covered with that strange mist until she unveils the new shop.

Alayna visited Selena and the two talked more about employees. She also interviewed Selena’s daughter and she was surprised to see how intelligent the other was.

To think that she managed to grasp how to use the tills by just looking at the cashier inside the shop, she didn’t want to let go of this girl.

Alayna met with the other suitable candidates and she was very satisfied with them. She took out a tablet which she filled with self-explanatory videos that will help the new candidates to learn everything that she wants.

She couldn’t possibly teach them now as the shop was currently under construction, seeing how the shop needed two weeks to upgrade.

After dumping the tablet to Selena’s daughter Gail, Alayna went to check on her buildings where she began the renovations for two of them, she was going to use.

At the same time, she sought another service from Selena and that is to help her find more employees for the post office and magazine. After sorting out these issues, Alayna left Belshoy once more.

Nancy and the other employees regretted it a bit too late and when they tried to look for Alayna, she was gone and the shop was also closed.

In the end, the ones that suffered the most after this were Nancy and the cashier who fooled everyone and landed them in this predicament.

Alayna’s rush to go back home was because she had new business partners waiting for her. Merita sent her a message about that and there was no way she was letting a chance to make money slip through her fingers.

The magazines were delivered finally and she was very happy about the way they looked. As the quantity sold previously failed to satisfy everyone, Alayna this time had demanded a lot of copies.

She sent a fraction to the magazine agency where she distributed a copy to each individual and the rest were for sale. She sent another fraction to the post office to sell and the rest were sent to the shop.

Alayna held a meeting with the magazine team and it was all about the idea that had been nagging her for a while.

"I have realized something this time and it is that we have a lot of people doing the same job and I don’t like that. I won’t be cutting off anyone but I will be grouping all of you into small teams. I have decided to not just publish one magazine but several and they should all tackle different things."

"There will be a fashion magazine, and this will only deal with fashion from all over the world. So, whoever is on this team will be required to think, eat, breathe and deal with fashion. I want to see the best, jewelry, clothes, designers, etc. you come up with the stories."

"The second one will be the business magazine; this one will take a bit longer as I will need professional people to be involved and it won’t be published every month. We will talk more when the time comes."

"Those four will do at the moment, so your assignment while you continue preparing for the fourth edition is to pick the team you think you are best at and I need the answer as soon as possible. Any questions?"
