The Trending Topic Herself: The Villainess is the Superstar!-Chapter 166: If You Like It, I’ll Give It to You
Leo Lancaster immediately showed an apologetic expression: "Sorry, are you okay?"
He slightly lowered his head, looking at Brian Bennett with a gentle and bright gaze.
Brian was slightly taken aback. Actually, Brian felt Leo wasn’t suited for variety shows; someone as elegant and courteous as him should be at press conferences or on the red carpet, although he had attended all that too.
"Hahaha, my skin is thick, what’s a little scratch!" Brian laughed, "But Leo, you better wait, once I get back and train harder, I’ll definitely pull you down!"
Leo’s lips curved slightly: "Then I’ll be waiting."
James Wallace had just fallen countless times, many of them were because Brian kicked him off, and the guy’s kicks were strong. He felt his shoulder might already be black and blue. When he saw Brian being pulled down by Leo, he actually felt a bit glad.
"The previous games and this one are all as tricky, finally, Brother Brian gets a taste of his own medicine! Also..." James’s voice changed, revealing a bit of a grievance: "Brother Brian, did you forget we’re on the same team?"
He stepped back a bit, tugging at his shirt: "Brother Brian, look, this is a yellow shirt, right? We’re on the same team?"
"Just look here!" James grabbed the fabric tightly against his shoulder, where there were several footprints, although not very noticeable, were chaotic and messy, clearly stepped on more than once.
Brian’s old face turned red, and he lightly coughed: "Really sorry, James, it’s been so long since I played this game, I inevitably got a bit rusty, and Leo kept dragging me, maybe I moved a bit too much."
All the guests couldn’t help but laugh.
Bella Sanford said: "Looks like it was a massive free-for-all just now. Congratulations to Mr. Lancaster, for winning the first round and successfully adding a point for our red team!"
She said this, clapping gently.
Leo won not by brute force but by strategy; in the first round, no one had adapted, mixing all sorts of tricks. Amid the chaos, Leo seized the opportunity to claim the champion!
Brian had a hint of bitterness on his face, covering his chest: "After all that chaos, does everyone remember our punishment? The losing team of each round has to drink freshly squeezed lemon juice as punishment, and now comes the punishment time."
Julian Caldwell also covered his eyes: "I really don’t want to drink lemon juice! Save me!"
Brian couldn’t help but laugh: "Don’t be sad, brother Brian will protect you."
Julian’s eyes sparkled, only to hear the next sentence: "You drink the first cup."
Julian’s expression stiffened, and he forced a bitter smile: "What kind of protection is that?"
Laughter came from the audience, and some were shouting Julian’s name.
As today’s hottest boy band, the FREE group has members with a huge fan base.
Soon, a staff member brought forward a table, handing cup after cup of lemon juice to the yellow team guests.
Ian Brooks didn’t dare to look at the lemon juice in his hand: "Is the show this considerate?"
Brian said: "Close your eyes, pinch your nose, and it’s over in the blink of an eye!"
"I don’t want to pinch my nose."
"Then just sour yourself up! I’m the captain, I’ll take the first cup! It’s just a cup of juice, what’s the big deal?!" Brian said this and then drank it all in one go.
The audience applauded for his courageous display.
Brian’s carefree demeanor didn’t last long; he soon covered his face and bent over, his voice escaping from between his fingers: "This lemon juice is really deadly!"
Bella Sanford patted his shoulder: "You shouldn’t have boasted just now."
After the pulling and trampling just now, all the guests’ clothes were in shambles, except for Maya Monroe’s, which was the most neat and tidy.
Unlike the others, Maya didn’t gather around to watch the yellow team’s chaos; her gaze was on the small flag in Leo’s hand.
Leo had been watching her and directly handed over the little flag in his hand.
Maya’s hand stayed in her pocket, and she looked up at Leo, raising her eyebrow.
Leo said softly: "Didn’t you want to see it? It’s better to hold it and look."
"Thanks."
Maya took the flag, gently running her fingers over it, not because she liked it a lot, but because she was too bored and wanted to find something new.
Leo turned his head to look at her, and an involuntary hint of affection showed in his eyes: "If you like it, I’ll give it to you."
"Isn’t this a prop from the show?"
"As long as you want it, there’s a way."
Maya didn’t nod; she waved the little flag a few more times, soon losing interest and returned the flag to Leo.
"Don’t like it anymore?"
Maya’s lips curled up, not hiding her bad habit: "I don’t have much perseverance, just a passing fancy."
Leo took back the flag: "There are still the second and third rounds later, remember not to go too hard, the guests in this round are quite intense."
"Sure." Maya agreed crisply.
On the other side, the yellow team was still undergoing punishment.
After a big cup of lemon water, Julian felt his stomach churning with acid, feeling terribly uncomfortable, even to the point where he thought he might vomit.
Looking to the side, he saw James and Ian in no better condition, with James even squatting on the ground, unwilling to stand for a long time.
Julian looked to his right, where Miles Wallace lifted the cup and drank it all in one gulp, his Adam’s apple moving, but his facial expression didn’t change much.
He was the calmest one Julian had seen; he couldn’t help giving him a thumbs-up: "Miles, you’re amazing; drinking this lemon juice is like drinking water for you!"
James also looked over with envious eyes.
Although Miles doesn’t talk much, he often wins various small games, excelling in balance and agility, a natural talent that many envy.
Ian twitched his mouth: "Miles usually keeps a cold face, he doesn’t even smile, let alone just a glass of lemon juice!"
Miles’s gaze swept over.
The intimidation seemed too strong, and Ian made a gesture of sealing his mouth.
Miles’s gaze shifted away, inadvertently fixing on a spot, then suddenly realizing something and quickly retracting his gaze.
He lowered his brows, his expression unclear.
Being watched by so many people, Alisa Shelby couldn’t possibly shy away from drinking it. After taking a sip, she realized how potent this lemon juice was, her delicate features twisting, belatedly covering her face with her palm.
