The Revenge of the Reborn Supreme Sovereign-Chapter 37 - 36: You are Boss Qin!
His forehead grew red. His forehead swelled up. The desk began to crack.
BANG! BANG! BANG! The rhythmic impacts echoed relentlessly through the Grade 12, Class 7 classroom.
The entire class was dead silent, so quiet you could hear a pin drop. All the students seemed frozen, staring blankly as Qin Fan grabbed Wang Zijun by the hair and repeatedly smashed his head against the desk.
Faced with Qin Fan’s demonic frenzy, which of these pampered young masters from influential families had the guts to intervene? They bullied the weak and feared the strong—a principle that applies to anyone, anywhere, at any level. It is simply human nature.
"Qin Fan, you’re going to die! You will die!"
Whatever confidence Wang Zijun had managed to build was rapidly crumbling under Qin Fan’s frenzied assault. Having never endured such torment, the agony in his forehead brought him to the verge of tears.
He thinks I’m going to die? Qin Fan ignored the laughable threat, a wicked grin spreading across his face as his hands continued their brutal work. The assault on Wang Zijun’s forehead was relentless.
"Blood! Blood, I’m bleeding!"
When a gash on his forehead split open and blood began to drip onto the desk, Wang Zijun could no longer bear the terror. He screamed, his voice cracking with sobs. After all, how resilient could a high school senior be, especially a pampered rich kid like him?
"Rules," Qin Fan repeated coolly.
Bleeding? As if he cared. He had no intention of letting this piece of scum, who had inflicted so much trauma on him in his past life, off the hook so easily.
"Lord Qin! Lord Qin, you’re the lord! Let go! Someone’s going to die if you keep this up! Help! WAAAH—Let go!"
His last shred of forced bravado completely shattered. Wang Zijun had acted tough because he was betting that Qin Fan wouldn’t dare seriously harm him and that someone would come to his aid. He never imagined the outcome would be so drastically different.
Face? Dignity? He knew it had all turned to dust the moment he cried out, "Lord Qin."
But he didn’t dare gamble against Qin Fan’s madness. In his eyes, Qin Fan’s life was worthless and disposable, while his own father would likely become the deputy mayor of Jiangzhou soon. With such a huge disparity, he couldn’t afford to take the risk. He didn’t dare, even if it meant becoming a laughingstock.
"You were just asking for it," Qin Fan sneered, contemptuously flinging Wang Zijun aside. "If you’d just followed the rules earlier, you would have suffered less, wouldn’t you? Heh..."
He didn’t care about being called "Lord Qin." What he wanted was to slowly toy with the trash on his list. He wanted to grind their so-called pride and advantages under his heel, to let them taste true despair and the helplessness of being unable to fight back as he tormented them.
Perhaps for a Heavenly Venerate who had been only a step away from Ascension Immortal, this was all rather unnecessary. After all, taking action against mere mortals who weren’t even worthy of being called ants would only lower his status. But one must not forget that while these ants were mortals, they were also the very people who had once harmed Qin Fan. Under these circumstances, was he supposed to just smile and let bygones be bygones?
Sorry, but I’m no Saint.
As Qin Fan released his grip, the students of Class 7 instinctively shrank back under his sweeping gaze. The Qin family’s outcast had gone mad. That was the consensus of everyone in the classroom. When faced with a madman, what other choice was there but to stay away?
News of the turmoil in Grade 12, Class 7 quickly spread, carried by those who had witnessed it from outside. In an instant, a crowd of gawkers swarmed the classroom doorway.
"Fucking hell, Wang Zijun really took a nasty fall!"
"That piece of shit Qin Fan actually fought back? What’s going on? How far could he have been pushed?"
"If Wang Zijun doesn’t skin that Qin family outcast alive, he’ll lose all face at Qi Middle School, haha!"
"Half a month ago, he slapped the Dean. Now, just back from home confinement, he’s beating up kids in Class 7. Has that waste of space gone crazy or what?"
"He must have mental problems. We should all probably stay away from him for a while. It’s not worth it!"
True to the talk of insanity, almost everyone now thought Qin Fan had snapped. Outside the jam-packed classroom, the way people looked at him had changed completely.
But Qin Fan paid them no mind. He strolled back to his seat, sat down, and promptly put his head down to sleep. Going to school was just a way to appease his parents, nothing more.
"Master Ye!"
"Master Ye!"
"Master Ye!"
Just as the atmosphere grew strange, a series of fawning shouts erupted outside the Class 7 doorway. A path was quickly cleared for this Divine Level young master of Qi Middle School.
Ye Haoyuan appeared, hurrying over with a few of his lackeys. Ignoring the sycophantic cries, he strode directly into the Class 7 classroom.
Instinctively, Ye Haoyuan’s gaze shot toward Qin Fan, and he nearly let the word "Idol!" slip out. But in the blink of an eye, he seemed to recall something. He licked his lips, tore his gaze away from Qin Fan, and scanned the other students.
Glancing at Wang Zijun’s miserable state, Ye Haoyuan demanded grimly, "What the hell is going on? Somebody tell me."
However, everyone misinterpreted his harsh tone, assuming Master Ye was about to lose his temper and deal with Qin Fan.
"Master Ye, it was like this!" A student from Class 7, who’d run a few errands for Ye Haoyuan and earned some familiarity, sidled up to him. His eyes burned with indignation as he spoke. "Young Master Wang was just making Qin Fan follow the old rules, but nobody expected him to suddenly go berserk! He kicked Junyu and the others, then grabbed Young Master Wang’s head like a maniac and started smashing it against the desk! He smashed his head open! There was so much blood! Master Ye, that Qin family outcast is trying to make himself the public enemy of Qi Middle School!"
The public enemy of Qi Middle School? As if these self-important losers are worthy of being my idol’s enemies.
Ye Haoyuan pursed his lips with a strange expression. "Rules?" he asked. "What rules?"
"Well, Master Ye, you know about the Qin family outcast’s... special status here. A long time ago, Young Master Wang set a rule for him: every time he enters the classroom, he has to go around and call everyone ’Master.’ He refused to do it this time, so Young Master Wang got angry. Then Junyu and the others tried to teach him a lesson, but he flipped out and kicked them over before going crazy on Young Master Wang! Master Ye, I think he’s mentally unstable! How else would he dare do something like this?" the student said with righteous fury, as if it were their God-given right to discipline Qin Fan and an unforgivable crime for him to fight back.
"What nerve! So impressive, my dear Young Master Wang!" Ye Haoyuan’s face flushed red as he suddenly roared, "Fuck you! Do you really think having some trash District Mayor for a father lets you run wild at Qi Middle School? Rules? I’ll give your Immortal ancestors some fucking rules! Everyone involved in this, stand the hell up, now!"
The sudden change stunned every student in Class 7, as well as the crowd outside.
What... What the hell is happening? First Qin Fan went crazy, and now Master Ye has lost his mind too?
