The Black Shadow Soul Hunter-Chapter 60: The Intruder

This morning starts with a new beginning. I don't need to hurry as I wanted to take some time to relax and enjoy my breakfast here. Perhaps I may get some gifts for Dr. Lily. After all I have not yet given her anything yet. And she will like any nice gift for her.

Perhaps I might find something suitable for her from the market. I am not good with picking clothes, but something unique I need to choose for her!

Someone was trying to breakthrough. At first, I thought to hide and have a look. I have to understand who want to break in, who these people? And what are they looking for, but one thing that is for sure I am not the person that likes to play hide and seek.

I thought to myself enough of the bloodshed and I tried to minimize the collateral damage but every time I engage in fights, people start to die around me.

So, I came close to the door and was waiting to see what happens, slowly and warily, I tiptoed and was just a few steps away then the sound grew little louder if the person outside was trying to break open the door. I could hear the person was trying with his full effort and he was applying his physical strength along with hard objects.

Well I have the duty to collect the soul of the bad people but killing people with a cause will not help. So, I have deceived that I will not kill everyone rather I will make sure to avoid the killing people.

So, I went inside the closet in her front room, hiding myself to see the intruders. I need to find out the motives of the intruders rather than just killing them.

My, goodness, there are tons of laundries Dr. Lily kept here. There was a brief of hollow passage that I cloud keep my eyes to see what has happening inside the room. So, I held my breath and kept quiet to watch what happens next!

The men in black! I laughed in my mind. Perhaps the weirdest dress these guys wore as matching hijackers.

One of the intruders he curled his lips and said, "Zichen, We don't have all day. Make it fast, go inside and look for the device. Don't mess the place up. We have to kill her and grab the device as early we can."

The shorter of the men was Jiehong, as he replied- "Boss, we were so close. Looks like the bitch had just left. If we came five minutes early we could have killed the bitch."

Their boss was disgusted, he told them, "There will be others to kill her, we have to find the device, that's our priority."

"But boss raping her first then killing her would have been the wiser thing to do."- Zichen replied.

Hearing this their boss Zin Pee got excited and his eyes were bigger as he said, -" Don't think too much, you don't get paid to think. Just look for the device. And make it quick."

Under the dim light that was on in the room I could see his face despite the dark look on his face. The other three man was hovering around to look for something they were looking for, I was not sure.

The last man emerged from the darkness he was long hair, he had his nose and face pieced with lots of rings. He had headphone in his head. He was too busy listening to his music and he tripped over the dressing table while looking at his own face.

Their concentration passed to him as he tripped over and fell down. So, their leader came close to her and holding him spoke softly, "Fu, how many times I have told you not to be too high in the morning? You need to have your conscious when you come with me."

"Chill! Big brother, you don't have to be a baby sitter all the time bro. Just chill!"- Fu told his big brother as he sat on the breakfast table and began to eat the banana from the fruit basket.

I took a deep breath, forcing the tension out of my body, came closer to the second room to have a peek at the action of intruders.

After a brief time searching Dr. Lily's bedroom Jiehong replied with frustration, "Hey, Boss, I think the device is with the bitch. We are wasting our time here."
