the two-faced Adopted Girl Who Melted CEO's Ice-Cold Heart-Chapter 958: She Didn’t Date Anyone in These Five or Six Years?
"Where are you holding the welcome dinner for Richard Shaw?" Crystal Landon stood up and began to change clothes.
Nova Howard noticed that she only wore a tiny vest to sleep, revealing snow-white skin and a perfectly proportioned figure. Nova couldn’t help but swallow and looked down at her own modest bust, instantly feeling frustrated at the comparison.
They’re both eighteen, so why did Crystal develop so well?
"At the Moulin Rouge bar," said the sixth daughter of the Howard Family quickly.
"Let’s go to the Moulin Rouge," Crystal lifted her beautiful chin, having avoided him for five or six years. Now she had grown up, and she wanted to see how Richard would continue to avoid her.
"I’m going too," Nova said excitedly, as it was her first time going to a bar.
"Change your clothes," Crystal looked disdainfully at Nova’s cute doll dress, quickly opening a side of the walk-in closet to reveal a row of little dresses, leaving Nova wide-eyed and speechless.
"How come you have so many clothes?"
With a smirk, Crystal lifted her chin proudly and said, "I didn’t earn the title of Imperial City’s top bad girl for nothing. What’s the point of having a name if you don’t have the outfits to match it? Pick whatever you want."
Crystal selected a black leather two-piece outfit that showed off her astonishingly slender waist and her flawless snow-white skin, which made Nova a bit dry-mouthed.
"Wear this one," Crystal handed Nova a light yellow off-shoulder short dress that perfectly matched Nova’s vibrant temperament, making her look fresh and blooming like a flower.
Nova happily went to change, feeling it looked quite good. She thought of her numerous brothers, most of whom were single, and having no sisters meant she had no one to help her with dressing up, which often led to Serena Winton and other women mocking her for her dowdy style.
She checked herself in the mirror repeatedly and saw Crystal pull out a red short wig, quickly tucking her long hair inside it, instantly transforming her look.
At eighteen, with skin so tender it seemed it could drip water, Crystal didn’t bother with makeup, swung her stylish little leather bag, and pulled Nova along.

Inside the private room of Moulin Rouge, Richard Shaw sat in a corner of the room, bored, his face cold and resolute, exuding an aura as sharp as a knife, making a group of young girls too intimidated to approach.
"I mean, you’re in your twenties, why do you act like an old man, spending all your days with smelly men in the barracks? It’s rare to get out, so learn to relax a little," Drake Howard from the Howard Family squeezed next to Richard, lighting a cigarette for him.
Richard took it, took a puff, slowly exhaled smoke rings, his handsome and resolute face obscured by smoke, looking indistinct.
"Isn’t this supposed to be a welcome dinner? Why invite so many random people?" Richard felt slightly annoyed, speaking with a cold face.
"It’s just to liven up the atmosphere," Drake, seeing Richard getting impatient and about to leave, quickly stopped him, gossiping eagerly, "You’re not planning to get married this time around, are you? Everyone’s betting that you’ll inevitably marry Crystal."
Richard was already troubled by this matter, asking Drake, "In the five or six years I’ve been away, has she ever dated someone?"
"Of course she has, just too many," Drake slapped his thigh. Given Crystal’s looks, any man would be smitten, but her personality has been spoiled, making her arrogant and unruly, fighting, clubbing, skipping classes, even failing the college entrance exam. Many are willing to date her, but surely no one dares to bring her home for marriage, otherwise their family would be in chaos."
