In the capital of Kovir, dragons were wreaking havoc across the city, with the people believing the city would be doomed when something emerged. A blue light exploded from one of the burning piles along the shattered walls, no one knew where it came from, but it burst from the middle of the flames without warning.

The energy grew and a blue giant appeared, leaping onto the dragon with a blue energy sword.

The dragon barely had time to react before having its head severed. It did not even roar, it simply fell, split in two, in the middle of the city, its body crashing against buildings and crushing rooftops, while the head flew off and landed in the middle of the street, with people screaming in fear and running before they were crushed by the dragon's own head, which was already the size of an entire house.

The blue giant landed on a rooftop right after, while looking upward, seeing the other two dragons roar as they realized the state of their fallen companion.

"My lord, what is that?" The guards could not stop staring, stunned, at the sight of that blue giant with multiple arms in the middle of the city, only outshone by the intense glow of the flames consuming the broken walls that night.

"I don't know..." the commander of the guard only frowned at that.

Something leapt at the giant at that moment. He grabbed it with one of his arms and simply hurled it at the dragons. A high-speed object shot into the sky. The dragons saw it and barely managed to react when the object was already upon them. It was, in truth, a person, thrown by the susanoo.

A blue hand formed from that being and grabbed the other dragon's neck, making it stop midair, before the second Madara advanced against the creature, striking its back.

The Golden Dragon saw this and quickly fired flames at the one who was on top of the other dragon. That dragon burst out of the flames, spinning in the air while trying to shake Madara's clone off, hoping he had been burned by the golden dragon's flames.

But the blue glow revealed that he was still there, enveloped by the bones of the Susanoo. Madara ran across the dragon's back without caring as it spun its body through the air, because it made no difference to him as he placed chakra on the soles of his sandals, and he stopped over the creature's snout and activated the Sharingan, staring into the dragon's red eyes that showed Gaunter was controlling it with some kind of demonic magic, but he realized there was no effect at all before those eyes.

"So be it."

Madara merely spoke, and while the dragon tried to move its head to remove him from there, it was pierced by a giant Susanoo sword that went straight through its brain before being pulled out. Madara only created an arm and a sword as he pierced through the dragon's head.

The Golden Dragon seemed enraged upon seeing that. He unleashed flames at the same time that the Madara above him threw a kunai marked with the Hiraishin seal, even as it was struck by the flames. In the next instant, the blue giant that had been standing in the middle of the city appeared beside the Golden Dragon, teleporting to where the kunai was, and its blades cut through his wings and body, making him roar in pain as he was mutilated. Soon after, his head was also pierced, killing him at that very moment.

The people of the city, the king, and the military forces could only watch as one dragon already lay on the ground, dead by the blue giant's hand. Another fell with its head pierced, while a third followed soon after, its body mutilated. Even a Golden Dragon, the most powerful of them all, had fallen easily before those giants.

The giant began to fade away, and the two Madaras disappeared, leaving only the dragons crashing against the ground.

Madara wasted no time. He went to the dead dragons, with the people staring at him in shock, while he began to take each of the bodies to store them inside a scroll. After all, it was an achievement. He had never eaten dragon meat, but there were ancient records stating that it was healthy, especially for children.

Madara vanished before the city's men could even approach. It was already enough for the civilians, who watched in astonishment as he made each of the carcasses disappear into a tiny scroll, insignificant compared to the enormous dragons over a hundred meters long, which crushed houses whenever they fell upon them.

In the capital's castle, the king demanded explanations about what was happening, while already preparing to flee with his family. One of the clones would remain hidden in the city. One would stand guard, while the other would head further north to check if anything else was happening there.

They needed to conserve some chakra. Even summoning the Susanoo had its limits, despite the enormous amount of chakra the two clones possessed.

The original Madara had already removed half of his chakra into a specific clone at the Temple of Melitele with the intention of protecting Ciri and had created four more clones, each capable of using the Susanoo with all of its abilities, including the Sharingan.

It was somewhat excessive, even for the current circumstances. That was why Madara used Vilgefortz's corpse so he would not need to spend more chakra on teleportation.

In Kaedwen, to the north, two sorcerers sent by the king went to check what was happening after hearing the call for help from the city attacked by dragons.

And indeed, the city was burning and the dragons attacking. But when the sorcerers arrived to assess the situation, they found the dragons being killed by a blue giant about twenty meters tall, cutting them down with ease, even teleporting through the sky as its swords pierced the winged reptile.

"It's him..." One of the sorcerers among them said and trembled.

He was not surprised by the dragons, but rather by that blue giant. After all, he had been in the northern battle against Nilfgaard, alongside the Northern mages, when they witnessed the sudden shift on the battlefield, when the forest suddenly grew and blue giants, several of them, emerged within it, fighting another unknown enemy force that was battling a little girl.

Now, those same giants were there, massacring the dragons.

"Go back and inform the king about what is happening here. I will stay to watch in case anything else happens," said the other sorceress.

It was Sheala de Tancarville, she was also well aware of what was happening. After all, it had been she who went to Kaer Morhen to fetch Vesemir to help the king at that time and saw the strange things happening in the palace, such as her king always getting injured whenever he fell asleep.

She had also heard the name Madara a few times from the king's own mouth since then, rare as it was, there had been fear in his voice.

There was no doubt that Madara Uchiha had something to do with what happened, even with the strange arrival of a new organization called Akatsuki into the territory, fighting both non-humans and humans who wanted to kill one another — defending neither side, but going against unnecessary slaughter, which in itself caused tension at that time.

In any case, she saw the last dragon being brought down, falling among the flames they themselves had caused in the middle of the city.

Suddenly, roots began to emerge from the very flames. New giant trees grew one after another. Just as her companion had said in the war reports, there was no doubt: it was him.

"He is fighting the dragons... why? He is protecting the city..." she murmured, still not understanding what was truly happening.

In any case, all the fires in the city began to die out. She approached one of the areas where she had seen a dragon fall, but what she found there was only blood spread everywhere. No carcass.

"What is happening?" she murmured, before a portal appeared near her and her companion stepped out of it.

"Sheala! We need you. The dragons have reached the capital."

Her eyes widened and she immediately left with him, returning to the center of the kingdom, where they found two dragons flying over the city, with the king shouting to keep the city safe, especially asking where the sorcerers who had just arrived were.

"Why are the dragons attacking the human world? We have not seen one for centuries..." she could not help but murmur, as the men shouted for her to help in the city's defense.

That was when people wearing the same clothing as the Akatsuki appeared at that moment. When the dragon unleashed flames toward the city, someone responded with an explosion of water, countering the fire as water and flames collided in the air, and steam burst forth from the clash of the two elements.

Suddenly, the dragon that was flying began to explode, with several detonations around its body as it roared in pain. Blood spread everywhere. It was being wounded and began to fall into the middle of the city, knocking down houses and destroying streets.

The king's men went to check, and even the sorcerers approached to see two people wearing Akatsuki clothing killing the dragon with powers different from those she had seen in the other city, where Madara had fought.

The other dragon soon came to aid its companion, but a gigantic snake appeared after emerging from an enormous cloud of smoke that burst forth, grabbing it by the neck before slamming it down, sinking its fangs into its scales, while other snakes emerged and began to coil around the second dragon.

A man on top of a snake, also wearing Akatsuki clothing, was there, and none of the witnesses could understand who they were.

Elsewhere in the same kingdom, a dragon was being killed while countless black creatures with masks hurled every kind of element at it.

The Edo Tensei that Madara had summoned were protecting Kaedwen, and even Kaer Morhen had been attacked at that very moment. And a clone of Madara was there, he managed to get Vesemir out before the castle was set ablaze. The old man was not sent directly to the Temple of Melitele, causing the clone that was with him to be destroyed after spending so much chakra.

Madara himself, the real one, was standing before a Place of Power.

He still needed to go to two more of the three places he knew. When he reached 80%, he hoped to receive an Eternal Mangekyō and, after that, he would head to the Valley of Dragons.

Madara continued traveling through Vilgefortz's portals, going to Skellige as well as to the far south, even Nilfgaard.

A dragon also appeared in the capital of Lyria and Rivia while he was nearby, and he quickly finished the creature personally.

Queen Meve could not help but be stunned by a dead dragon lying in the middle of the city. She herself had been there, ready to face the creature with her people, not allowing her people to stand in front of her. But in the end they were saved and she only watched Madara collect the carcass into a scroll before disappearing.

The last Place of Power was in Nilfgaard, beneath Toussaint. Madara sat down and began to finalize the refinement of his chakra, while the system started to present the gains he would have upon reaching 80% in the system.
