To Byul (Omegaverse)-Chapter 145: Hey now, don’t be shy
"Hwa’s family is so warm and they have such big hearts."
"Yeah, very warm." Myung-woo said and laughed. "They’re very welcoming too. That’s why I like spending time there."
"Oh, that’s right. You were the one. The one who helped me in the bathroom. I..." Yun-Tae got closer and sniffed Myung-woo’s neck. "I can still remember how you smell like."
Myung-woo blushed but quickly tried to cover it up by clearing his throat.
"Ahem, I didn’t think we would meet in that awkward situation but I’m glad I was the one who was there."
"Why? Because you got to carry me naked?" Yun-tae asked with a lascivious grin, but Myung-woo tried not to pay attention to it. If not, he would get a boner out of nowhere.
"Because I would’ve been very jealous if someone else had gone there and touched your body." He plain out stated and Yun-tae exclaimed,
"Oh," he blushed and looked away. "Oh,"
His face was heating up. It was probably thanks to the alcohol, right? It was so hot.
"Oh, by the way, I haven’t collected your contact yet," Yun-tae said, quickly changing the topic. "I was in a bond today because I thought I wouldn’t be able to see you."
"Oh?" Myung-woo drew closer to him, dropping his head on Yun-tae’s shoulder. "So, you were worried about not seeing me rather than how to tackle your father, wasn’t it?"
"Oh, no. What I meant was..."
"Hey now, don’t be shy." Myung-woo said, softly planting kisses on his neck. "I know you’ve grown fond of me."
"I... I have, but..." Yun-tae shivered. Everywhere his lips touched left a fiery sensation.
It was as if he was burning and his body wouldn’t stop trembling at his touch.
Myung-woo loved watching Yun-tae’s reaction. They were so cute and he wanted to keep teasing him, but then, he frowned and looked towards where the cameras were.
It looked like he wouldn’t be the only one watching Yun-tae’s cute reactions.
"Yun-tae," he called, wrapping his arms around Yun-tae’s waist, causing him to flinch.
Then, he leaned closer causing his lips to brush softly on Yun-Tae’s ear as he whispered,
"Do you want to see where I live?"
Yun-tae’s eyes widened.
"Where you live?"
Myung-woo smiled. He didn’t want the night to end like this with them parting ways half drunk. He wanted to spend more time with Yun-tae and even if it wouldn’t necessarily go down the path of sex, for the first time, he wanted to hold Yun-tae in his arms and cuddle him to sleep.
His thoughts were pure and he hoped Yun-tae would not misunderstand.
Yun-tae thought briefly about the implications and that if anything were to happen, he wouldn’t be able to escape but... He believed in Myung-woo and believed he wouldn’t do anything to hurt him so he nodded.
His face was slightly flushed thanks to his heart fluttering and the alcohol he had drunk.
"Hm, yes." He said, looking over his shoulder. "I want to see where you live."
The club had drivers for hire for those who drank and couldn’t drive home.
So, they got a driver to drive them to Myung-woo’s place which was located in an estate, just like Chin-hwa’s family house.
And though the estate Chin-Hwa’s family lived in was very expensive, this estate was not any worse.
"You... You own a house here?" Yun-tae asked as he watched the big and magnificent houses as they drove by. "Are you living with your parents or something?"
"No, I live alone." Myung-woo answered with a smile. Once again, he was enjoying Yun-tae’s reactions.
They had picked up hangover drinks on the way to help them recover a bit so Yun-tae’s actions were clearer. They also picked up a few things to eat when they got back since it had been a while since they had dinner.
"Then, are your parents rich? Did they get you this place?" Yun-tae asked once again.
"Well, nothing like that. I got this place as a gift,"
Yun-tae could not exactly get how someone could gift a house in such an estate as a gift.
The world of the rich was very complicated and he just couldn’t understand them.
Ah, but wasn’t it lonely to live in such big houses alone?
He glanced at Myung-woo.
Was he lonely all this time? Maybe not because of how he always spent time with the twins at Chin-hwa’s house.
That might’ve been an escape for him.
"So, if you don’t live with your parents," Yun-tae brought up, "...then where do they live?"
"Hm, someone around here, I guess." Myung-woo answered, rather indifferent to the topic.
It looked like he wasn’t on the best terms with his family. As if he couldn’t care whether they were alive or if they died somewhere.
"Then, so you not visit them?" Yun-tae asked and Myung-woo looked at him.
His eyes were keenly fixed on him, observing Yun-tae’s curious and a little awkward gaze.
"Do you want me to tell you more about myself?" Myung-woo asked and as if waiting for that question for the longest time, Yun-tae nodded frantically, causing Myung-woo to laugh. "What’s this?" He laughed. "Were you waiting for me to ask that all along?"
"Well, I wanted to ask you to tell me more about yourself but it was a bit... difficult. S,o as soon as I heard it, I knew it was my chance."
"Awn, it pleases me that Yun-tae is very curious about me." Myung-woo said, rubbing their cheeks together.
Then, he opened his mouth and bit a big chunk of Yun-tae’s cheek, causing Yun-tae to freak out.
"Hey, wh-what are you doing? Are you still drunk or something?"
"Well, not exactly." Myung-woo said as he licked his lips. "But Yun-tae looked absolutely full in the cheeks so... I wanted to take a bite."
"Well, you... You can’t take a bite." Yun-tae declared while hiding his cheeks in his palms. "It’s not for you to bite."
"Come on, if I don’t bite it, who will? You’re just so adorable that I can’t help it." He drew closer but Yun-tae pulled his head back.
Seriously, was he an animal? What was that about having adorable and full cheeks? They couldn’t even be compared to Chin-hwa’s full and plump cheeks that made him look absolutely adorable.
"Hey, what are you thinking about?" Myung-woo asked, snapping Yun-tae out of his thoughts.
"Oh, it’s nothing. I’m just thinking you shouldn’t sneak an attack like that on me again." Yun-tae said.
"Oh?" Myung-woo grinned. "Then is it okay if I don’t sneak but do it openly?" He started drawing closer at full speed.
"No, no. It’s not okay." Yun-tae said, defending with his hands but Myung-woo diverted his attacks to tickles, causing Yun-tae to laugh till there were tears in his eyes, pleading for him to stop.
The driver watched the two through the rearview mirror and shook his head.
"Such youthful vigor." He exclaimed in a silent voice.
"Alright, I’ll stop." Myung-woo said and pulled back, allowing Yun-tae to finally catch his breath.
He had been tickled so much and it made him feel completely powerless.
It wasn’t fair.
Then, the driver stopped the car and said,
"I believe this is the address?"
"Ah, yes. Just park the car in the garage." Myung-woo said and Yun-tae took a look out the window.
The house was beautiful.
Though it was dark, he could see clearly because outside the house were lights, probably used to spot thieves and the likes.
The exterior was white with a little bit of ash at the sides. The top floor had long glass windows that led from the balcony inside the rooms.
It was like a vacation house with a view that would allow you to watch the sunrise from up there.
"Do you like the view?" Myung-woo asked as they got out of the car, and Yun-tae nodded.
"It’s really pretty and big and... Probably empty."
"What do you mean empty? There are things inside. It’s not empty." Myung-woo said but Yun-tae shook his head.
"No, not that. Empty as in..." He looked sadly at Yun-tae. "There’s no one living in it."
Myung-woo’s heart skipped a beat at that moment.
"When you’re not in it, there is no one and when you’re in it, it’s just you. The nights must be cold and quiet and the mornings must be even more quieter since you won’t have anyone to hold a conversation with. Because of this, you might want to run from it for a while but in the end, you have no choice but to come back to this quiet space as if you’ve been bound to it. How..." He glanced at Myung-woo sadly. "... Have you been living in this house all by yourself? You must’ve been lonely."
Myung-woo listened to this and let out a hitched sigh,
"Hah," he placed one hand on his hip and shoved the fingers of his other hand through his hair while bowing his head.
He was reasoning a lot of things but what he was reasoning more was how Yun-tae was able to see through him completely just from looking at the outside of his house.
"God," he raised his head and made deep eye contact with Yun-tae. "I don’t know what I’d do if I don’t get to marry you."
Yun-tae blinked once and then twice before his entire face flushed and he exclaimed loudly,
"Huh?"
