Chapter 336: Chapter 333: Not Used to It

Elliana Lyle held her phone without speaking, showing no intention of turning the camera around.

She simply looked at the man on the screen closely and finally said, "Norman Bennett, I’m not used to you not being here."

The man was visibly stunned, a hint of guilt in his eyes, and finally coaxed her gently, "Then I’ll stay with you, okay?"

"You do your thing, don’t worry about me." She responded lazily before turning around with the phone.

For some reason, ever since she lay on the bed, she felt uncomfortable all over, feeling itchy on her back and face.

"Be good, don’t be mad at your husband, okay?"

She wasn’t actually angry, just lazy. She reached out to scratch her face and found a few bumps on it!

They felt bulging and irregular, like mosquito bites, one after another on her forehead!

Clusters of them!

Realizing something, she quickly tossed the phone aside and touched her itchy back, finding it was the same!

She rushed to the full-length mirror in the bathroom, and it was exactly as she imagined, a lot of mosquito bites clustered together, but distinguishable one by one!

Then twisting her body to see her back, she saw pale red streaks, as if she had been whipped!

Is she...

She had never experienced this before, is she sick? A bad premonition crept into her heart.

"Luna! Luna! I need to go to the hospital!" she shouted as she walked out, realizing only at the door that her phone was still on the bed.

Returning to grab it, it was clear Norman Bennett had heard her voice earlier, looking worried, "Girl? What’s going on?"

She switched the camera back to the front, a face almost crying out of fear appeared on the screen, she pushed away the stray hairs from her forehead.

"Norman Bennett, I’ve got these kinds of bumps all over me! I’m going to the hospital first, I’ll tell you later."

"Alright, go quickly." The man had no intention of delaying her at all.

At this moment, Luna also came out from the room.

The room wasn’t well soundproofed, so Luna had heard her wailing inside earlier.

"What happened?" Luna pushed the door open, and the first thing she saw was the stuff on her forehead.

"You’ve got hives?"

Luna’s tone was quite calm, not seeming surprised at all, then walked up to her, examined briefly, and said, "Wait a moment, I’ll get you some medicine, take a pill and you’ll be fine."

The reason for her calmness was because when Luna first arrived in XRB, she had these dense bumps as well, not knowing the cause.

It was probably acclimatization issues or some other reason, and even the hospital couldn’t cure it for her, but taking a pill during outbreaks made it better, usually lasting for a few months.

At this point, Elliana Lyle quickly searched for the word hives on her phone; she never had hives before.

Upon checking, she realized that suddenly getting hives might be due to exposure to allergens, causing an acute allergic reaction.

So what is her allergen?

While wondering, Luna came in with a glass of water and a pill, yawning, "It’s no big deal, take this and you’ll be fine, I’ve had it too."

Upon seeing this, she took the pill, drank it down in one gulp, but for now, it had no effect, her back was still itchy.

"Don’t scratch it, it will only get worse." Luna advised her, noting it was getting late, and continued, "Get some sleep, I’ll take you out tomorrow, it won’t itch after a few minutes, remember not to scratch."
