To Byul (Omegaverse)-Chapter 136: You can do whatever you want with me
"Hwa," he whispered in his ear. "...if you keep moving like that, my body is going to react... ’psychologically’, so please stop moving."
Chin-hwa gulped, sweat dripping down his forehead.
What did he mean by ’react psychologically’?
My heart was suddenly thumping. When he said that, Chin-hwa couldn’t help but think towards one area.
Was he... Hard? Did he cause it?
Wait, he probably wasn’t hard yet since he said ’if’ in his statement. But still... He never thought Kang-woo would get hard because of him, even if it was a mistake.
Chin-hwa gulped once more.
"Ah, yes, yes. I’m sorry." Chin-hwa said, his face flushing bashfully. "It’ll definitely react if I keep rubbing against it and..." His eyes widened and his face flushed even redder. What the hell did he just say? ’If I keep rubbing on it? Why would I say something like that out loud? Kang-woo is going to misunderstand.’
Chin-hwa began to panic inwardly, his heart racing abnormally and his pores producing sweat.
At that rate, Kang-woo was going to really think he was weird. Or worse, he would think he was trying to make him hard on purpose for no reason at all, which was even weirder.
His body quickly stiffened, scared that if he even moved an inch, what he feared would come to reality.
Kang-woo noticed Chin-hwa’s stiffness and sighed.
"You don’t have to be so tense. I only told you so you wouldn’t misunderstand if that happened." He said, clutching tightly. "But it’s not happening right now so please relax. I don’t want you to wake up with your body aching."
"Kang-woo," Chin-hwa called noticing him take his hand off him.
"I won’t hold on to you if it makes you uncomfortable," he said. "And please, forget what I said. I just wanted to avoid a misunderstanding at all costs. You can... Keep your space if that makes you feel better."
Chin-hwa stared at the somewhat pained expression on his face. Did his reaction make him misunderstand in another direction?
He looked at Kang-woo’s hand, which was no longer on him.
"No, it’s not like that." Chin-hwa said, grabbing his hand. "I like it when you hold me. It makes me feel safe and secure when I’m asleep so I would never feel uncomfortable."
"But you’ve been moving around a lot which shows that you’re uncomfortable." Kang-woo said. "You don’t have to say that to make me feel better. It was just my little greed and selfishness that led me to hold you each time we slept together. That’s the truth."
Chin-hwa’s eyebrows furrowed.
"Same here, Kang-woo." He admitted. He couldn’t let Kang-woo sleep with that thought.
It would only make things salad for them the next day.
"I also want to sleep with your arms around me. Maybe it’s because I’ve grown used to it, but when I’m lying down next to you, and you’re not this close," he dropped Kang-woo’s hand on his waist and lightly blushed. "... I feel rather insecure that I would wake up the next morning and not find you. As if you would suddenly disappear from my life again, and I would never be able to find you. So," he made eye contact and saw Kang-woo’s district eyes.
That fact alone must’ve reminded him how much he made Chin-hwa pass through, but Chin-hwa was no longer hung up on that since the possibility of him being at death’s door while he knew nothing about it and cried like a love-sick moron weighed heavier on his heart.
He smiled. "...Please don’t push yourself away from me. When we’re close like this, you can do whatever you want. You’re... Kang-woo, after all."
"Hey, Hwa, do you know what you’re saying?" Kang-woo asked, his throat itching as he gulped. "You shouldn’t say words like that so carelessly. What do you mean I can do whatever I want?"
"Well, it’s as I said it." Chin-hwa said and blushed lightly. Hearing it come from Kang-woo’s mouth made it feel weird with another meaning.
He knew Kang-woo didn’t hold feelings for him so he wouldn’t go that far to doing what real couples would do in bed.
The things he had in mind were cuddling and similar things, but he never thought further than that.
"If it’s you," Chin-hwa smiled, "I wouldn’t mind."
Kang-woo’s heart thumped as he stared at Chin-hwa’s smile.
Did he have any idea what he was talking about? It was as if he was telling him, ’Go ahead and touch me. Claim me, I won’t do anything and I won’t get mad because the person doing all this is you, Kang-woo. So, do whatever you want with me.’
That was the way the words sounded in Kang-woo’s head and heart. Chin-hwa was... Giving him the go-ahead signal.
No, was this a test?
Chin-hwa did not know of his feelings, so there was no way he would ask him to do all that. Unless...
"Hwa," he called.
"Hm?"
"Did you say that because you were... Curious?" He asked, his words slightly lagging as he was uncertain if his words would anger Chin-hwa rather than produce an answer.
"Hm? Curious?" Chin-hwa asked, kind of confused.
"Did you never do it with Ji-hoo?" Kang-woo asked, "Your boyfriend, I mean."
"Ah," Chin-hwa darted his eyes away for a moment. He indeed has a boyfriend but he never really held him in his heart.
So, there was no way he would suddenly take him home or go to his home to cuddle while they slept.
They hadn’t even kissed yet, so that was definitely going too far.
"No," He answered. "I never did it with him."
"But... You want to do it with me?" Kang-woo asked. If Chin-hwa didn’t do those things with his boyfriend, then was he doing this because he was curious how it felt?
"Yes, Kang-woo. Is something wrong?" Chin-hwa asked. He was starting to think Kang-woo wasn’t acting like his usual self. Why was he asking so many questions for confirmation?
"Why?"
Chin-hwa sighed and patted his cheek.
"What do you mean why?" He asked him. "Is there anything I wouldn’t let you do? You’re Kang-woo, after all. My... Byul." He added softly with a light flush on his cheek. "It’s not a big deal."
As soon as Chin-hwa said this, Kang-woo suddenly flipped him over and got on top of him.
"Kang-woo?"
"Hwa, I don’t know why you suddenly want this or what’s gotten over you but... It’s not funny at all." He bit his lips, and Chin-hwa watched from underneath him.
He looked like he was suppressing a lot of things in that handsome head of his.
"I wasn’t... Telling a joke." Chin-hwa said. "So, why would it be funny?"
"Hwa," Kang-woo called with a voice filled with longing. If only he knew how much he wanted him. If only he knew how much he wanted to hold him in his arms and Mark every part of his body.
It might’ve been his incoming rut taking control of his mind but he could not deny that he had held these desires for much longer than he could remember.
"Hwa," he called once again, his eyes pleading with Chin-hwa to stop whatever he was doing before they crossed a line they could not fix.
Chin-hwa, who was completely oblivious as to how much he had misled Kang-woo with his words, saw the pained and suppressed expression on his face and reached his hand out to caress his face.
Was it guilt? He wondered.
"I don’t think you need to think too much about this." He said. "Kang-woo, I..." Chin-hwa realized his own feelings were taking control of him.
The way Kang-woo shadowed over him made his heart thump. As they were, if only Kang-woo could make a slight mistake, he thought.
If he kissed him by accident, he would forgive him right away because he secretly wished for such a scenario to play out but of course, it wouldn’t happen given that Kang-woo held no feelings for him.
And not to talk of the fact he had thought of someone else the night when he kissed him in his sleep.
’Then, should I do it and consider it a mistake?’ Chin-hwa thought, lightly biting his lips. ’Kang-woo will forgive me if I tell him it was a mistake, right? He won’t hate me, will he? He’s my best friend so he should be able to forgive me for something as simple as this, right?’
Unknowing to him, he had sent out the signal just by biting his lips in such a wanting manner and the wanting gaze in his eyes as he stared at Kang-woo.
Kang-woo could no longer take it. Since Chin-hwa repeatedly assured him that it was fine, he decided to just let his desire take over him briefly.
"Anyway, let’s..." Chin-hwa, who was about to just let go of his own selfish thoughts of kissing Kang-woo, decided they should just go to sleep and forget this whole thing.
But just as he had concluded that in his head and was letting out the words, Kang-woo stole the rest of the words from his lips with his own, leaving Chin-Hwa with wide eyes and speechless.
Kang-woo was... Kissing him?
