The Villainess Married The Evil CEO-Chapter 118: A Splitting Headache
Asher’s head turned sharply toward Nicholas in total shock as he looked at the man with widened eyes. Although he knew this man would be jealous of such an arrangement, wasn’t this too much?
On the other hand, even the receptionist felt that something was slightly off with this situation.
It was fine if a man and woman lived in such a VIP suit. They could be considered a couple. But are the three of them staying together?
It couldn’t be that they were a threesome partner, could it?!
The receptionist was slightly shocked by her way of thinking. She instantly shook off her thoughts and tried to persuade the cold-looking young man: "Three people in the same room? Wouldn’t it be too much? The bed can only handle two people at once, and this was a couple’s suit."
Nicholas said nothing and continued to stare at the young woman with a deadpan expression on his face. He looked like a professor who had ordered his student something, and when his command wasn’t listened to, he continued to stare at the poor, young student with a cold and icy expression that literally said, ’I’ll kill you if you don’t listen to me.’
The receptionist coughed and said, "Alright. Whatever you want."
She only wanted to sell more rooms, but whatever. Her life was more important for her.
Even though she knew the customer wouldn’t commit a crime publicly, she still felt a chill upon seeing Nicholas’s face. She finally entered his name in the room and said, "I’m shifting you guys to another room that can accommodate three people." She paused and looked up while typing. "You don’t want a room with only one bed, right? How many beds should I customize?"
Since they were paying extra upfront, she didn’t care about finding a customized room for them. It would pay more than before, anyway.
Ah, rich customers keep coming her way!
After the payment, the three of them had to stay in the lobby until their room was getting prepared. Meanwhile, Abigail had long snuck away from those two crazy men and hid in the corner, pretending she didn’t know them.
How embarrassing! They almost looked more like BL couples than cousins, with Nicholas being the top who forcibly managed to stay in his lover’s home.
Ah, damn! She was again getting another idea for a BL novel! Abigail shook her head and took out her phone, refusing to sneak a single glance at them. She was better off writing her own novel!
Since she had started writing in docs, she could also work on it on her phone. Since that event with Nicholas, Abigail became even more careful, putting up a password on her laptop. And she even started writing on her phone when people were around her.
She couldn’t take that kind of risk anymore with anyone else, especially her husband.
Her own life story was too embarrassing to speak of, and the part of her previous life’s doctor was so awkward that she didn’t even want to think about it anymore. She did many embarrassing things to attract the guy’s attention to the point that she became famous for making trouble even at places where she wouldn’t normally appear.
Of course, Abigail was still famous even before her doctor came around. But... her mess only enhanced after meeting him. In her case, if you said she fell in love with him at first sight, it wouldn’t be an understatement.
The only regret she would ever have would be that she gave up on him too soon. Only after dying did she realize that she should have just confessed upfront. Now, there wasn’t even another chance anymore.
Abigail sighed emotionally as she held her phone and poked the screen with her index finger.
Perhaps she was emotionally still stuck on that man. Otherwise, how would she try her best to find his replacement in this world?
When writing the novel in her previous life, she created Nicholas’s character as a replacement for her own doctor. Since she wanted to move on, she thought of her characters, Nicholas and Asher, all day long, and then she would giggle throughout the day, even scaring the nurse.
But now that she had started writing her doctor’s part, she realized she couldn’t move on even after everything.
She sighed and opened the file, writing her Chapter with a serious expression.
At this time, she didn’t want to think of her problems anymore. In any case, she still had that guy’s replacement in front of her eyes, three at that! Owen also seemed like a good substitute. After all, he looked somewhat like her doctor.
Thus, she continued writing without a care of the world. It wasn’t until Asher pulled her phone from her grip and said, "What the hell are you doing? I have been calling you out for the past five minutes."
Abigail’s face turned anxious within a matter of a second as she reached out to the phone, even jumping because the man held it upward, completely out of her reach.
"Give it back!"
"Hmm?" Asher looked at her anxious expression with a hint of interest as he looked at her teasingly, saying, "You’re getting anxious. It means there’s something important there."
"Damn it!" Abigail glared at the man and said, "If you don’t give it back to me, I swear I’ll kill you!"
"Then do it." Asher gave her a challenging smile and said, "Do it in a minute or else, I’m reading."
"Don’t!"
Asher was making good use of the fact that she couldn’t reach his hand as he tilted the phone screen toward him and started reading the Chapter that she had written just now.
Thus, to irritate her even more, he started reading it out loud. "Today, I didn’t go to the doctor. How could I when I clearly realized I liked him?" Asher paused and glanced at Abigail with a hint of interest. "Oh? Your character like a doctor? That’s good."
"Are you not giving it back anymore?!" Abigail was so angry that she even forgot to put up with her role as Olivia and started jumping and glaring at him. Then she put her hand on her waist, gasping for breath. She was clearly tired of all the fruitless jumping she had done until now. "I really won’t talk to you if you don’t return my phone."
Asher ignored her. For some reason, he felt he should continue reading that novel aloud. As he read further: "Thus, when I was sneaking about to hide from the doctor, I suddenly bumped into Silas..." His voice suddenly stopped as he frowned.
Silas?
That name sounded familiar...
All of a sudden, he got a splitting headache as the phone instantly dropped to the ground. At this time, Abigail was too busy getting angry. And when she saw the man actually dared to drop her phone, her anger flared like never before. She instantly picked up a pillow from the nearby seat and threw it at Asher’s face.
"This is what you get for throwing my phone!" Abigail huffed and picked up the phone, sighing in relief when she realized it was fine. She glared at the man again and said, "Don’t take my phone the next time. Otherwise, it won’t be a harmless pillow the next time!"
Ah, so embarrassing! Why did Asher have to read that?! Those were her personal emotions she hid from everyone!
