Transmigrated To A Beastworld As The Lazy Wife Of The Fox Lord-Chapter 37: A clarification by Sienna.

As the servants worked on preparing their new home, Sienna wandered outside to the flat piece of land she had seen near the gardens. It was the perfect place to set up those fire pits she had seen in many cooking videos on the internet.

Her heart had always longed for such a space. Such a home. Now she had it. Quickly, she summoned the two cooks, Soren and Kroton.

"Are you both doing something important?" She asked the boys.

They shook their heads.

"Then help me set up the pits and prepare to cook dinner." She ordered.

They followed along as she wished, working alongside the cooks who were eager to follow her lead. Together, they built stone circles, stacked wood, and lit flames that crackled against the cool night air.

Sienna tied her apron, adjusted her live-streaming drone and faced the camera. Her voice rang clear, confident, carrying the cadence of someone who was used to being in front of the camera for many years.

"Welcome, babies," she said, smiling. "Today’s morning livestream was ended abruptly, but I am back. Tonight, I’ll show you how to cook a meal for thirty people. Our menu has noodles and roasted meat. I won’t describe what I am doing step by step. If you have eyes, learn. Later, I will send the recipes to those who are willing to pay." She chuckled like a playful villain. "Yes, nothing that comes from Sienna is free."

Comments rolled rapidly across her device. Viewers who wanted to know about her meeting with the queen. Those who were there for her verbal fight were many. Some had come to see Ali.

Sienna saw this as the right moment to make that clarification she had promised her mother-in-law. So, as she diced onions [deliberately in case she needed to squeeze out a few tears], she faked her best remorseful look. "So, there is an issue that has been going around concerning some of the words I said when I was in Lost-born city." She raised her eyes, "Mouse beast bitch."

Her livestream was spammed with excited comments.

Sienna sighed. "First of all, I would like to apologize, not to Susie Wiener, the cause of all this trouble but to the mouse beast tribe and anyone else in their circles that felt offended. My words were not meant to insult you in any way. I actually think you are all cute, especially your ears and sharp little noses. So cute.

But Susie Wiener is not cute. She is the dumbest bi...bee in the universe because she does not understand best friend code and has no self respect for herself. Frankly, I think she is the one that owes me and my family an apology for the rotten gossip she spread about me out of jealousy.

It is not my fault that I am more beautiful, appealing and a better dancer than her. It is also not my fault that I married a handsome, rich, beast man. So, to her lawyers, or anyone dumb enough to take on her case because she wants to sue me, I advise you think twice.

You will not win this fight. Then again...you will earn free money and fame so go ahead so waste her time.

To all the other women out there that have experienced jealousy from others because you are pretty, talented or your life is on the up and up while their turn has not yet come. Do not feel guilty about it. You did not commit a crime.

To those who are waiting for good luck to shine on them, my advice is that you keep working on yourself. Instead of wasting time being jealous and hating, get a degree, get a better job, take a vacation to a place you have never been to before. Ride a bicycle around the beast continent and record your adventures."

She paused and sighed again. "In other words, chase the dream you have always wanted to chase. If that dream is a man or woman, confess your feelings, get your rejection or acceptance and move on. Lastly, to Susie Wiener." She raised the middle finger. "Unapologetically." She whispered her last words, "If there are bee beast men, I swear on the beast god that I am not insulting you."

"Woooh!" Shalin screamed and applauded. Never mind that two nannies were looking at her and Sienna with frowns. They definitely did not approve of some of the language she had used or the middle finger.

Sienna turned to the servant and asked, "Are there bee beast men?"

Soren laughed. "Sis, are you pretending to be dumb? There are no bee beast men, just bees. And they are some of the worst creatures in our world. We don’t disturb them and they don’t disturb us. It is rare to find them outside forests."

Sienna gasped. "You don’t disturb bees!. Does this mean you have never eaten bee honey!" She was dismayed, and it showed on her face.

"Bee honey can be eaten!" Kroton exclaimed.

"Ignore the lady, she still drinks milk." Shalin reminded them. "And don’t go disturbing bees for honey. What is honey, by the way?"

Sienna gasped. "Honey is the sticky brown thing you find in bee hives. You can drink it in tea, it is very sweet. One of these days, we will make time to go honey hunting. In the meantime, let’s finish cooking this meal."

The live stream was still going, and there were mouse beast men in the comments accepting the apology, largely because she had called them cute.

But Sienna, was firmly back on trending topics again for her knowledge. First it was her claim that non beast men and women were called humans and now, honey could be eaten.

"Mama, look, a nice mer beast woman gave me a fish." Ali came running up to the cooking point, dangling a fish between her small hands.

Sienna raised her head and narrowed her eyes. They darted around and focused far beyond the cottages to the beach. There was no sign of a mer beast woman, just guards Elias had sent.

She put down the knife and took the fish, saying to Ali, "Baby, we are new here. We don’t know our neighbors just yet. You should learn to be more careful and not talk to strangers for long or accept their gifts. That is how nice, beautiful babies like you get stolen. You should learn more about stranger danger."

Sienna handed the fish to Shalin, her sharp eyes giving a silent instruction for the fish to be disposed of. Then she turned her eyes on the guards that had followed Ali. "Stranger danger, even adults should be aware so that they are not kidnapped." 𝒻𝘳ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝒷𝘯ℴ𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝑐ℴ𝑚

Worry dotted her forehead, for the safety of her child. How safe was this world? How safe was their new home?
