Transcending Realms With My Leveling System As A Demon-Chapter 111: The Final Act Begins
"And I understood it completely." Zylus’s katana stayed in the air for just a couple of more seconds, as Victor’s body remained unmovable. "I now know who I am, and I’ll accept, Victor, I’ll accept who I must be and the role I’ll take in all this."
Victor was on the floor, both hands remaining on the stone-cracked floor below him to maintain balance as he looked up into Zylus’s piercing pink gaze. The aura surrounding Zylus was like no other; he just felt different.
An individual now inhabits more than one core; he inhabits two separate cores, which measure who you are racially. But who was Zylus truly? Was he something more than what he let on? At this point, nobody knew exactly what he had become or who he was.
But something remained certain: he was a sovereign.
The [Transcendent Soveriegn].
Victor shuddered, trying to muster the courage to spit out a few words.
"A-all w-what?" Victor stuttered as he backed away pathetically, "W-what r-role?"
Zylus looked back at him with a serious expression, stepping towards Victor to not let him go too far astray, just like how an owner would keep his pup on a leash, chasing him down without hesitation.
"I’m just a spring in this chaos." Zylus added, dragging his katana across the stone floor, creating a loud screech sound that hurt Victor’s ears, "And this chaos will erupt into the world’s order. I’ll create it, I’ll be the person to bring balance upon every world that exists."
"B-but," Victor pointed at Zylus, as he continued crawling away backwards on the floor, while staring at Zylus, "Y-you c-can’t do t-that!"
Zylus continued to walk, "But of course I can." He raised his katana once more in the air, the full moon above felt meaningful to the situation for Zylus, "I’ll just have to plummet each one of you sovereigns into hell," his gaze darkened, "Where all of you originally belong."
"You realise if you kill me now, and the other sovereigns, there will be more that will come to fruition." Victor muttered in quick succession, holding himself by his hands, "You can’t change a damn thing! You’re just an idiot who can’t really do anything! You’re pathetic! In the end, nothing will go your way! Nothing at all! So stop it!"
Zylus looked at Victor pathetically, "Shut up," he said calmly, exhaling, then looking down with complete and utter disgust, "I’ve already decided. The only reason you sovereigns continue to come into fruition is because of that one unknown system..."
Zylus paused as Victor tried to predict what he was going to say, when it hit,
"N-no, y-you can’t."
"You got it," Zylus sneered, "I’ll find that person or thing, and rid him of this world’s balance. After I do that, I’ll find a way into every planet that exists, and rid them of every evil."
Zylus dragged his sword from the floor into the air, pointing it directly to the heavens above, if there were any heavens.
"I’ll be the peace provider. My revenge at this point is boundless; it wasn’t the spirits who were at fault, it was the world, and the world is exactly what will be plunged by this."
He lowered his katana, "This will be the result of killing all. And I’ll win. And win, and win again, until by the very end, there’s nothing left for me to do."
Victor tried attacking back, with words, of course, he wouldn’t dare use an actual physical attack, "But until then, you need to keep on killing sovereigns over and over again." Victor stammered, "Their abilities will adapt!"
"And I’ll adapt to those abilities." Zylus’s gaze darkened, "I’ll kill them again and again. And after I’m done with you, I’ll kill the others as well, no matter how long it takes, I’ll do it."
"B-but you d-don’t have their location!" Victor put two and two together, "How will you even get there?!"
Zylus breathed calmly, "How do you think?" He asked, not expecting an answer, "I’ll transcend every realm until I find them. Until now, I mistook the dream realm for only our planet, Htrae, but in reality, it goes the same for the other twelve; they each have that dream realm above."
Victor gulped, "And I’ll climb my way right there, after I’m done with my own world." He stated with complete confidence.
"I hope you die in hell!" Victor yelled, as Zylus sneered, "You mortal!"
Zylus silently looked at him as he took a slicing stance, bending over slightly, while Victor tried moving his way back through crawling using his hands.
Victor tried running, then tripped on some of the cracked, rigid stone, a small chunk just below him.
"Heh, Heh," Victor breathed, afraid as his heart jolted, then he turned around.
But there was no one there, so he turned his body ninety degrees again.
Shank!

Zylus ran the katana’s tip through Victor’s throat, and blood gushed out of his scaled-like body, but luckily, Zylus ended Victor quickly, so Victor died suffering no pain.
Though he was ruined by Zylus’s mere presence, which was enough suffering, mentally, of course.
As Zylus’s system displayed [Thirteen Soverigens], he was first confused, but then it came back to him; Michael had the potential to become one. Though before this, he was ready to plunge the entire spirit realm into death.
No matter the families that live there, the innocents, he wasn’t going to stop for anyone, not anymore.
As he began walking, trying to seek some escape back into Htrae, he couldn’t find anything, as the portal disappeared. Even if he was able to go through the portal Victor created, there was no way he would get back.
"Fuh-"
A voice, a whisper, a low tone rang to him from behind.
"So, you’re still alive?" Zylus paused, "Then, teach me how to get back."
