Chapter 426: Berserker VS Berserker (3)

[Limemoor Canyon]

"Ji ji ji!" (I can’t heal Teacher anymore. I’m out of mana.) Little Ginseng panted and rested first.

"Kya?" (Is Teacher going to be alright now?)

"Ji ji ji." (I think so. Her breathing is not weak anymore.)

Little Lotus glanced at the wounds of her Senior Brother that yet to heal, "Kya?" (How about you, will you all be alright?)

Little Ginseng confidently patted his chest, "I will be okay! The wounds will heal in time."

"Chirp Chirp." (I think teacher is awake!)

Little Zhou woke up to the sound of someone talking beside her. When she opened her eyes, three pairs of eyes were staring back at her.

"The succubus!" She immediately sat up, recalling their situation.

"Chirp Chirp!" (The awesome Martial Aunt is still fighting it.)

Little Zhou followed the little chick’s gaze. "Teacher."

"Chirp Chirp." (Martial Aunt said not to interfere. She said she wanted to stretch her bones.)

++++

A berserker’s fight may not be prettiest because of their lack of flashy magic skills but there’s one thing that sets them apart from than the others.

It is that- once they went on a rampage, they don’t give a damn about their opponent and will go all out from the start. Their fights were depicted as the often the bloodiest and most intense.

Sounds of collision rang in the canyon and sparks sputtered in all directions as the two black shadows clashed with each other.

"Abysmal Flames!"

"Continuous Strikes!"

"Moon Serpent Sting!"

"..."

A combination of deadly attacks smashed against Elga, each aiming to severe her arms, legs, neck, and eyes.

The succubus takes delight in torturing its opponent and would usually play a little more, letting them live until delivering a thousand cuts but towards Elga, it couldn’t afford to be willful.

With the advantage in range, the succubus used moves that were fast and sly, slamming her whips and making use of the terrain, her poison and flames which were extremely difficult to deal with.

It proved to be effective since Elga received a bit of a setback, adapting to her opponent’s combat style.

But Elga wasn’t the one to back down when the fight wasn’t in her favor.

Receiving the wounds only made the blood of the other race boiled inside her. Her heart surged with excitement, which could be seen on her eyes becoming darker shade.

Eyes like blood, four feathered wings and long hair darker than shade of nightfall, protruding golden veins painting the pale skin an iridescent glow and most importantly that the black circle of light on top of its head.

There’s no mistaking it, it is a half-breed dark Seraphim!

Uncontrollable confusion filled the succubus’ heart.

Little Ginseng, Little Noodle, Little Lotus and Little Zhou were also equally shocked.

Teacher/ Martial Aunt can also transform?!

She looks so regal and cool! Their eyes glistened with stars of admiration.

How did the pixie dare to associate with one of the most violent race in the higher realm?

The succubus gritted her teeth.

The Dark Seraphs were known for their love of thrilling battle and would lay their lives on the line with each fight.

In simple terms, they were war freaks. Did the pixie’s taste change?

The succubus was full of dread.

Of all the races she can encounter, why it must be them? The abysmal flames were of dark attribute and the dark seraphim wings easily dispersed them upon contact.

F*ck!

The succubus changed it strategy and maximized utilization of the poison by combining it with the abysmal fire.

"Mandala Abysmal Poison!"

Elga’s bloodshot eyes glinted with exhilaration.

Suddenly, the pixie threw both of its axes at succubus before her figure shot along like an arrow leaving the bow with her fist lunching forward.

An opportunity!

The succubus quickly dodges them and rushed for a fatal blow. Discarding your weapon! How foolish!

But she didn’t expect the axes that went passed her swerved their way.

Whoosh—

"Gunless Marksmanship Improved Version: Accurate Hit!"

The succubus eyes reflected shock. She quickly leaped towards the side but Elga’s fists came first and smashing a chain of punches at her abdomen in a just a single breath.

"Rampant Punch!"

"Argh!" freeweɓnøvel~com

The impact sent her flying towards the two axes spinning like a cannon ball. The purple blood spewed into an arc from her back.

Red damage indicators floated above her head.

Extreme pain shot through her body.

The succubus spat blood, anger raging from within. "You b*tch!" She threw the axes deeply embedded on her wings and flicked her wrist.

The whip caught the Elga’s left ankle and she was flung towards the walls.

Bang—

Bang—

Holes appeared.

"Teacher!"

Little Zhou and the others shouted.

"B*tch! I’m going smash to smithereens!"

Before the succubus could raise her whips, a force tug her whips and she was knocked against the walls.

The sounds of metals grinding against each other entered her ears before a silver light appeared within her line of sight.

The succubus quickly let go of Elga and cast a defense skill, small dome made of mandala vines grow in front of her.

But...

Thunder-like impact reverberated and almost burst the succubus’ eardrums and the Mandala Whip in her hands exploded into pieces as it were pieces of papers while she was propelled into the distance.

She suddenly leapt and glided to one side like a frightened bat and gazed of what’s left of her whip in astonishment.

Lifting her eyes she saw two axes blasted a huge hole into the place she was before, a familiar vine yank the axes.

Elga caught the two axes and coiled the vines around the handle of the axes.

"Your vine is very useful. How about giving me it?" She remarked with her bloodstained lips before swinging both of her arms.

The succubus quickly distanced herself. That vines are coated with poison! How is she unscathed? There was not even a trace of discomfort on her face!

She was sure after the berserk mode, her opponent’s strength was lower than hers. Could it be?

"Damn she even inherited their special innate skill..."

Her vision suddenly blurred.
