However, things did not go as planned. They searched all morning but still found it difficult to locate the target—the stone’s light flickering with a consistent frequency.

"How is this possible! We’ve already searched this city once over; why is it still like this? The light isn’t speeding up; what’s going on?" Lin Fei couldn’t understand what was happening with this thing.

"Could it be broken? Did your senior brother give you a faulty one?" Immortal Wei Huo speculated.

Just then, a strong wind suddenly whipped up in the sky. Lin Fei looked up, furrowing his brow, and said, "I know!"

"Know what? Have you found him? Do you know where she is?" Immortal Wei Huo asked.

Lin Fei nodded and said, "If I’m not mistaken, he’s still up in the sky!"

"Still in the sky?" Immortal Wei Huo looked up at the sky, noticing the thick clouds overhead—a sign of an impending storm. Lin Fei and the two of them nodded and walked out of the city.

The ominous clouds grew heavier, as if heralding the end of the world. As the storm approached, everyone in the city hurried home.

But Lin Fei and Immortal Wei Huo walked out of the city to a secluded place, then quickly ascended into the sky, appearing above the clouds.

Once above the clouds, Lin Fei and Immortal Wei Huo gazed down at the dark clouds beneath. Lin Fei moved towards the center of the black clouds, and sure enough, as they drew closer, he found the stone’s flickering frequency increased.

"You don’t know where this is? Then how did you get here?" Lin Fei replied coldly, not believing the other person easily. They had just attacked him; how could he trust their words so readily?

"So, this should be the Lower Realm. I didn’t expect that Wind God ambushed me, trying to kill me, but ended up sending me to the Lower Realm. Haha! Ridiculous!" the man said.

Lin Fei struggled to understand what the person was talking about—some Wind God ambushing them. Was this guy not here to cause trouble in the Lower Realm?

"Who exactly are you?!" Lin Fei asked.

"Who am I? You’re not qualified to ask. Tell me, how can I leave here and return to the Upper World?" the man asked Lin Fei back.

Lin Fei didn’t expect him to ask this—was this guy truly oblivious and accidentally came to the Lower Realm and wanted to return to the Upper World?
